Hell-type imagery in tattoos on a man's arm
The man of course had no idea that his tattoos were of hell imagery.
In an actual hell experience involving such images, the latter would all be swirling, writhing and rotating, and constantly metamorphosing, and one would be subjectively immersed in these 'visuals' while also being attacked with intense feelings of anxiety, foreboding, fear, panic, outright terror, nausea, or any combination of those — though with certain other imagery intense revulsion may be the predominant feeling of the attacks.
