The Alexander Technique, The Work, the EFT and various other life improvement, healing and self actualization methods each appear to have the potential to bring about optimal functioning and self actualization / self realization independently of the use of any other method. The catch is that to obtain that full potential from one method is beyond what any person can generally manage. Even the best-functioning of us have our own particular quirks and 'blind spots' that prevent us from getting 'the ultimate' from any one method, at least within an optimal time-scale.
The real way forward therefore is NOT to depend on one or indeed two methods, but a coherent self actualization strategy that uses a number of methods, each of which is particularly efficient in addressing a particular aspect of your self actualization process - and that is what I am presenting here.

Important!
In order to fully understand the contents of this and many other pages on this site it is necessary to carefully read Exit 'Spirituality' - Enter Clear-Mindedness, which provides essential background information.

What I'm presenting on this page is not just yet another, say, 'alternative Reiki' but rather, a collection of the most efficient means that I know to address ALL the self realization /self actualization and truly holistic* healing needs of each one of us. I am using the word 'healing' here in a broad sense to include not just direct energy work but the various means of achieving full, comprehensive and deeply based self actualization and to bring us into full healthy functioning at all levels of the whole being. Enlightenment is a natural result of following this process through, so that no issue need be made of it and it does not need to be sought for. No formal meditation is required, for a natural inner peacefulness will become apparent as old issues are cleared out.
* The majority of methods that people describe as holistic actually fall short of being fully holistic, in that they do not address ALL aspects of our issues, at least in a balanced way.
Indeed, it looks to me as though potentially you could effectively do comprehensive healing work on yourself to optimal self actualization without using direct energy-work healing methods at all, and without extensive formal meditation. In fact, if you manage to be peaceful observer of everything you experience - in other words making the whole of life experience in a sense your meditation (as I've done) - then, according to my current understanding and best information, no formal meditation would be necessary at all in order to progress to enlightenment and optimal self actualization - and there appears to be a good reason for not using formal meditation sessions at all extensively, if at all.
On this page I'm concentrating on self healing because that is the primary need for everyone. Anyone who is working diligently on themselves, with some reading up about the practical issues of giving healing to others, can start applying their methods judiciously to other people*, but it is important still to keep primary focus on maintaining your own self healing / self actualization process.
* That is, apart from attempting to directly and deliberately remove entities from other people, which is a more challenging, risky and indeed altogether more questionable area of healing. Also I add the caution that giving any sort of healing or energy therapy to another person is intrinsically very risky (because of dark force involvement) unless one works only from one's core essence and doesn't invoke or draw in any apparently external 'energies' or beings (e.g. working with 'guides' or supposed angels is completely 'out').
The purpose of this page is not to function as a 'healing manual' but simply to bring together into one place my recommendations of the most effective ways that I currently know to bring about speedy progress to living happy and enlightened lives with no remaining buried emotional or karmic issues, and also to be free and able to 'go home' ('recombine with Source')*, 'as Nature intended', at the time of death. I make no claim about any method being 'the best' in an absolute sense, because nobody could know such a thing, and in any case different people have their own resonances with particular methods. I expect therefore that even among many people who find helpful things here, a high proportion will use methods not listed here to carry out particular healing tasks.
* These terms are just familiar figures of speech, and are not a true or correct description of what actually happens - for, as far as I currently understand, without dark force interference people would not go anywhere upon death, but would simply revert to the non-dual clarity of fundamental consciousness, so that their worldly experience would simply cease until they next incarnate (as a non-sequential, non-karmic no-soul incarnation).
Whether those other methods would really be better than or even as good as the ones I present here is a different matter, however. It's widely assumed among healers that methods that you are drawn to are the right ones for you - but the only trouble with that is that, as happened for me for several years, the dark force, which is interfering with you and indeed everyone on this planet, can give you the feeling of being drawn to particular methods, which are actually ones that help to maintain or even cultivate the dark force's hold on you rather than being really effective as healing / self actualization emthods. I'm sure it's very significant that I felt quite a lot of resistance against Stephen and Lynda Kane's methods initially (which I have subsequently built upon), and deferred my having anything to do with them, because they somehow seemed too 'clinical' and 'unfriendly' compared with the various 'spiritual healing' methods I was using. What I now clearly understand was that my feelings about these different methods were being manipulated by the dark force, to try to steer me away from methods that, at least with some adaptation, would truly clear out entities and the interferences and influences of the dark force, and certain healing methods that I'd been drawn to initially had been harmful and dark force connecting - especially the use of sacred geometry wands, which caused me a lot of trouble.
The Task |
The Means |
| A solid foundation for ALL healing and self actualization plans and strategies |
|
| Living with intent | When
you are 'living with intent' you are actively and
constructively engaged with the process of your everyday life, ensuring
that each choice that you make, at any level of scale or detail in your
life, is as strengthening as possible for you and, as far as possible,
never weakening for you. Living with intent is thus very powerful for
healing and self actualization, enabling you to break through all manner
of limiting
patterns and not only live truly healthily but also to truly 'be
yourself' rather than being limited by your inevitably distorted self
image. When you are living with intent, you have a sense of 'really
living' instead of reactively coasting along on autopilot.
|
| Clearance
of emotional issues This is the most fundamental form of healing, even though it is not usually thought of as spiritual healing. As you become clear of emotional issues you are becoming more self actualized and progressing towards enlightenment (i.e. if you are not already enlightened). |
N.B. Except in the case of Self-Power Walking, I recommend the use of at least two efficient emotional clearance methods, as typically any one method can fall foul of particular personal 'blind spots', and often different methods work better in different situations.
|
| Clearance of karma | Karma
is almost universally misunderstood, even among
healers
and so-called spiritual Masters, as I explain in Karma
- Cutting Through the Confusion. Contrary to
widespread belief
among healers, it is actually harmful to focus on karma as such or try
to give it special healings; when you do that you actually align
yourself more with the dark force, and to a small
extent increase your load of karmas. You dissolve
karmas
effectively simply by using effective true self actualization methods and
not focusing on the concept of 'karma' (as normally understood) at all.
|
| Minimizing 'ageing' | Particularly
effective are:
The ongoing use of both makes for the speediest effectiveness. |
| Opening up your deepest and most fundamental awareness (may also be described as opening up and clearing your core star / assemblage point) | All
the methods given on this page achieve this to some
extent, but,
particularly bearing in mind that people with a more blocked awareness
would not use most of the methods so effectively anyway (or even at
all), I mention here
what would most effectively open up and deepen their awareness despite
their particular awareness blocks.
|
| Gaining optimal use of the body, letting go of patterns, and increasing everyday awareness or 'mindfulness' |
|
| Getting guidance and protection in healing and 'lightwork' | The almost
universal belief among
healers, that we need or can benefit
from assistance, protection and guidance from external, 'higher' beings
or energies is a toxic fiction cultivated among us
by the dark
force in order
to disempower and unground us and thus to enable the dark force to
gain more control over
us. In fact, what you are doing when, for example, you invoke Archangel
Michael, Metatron, Kwan Yin or, say, the Hathors, or indeed a Divine
support team, Jesus or 'the Holy Spirit', to protect or guide
you, is to call upon the dark force to protect and guide
you, pretending to be the respective higher presence. Is that
really what you want? The 'highest' source, which we really need to connect with and open up, is NOT outside ourselves at all but is our own deepest essence, which is also the all-pervading fundamental consciousness of which we and all things are manifestations. Therefore, for assistance and empowerment we need to look within, not outside ourselves.
|
| 'Depossession' - Clearance of entities, dark force interferences and other foreign 'energies' | It's a
little-known fact that virtually everyone is
affected and to
some
extent controlled (usually covertly) by
dark force influences and in many cases actual entities are involved
too - though what almost everyone perceives as entities is actually not
true entities at all. Although most
healers and 'lightworkers' believe that entity clearance is an
immediate sending-off of the relevant entities, my own experience and
insights point to a very different situation. Basically, we are talking
about healing, strengthening and empowering a person's non-physical
aspects till any attached entities become forced out and the
person eventually becomes immune to all dark force or entity
interferences. Also, the best
healing methods
heal any true attached entities so that they are less, or indeed not at
all, inclined simply to return or to attach to somebody else.
|
| Visualizations for entity protection and supposed aura / chakra cleansing |
|
| Environmental stress (ES) elimination | In general,
environmental stress
'eliminators' have
serious limitations. Many actually create further stresses themselves
while
they are neutralizing others, and most neutralize only certain types of
such stress, if indeed they really neutralize any. Also, as far as I
can ascertain, the vast majority of them are significantly harmful in
themselves in certain specific very troublesome ways.
|
| Soul retrieval | Soul
retrieval is a bit of a Cinderella in healing work
generally, and widely regarded as rather exotic, specialist work -
though it is widely practised in shamanistic traditions. Actually, on
the face of it, it is an essential part of all healing work
involving clearance of significant
emotional traumas and especially removal of entities,
for clearance of these typically leaves holes or voids in one's energy
system,
and if the displaced soul energy is not retrieved and put back in those
holes, they are very likely to get filled with further entities or
problematical energies. Soul retrieval therefore is fairly widely
regarded as helpful
or even necessary following such work. However, actually soul retrieval
occurs naturally and spontaneously but is more often than not a rather
slow process that can be speeded up by some sort of conscious
initiative or
practice. Soul fragmentation resulting from past traumas can be very severe and be the prime factor in conditions like multiple personality disorder (though usually entities are involved too). However, there is really only one broad reason for soul retrieval methods being needed, and that is, poor, unbalanced healing methods. So, actually no specific soul retrieval methods are necessary or helpful when you are using the methodology that I present on this site. Although various traditions make something of a ritual of soul retrieval, at its simplest and most fundamental it involves just directing your intent that your core essence will carry out the task to whatever extent is possible and appropriate at the present time - and, as I say, if you are using the healing methods presented here you don't even need to think about 'soul retrieval' as such at all, for it would all occur spontaneously as it becomes able to. That is one of the great advantages of working with and from your own core essence; it sorts out and carries out whatever needs doing, and your ordinary mind needn't involve itself with such details.
|
| Gaining enhanced energy awareness | I'm not thinking here so much about 'higher' perceptions
such
as seeing people's auras (which in the 'real world' is almost
always actually ungrounded
energy awareness and thus a quite serious
problem for the people who have that 'ability', and not the gift that
so many people believe it to be), but more
about awareness of 'energies'
affecting you and whether their effect on you is positive or negative.
This is a very important part of making your life really healthy and
happy, and
so taking forward your self healing / self actualization process.
|
| Energy-work 'spiritual healing' | With such
a
range of healing
methods as listed above, who has any use for old-fashioned hands-on
healing? ...Answer? ...Everyone - but with moderation and vigilance! I say "with moderation", because, as noted further below, such 'energy work' healing (what many people would misguidedly think of as 'spiritual healing') is not very grounding, so it is best used as an adjunct to other, more grounding healing / self actualization methods rather than as your primary method. Yes, all manner of powerful healings can be received or given without recourse to laying on of hands or indeed using hands at all. However, none of that can be a substitute for certain real healing benefits bestowed by loving and aware hand contact, especially in the context of exchanging healing. To work always hands-off in healing work feeds 'egos' because it looks 'cool' and 'expert', but what it doesn't either display or communicate is human warmth and love. Actual warm and loving, aware physical contact and closeness are greatly beneficial for full emotional well-being, and are our birthright - not the sole province of sexual or attached 'relationships'. I thus recommend exchanges of full hands-on healing sessions, with great simplicity and intuitive flexibility about them, clear of any tradition or 'system' of healing. For the most safe and effective healing work:
If people operated in this manner for hands-on healing, virtually no problems could be picked up or passed on. For more about this 'core essence' mode of healing, please see Healing From Our Core Essence. At least at the end of a session, provided the other person is amenable to it, a really healthy and healing thing to do would be have a lengthy, warm and loving hug. Indeed, such aware, warm hugging is fully natural to humans regardless of gender, and assists us to full emotional well-being. Such a hug is the best way to greet each other and to part from each other. Plenty of hugs, awarely and considerately used, therefore, are part of a healthy healing relationship. |
From the self actualization perspective, people with soul programming - and that is the vast majority of people - have a major problem, in that soul programming prevents them from embarking on or keeping themselves on a genuine self actualization process. Indeed, the majority of those people are simply not motivated to any significant extent for positive life change at all, but even those who are so motivated are programmed not to connect with the very concept of genuine self actualization. A tiny proportion recognise it intellectually and even in some cases believe that they are going for self actualization - but in virtually all cases there is a distortion and limitation upon their perception of what genuine self actualization really is, and how they would effectively cultivate and maintain a comprehensive genuine self actualization process. Generally such people are diverted into various flavours of 'spirituality', which may or may not be masquerading as self actualization.
Such people are relatively ineffective in using the methods that I point to on this page - though they would be bound to get some positive life change from them. The point is that such methods all depend to a considerable extent on the nature, depth, strength and consistency of their clear intent for their self actualization - because the methods themselves are all means of focusing that intent and actively putting it to work. If that intent is largely blocked for you, you can go through all the motions of using the methods, yet that would not have a really big effect towards your self actualization.
However, even in the lattter situation, if you were really persistent, gradually your soul programming itself would be dissolving, so that over quite some time you would become more effective in using the methods, as gradually your deepest self actualization intent becomes more connected and integrated with your superficial, conscious intent.
Unfortunately most people who would be trying to achieve that would either lose interest or simply get diverted into some distortion or sidetrack that would result in a weakening or indeed discontinuation of their gradual process of dissolution of their soul programming.
Is there, therefore, any means by which a person with some soul programming could take a particular focused action to dissolve their soul programming more speedily, and which doesn't depend on their having the clarity of insightful motivation that a no-soul person has?
The answer appears to be 'possibly', according to my inner inquiry. It simply involves periodic formal readings of my full set of affirmations, especially preceding sessions of the Returning Life Sequence practice, and additionally on occasions the following declaration of intent (DOI) taken separately (though there is an equivalent one within that set of affirmations):
I affirm my intent that I am a continuum of pure consciousness, with no programming or 'soul' obstructing or clouding that continuum, between fundamental consciousness and my superficial aware consciousness or 'ordinary mind', and that any such programming that I am carrying is being dissolved as speedily as can be.
The optimal way to go about reading that (and indeed any other) DOI is the same as that given for my sets of affirmations for self actualization, accessible from The Guide to Complete Self Actualization.
Whereas a no-soul person would not normally need to repeat the affirmations / DOIs to precede every Returning Life session (indeed, actually (s)he wouldn't need to use them in the first place!), the person with soul programming would need to use them every time, at least for best effectiveness. This is because their soul programming would be constantly distorting and weakening the focus of their intent, and so they need to re-clarify and refocus their intent for each Returning Life session.
It is important, however, to understand that you would have no means to be sure at any time that you had dissolved ALL your soul programming, so, even when it looks as though you could well have done so, and your energy testing results appear to be indicating that you really have done so, it's best to assume at all times that you still may have some remnants still to clear. I myself, although being a no-soul person as far as I can ascertain, keep open to the possibility of my having some soul programming to clear - even though I've so far had no indications that I have any.
This is an area replete with unhelpful opinions, beliefs, 'old-wifery' and
mumbo-jumbo
to the nth degree. Contrary to fairly widespread belief, for most people a diet
supportive to a really effective self actualization process would not
be a vegetarian one, let alone a vegan one - though it would contain a higher
proportion of fruit and vegetables and a lower proportion of meat than is
currently the norm in Western diets. Also, sweeping statements like
"tomatoes / citrus fruits / etc make your blood too acid, so you should avoid
them in order not to get (or, to get rid of) arthritis" are simply nonsensical
'old-wifery' with no physical / scientific basis. For the record, the acidity
of what you eat has little or no bearing on the acidity of your blood because
of the body's intrinsic acidity regulating systems - both in the alimentary
canal and in the tissues and blood and other body fluids. And also blood
acidity just happens not to be an obvious cause of arthritis; the physical
mechanisms of arthritis in all its different forms are many and generally
complex, and the underlying non-physical causes are generally even more diverse
and
complex, even though some specific instances may
have a specific and relatively easily identified cause, such as a specific
environmental stress*.
* A case in point here is the arthritis that affected my own right knee from the autumn of 2006. During that winter it looked as though I'd never be able to go hiking again, and various people gave advice, only some of which I heeded at all, as to changes I supposedly needed to make to my diet, because the recommended changes were supposedly 'good for arthritis'. In fact I had a pretty good idea even at the time that the real cause was a particular weakening of my 'energy system' by the very severe dark force attack crisis that I got drawn into in September 2006. My subsequent detective work on that event points to a particularly massive psychic attack of a potentially virulently lethal type apparently having been launched upon me on one particular day in that crisis event, and to that as having been the the primary cause of the weakening that went on to cause the arthritis.
Thus what was actually needed first and foremost was a healing of the damage that had been done to my 'energy system' - and because I was achieving that I was bringing about the healing of that particular outbreak of arthritis, and was back to full length hiking again during the summer of 2007.
A great starting point for a healthy and self actualization supporting diet
- would you believe this! - is what a Western scientifically trained
nutritionist would come up with. Sure, some detail amendments would need to be
made, especially to accommodate individual needs and sensitivities, but
nonetheless Western food science has given us an excellent basis on which to
create our own eating regimes, founded on the body's actual physical needs.
Generally speaking, if you want to fine tune your food intake, the way to go about it is NOT to go following the latest 'health food' cult or fashion, nor to accept unquestioningly the advice of a healer or psychic (who after all would be unknowingly be guided by the dark force and so would be unreliable), nor to become vegetarian / vegan because you believe it is a healthy thing to do, but to use energy testing to find out what is most helpful for you personally. Nobody else can really effectively tell you that - it's something you need to find out yourself through your own carefully and rigorously applied energy testing.
I am thus not going to give you a list of supposedly healthy and unhealthy foods - because that would still be pointing you away from finding out exactly what is best (and worst) for you personally. The important thing is to let go of every single belief you've ever had about what's supposed to be good or bad for you and to use a scientifically based nutritionist's broad understanding of your food requirements, modified by what a combination of your own careful and diligent energy testing and your own clear-mindedness indicate.
In many cases too it may be helpful to take certain food supplements such as particular vitamins / minerals and other substances such as glucosamine. However, the way NOT to go about it is to go taking such things just because you've read or heard that they are good for you or good for some specific problem. Also, the taking of multivitamin / multimineral supplements is very unhelpful because by doing so you cannot tailor the amounts and balance of the different constituents to what would actually benefit you. Again, it is energy testing that you can use to inform you of any specific vitamins, minerals or other food supplements that would really assist you at the present time, and what dosage of each to use for optimal benefit and minimal risk to life and limb.
It's important to remember that if you are eating a really healthy diet you have no real need to go boosting your intake of lots of vitamins, minerals and other 'biosupplements' that are already in your food. In most people, however, particular health issues caused by their various emotional issues, attached entities and dark force interferences would unbalance their physiology to some extent so that (generally) a small number of specific trace food constituents could usefully be boosted to compensate for particular physiological imbalances of theirs.
That's where your own energy testing comes in. There is no other way
that I know of to gain such information, complete with the actual required
dosage of each supplement. Because the dosage of each supplement needs to be
independently adjustable, all supplements need to be purchased separately, and
not bought in combinations (e.g. glucosamine plus chondroitin plus MSM; if you
want to use all three, then they need to be in separate tablets). Combinations
of vitamins D and A can indeed be quite a menace, because both those vitamins
can have serious harmful effects if overdosed, so you need to be sure that if
you're going to boost one you are not inadvertently overdosing with the other.
Even if you're not overdosing to obvious toxic levels, just to be taking more
of such a supplement than is helpful to you would be to some extent weakening
for your system.
Some background music can be beneficial for healing sessions or generally as a healing-supportive background in your living space - provided that it is not being played for most or all of the time. However, this needs NOT to be the usual sort of music that healers use for this purpose - i.e. soporific or spacing-out New-Age types of music. Pop music and jazz are also problematical because their repeated rhythmic elements and indeed the very intent embedded in the music and any lyrics reduce rather than expand awareness and so again increase dark force connections and weaken the most deeply positive effects of the healing process. Various sorts of classical music tend to be the best compromise between the need to keep grounded and the need not to be getting significantly emotionally involved with the music.
Some examples of unhelpful classical music choices (too emotionally 'button pushing' for this purpose - I'm not claiming at all that they are actually bad!) would include: symphonies by Mahler, Shostakovich, Holmboe, Kalevi Aho (the latter especially to be avoided!!!), and to a certain extent Tchaikovsky; the Double Concerto and The Epic of Gilgamesh of Bohuslav Martinu; Petrouchka and The Rite of Spring by Stravinsky (though quite a bit of his other music is actually fine for the purpose); Kraanerg by Iannis Xenakis. Also unsuitable are many of what are popularly known as 'light classics' - particularly of the Johann Strauss / Franz Lehar / de Sousa variety - because they encourage closing down rather than opening up of our deepest levels of awareness (hence their great popularity!).
For a few examples of relatively suitable classical music for this purpose, let's mention keyboard (and especially harpsichord) music by any of the Bach family or Domenico Scarlatti, piano music of Chopin, Brahms, Schubert and Grieg (but Scriabin's music is for avoiding for this purpose because of its typically quite strong Satanistic resonances), symphonies of Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert or Dvorak - even symphonies of Sibelius if you skip the Kullervo symphony and his 4th, which both are really too emotionally loaded to be the most supportive for a healing session (although they are in their different ways tremendous works). Also most music of Debussy and Ravel. Much chamber music is fine, and also many pieces of organ music, provided the volume is not set unduly high. A wide range of choral music is suitable, provided it isn't of a discordant modernistic idiom, and provided any religious, mystical or 'spiritual' content is ignored.
The music can have a fair degree of rousing quality, provided that the rousing is of a positive nature - the most important thing is to keep clear of strong emotional pulls, for these would actually reduce one's depth of awareness and thus weaken the most important effects of the healing. Thus, Beethoven's Missa Solemnis or 9th Symphony would actually be good for many people's sessions, provided that the sound volume was set reasonably low and any religious connotations in the mass were put right out of one's mind, whereas, for example, my own 3rd Symphony, which is for the most part much quieter and more contemplative and portrays much beauty of nature, would, despite those qualities, be an unsuitable choice because of its troublesome emotional resonances.
Regarding my own music works, actually I regard most of them as being at best not optimally suitable as an accompaniment to healing sessions, though perhaps an occasional use of my 1st and 5th, 8th and 9th Symphonies might pass (they're positive and colourful but quite intense), and the big organ work The Great Wilderness would be quite good for the purpose except for its emotionally loaded 8th movement. On the other hand, my Ascending suite was actually composed to be a suitable accompaniment for healing work, and in retrospect I still regard it that way, with the caveat that one needs to allow oneself to enjoy the beauty of the sound without 'switching off' and using it to get oneself spaced out as people normally tend to in healing sessions.
Finally I mention music using metal - and especially Tibetan - singing bowls. The sound of these is immensely beautiful and has in many cases profound healing effects, but there is a problem because one is generally encouraged to go into meditation when listening to such music, whereas that is the most harmful thing you can do with it, because you are then just using it to weaken the grounding of your awareness and get you more spaced out and open and vulnerable to the dark force.
Therefore, my recommendation of singing bowls music comes with a strong caution to ignore any exhortations that you may find on the CD insert to meditate and get spaced out while listening, and instead, to keep awareness on everything in your immediate surroundings, including the great beauty of the sounds, but keeping clear of getting into any spaciness or indeed 'story' about higher beings and higher dimensions of reality that may be associated with the music and which would ALWAYS have originated from the dark force and thus would be there to try to lead you astray. For this sort of music, my top recommendation is that of Frank Perry, though the intensity about his music wouldn't be for everyone, and you may prefer singing bowls music from some other sources.
I do not recommend quartz crystal bowls music, however, because the nature of their sound would for most people be strongly dark force connecting (an effect that is almost universally misinterpreted as 'spiritually opening / advancing'), and in the hands of some performers such as Elivia Melodey can have an almost Satanistic resonance in the overall sound that is produced (regardless of any noble intentions that Elivia may genuinely hold). There is certainly a fascinating beauty in the sounds, but, as they say, "all that glisters is not gold"... Really, the problem is in the vulnerabilities that we are carrying, for there is nothing wrong with the music in itself, but it just happens to resonate with problematical tendencies with which the dark force has loaded us.
I warn against any recordings containing special channelling or programming for healing, whether or not they contain actual music that you happen to like. They may indeed contain programming, but, whatever positive claims are made for it, because it is channelled, it necessarily has come from the dark force and its effect will at the very least assist a weakening of your grounding, so making you still more vulnerable to the dark force. Generally it's by far the best to keep clear of all recordings that claim to be specially for healing or 'spiritual opening up / advancement'. Guided meditation recordings are all 'out' too, for they are all ungrounding to your awareness, quite apart from any additional problematical agenda or programming that may also be transmitted.
A wide range of natural environmental sound recordings, with or (preferably) without music, make excellent backdrops to support healing sessions and indeed one's overall healing process. These include sounds of rain, thunderstorms, waterfalls and other running water, the sea, birdsong, wind, whales / dolphins.
I particularly recommend the use of quality hi-fi speakers for listening to these recordings. A really clean and neutral treble without over-brightness and a really low bass (not boomy but extending down to the 'earthquake' frequencies that you feel rather than hear) not only make for the most satisfying listening but also maximize the healing quality of the natural sounds. Sounds like heavy surf breaking, or thunderstorms, contain a lot of the very low frequencies that you seem to feel rather than hear, and they have a natural healing-promoting effect - but they are completely lost in the vast majority of so-called hi-fi systems - and indeed, in their ignorance some recording engineers even filter such low frequencies out of their recordings!
Here is a small selection of especially recommended CD recordings of natural environmental sounds:
An excellent source of a wide range of really high grade nature sound 'concert' CDs is Wildsounds (in their Products list, go to Atmospheres). Others, though of much more varied quality, can be found by doing appropriate keyword searches at major CD suppliers such as Amazon. I caution that recordings that are marketed specifically as relaxation aids are particularly liable to be low-grade or/and adulterated in some way.
If you are prepared to do the necessary sifting and sorting, and, preferably, sometimes to use a soundfile editor such as Audacity or Wavepad to tidy up some recordings, you can use environmental sound recordings from Freesound, a tremendous repository of soundfile recordings available for free use (though you may wish to support Freesound with the odd donations), and compile custom CDs for your own personal use. I myself have compiled a whacking 10 CDs of wonderful thunderstorm recordings from this source, and also CDs of forest, bird, wind, water and sea sounds.
Some recordings of organized or synthesized sounds, which are aimed at directly creating a particular change in brain functioning, are extremely harmful. These include any using 'hypnotic' rhythms (especially antiphonal use of cross-rhythms) and the whole range of synthesized electronic sounds aimed at amending and supposedly either quietening or balancing brain functioning. Even something as apparently innocuous as a recording aimed at promoting alpha rhythm and thus a peaceful, restful state is actually a menace! The harmful effect is maximized if you listen to such recordings with headphones - as indeed you are usually advised to in the 'blurb' about the recordings!
The reason for this is that these all interfere with the natural functioning of the brain, without reference to what is actually causing any supposed over-activity or imbalance, and also without reference to what particular state of balance or indeed imbalance is actually needed at any particular time. It's really another version of the 'medical model' approach to healing issues, with disruptive sounds being used instead of disruptive chemical compounds. Such sounds not only make it more difficult for the brain to naturally rebalance and calm itself, but their disruptive effect occurs also in one's non-physical aspects ('energy system'), ensuring long term adverse health effects and a much more immediate general ungrounding of one's awareness that opens one more to the astral sub-reality and thus dark force interferences and influences.
It is of course the latter effect that draws people to use drumming so much for the purpose of supposedly assisting people's 'spiritual' opening up, and encouraging actually extremely harmful 'trance' states. As I've intimated in various places on this site, what people are generally regarding as 'spiritual' opening up is actually nothing other than becoming more weakly grounded and thus opening further to the astral sub-reality and all the massive problems that that brings us - so, generally speaking, sustained drumming is 'out' if you value your well-being.
So, if you want 'healing' sounds that are not straightforwardly music, then natural, unadulterated environmental sounds are the thing to go for - NOT special purpose 'healing' recordings, nor ones intended to produce some sort of trance (i.e. seriously ungrounded) state.
In my earlier years as a healer I so much enjoyed meeting other healers and going to 'Reiki shares' groups, and in the latter receiving healing from sometimes the whole group - and meeting potential new friends that way. However, I now know that such 'mixing around' with healing work is problematical in one remarkably similar way to promiscuous sexual activity. It's not that there's anything wrong or bad about 'promiscuous' healing work, but it's the 'entities' and increased dark force interferences that you may pick up in the process. It's worth bearing in mind that the dark force can interfere in healing work (posing as guides, angels or other supposedly helping beings) and give problematical guidance and maybe place implants directly or by directing the healer to do so. The healer may also have a partial walk-in or spirit attachment that adds to the problems, and the healer can in come cases have a highly troublesome type of energy implant known as a portal or conduit, which enables that individual to deliver dark force controlled 'entities' (elementals and 'combo entities') to their clients ('victims' might be a better term here!), who then go off with one whacking great new problem.
Also, picking up the various beliefs and many types of practice of other healers can greatly increase the hold of the dark force on you even while it appears on the surface that all is going beautifully and sweetly. That indeed was a significant part of how I came unstuck and eventually had very major problems with the dark force.
Also, in 2002 I myself got a number of harmful energy implants put into my energy system by a so-called Reiki Master who was leading a Reiki shares group. He believed that he was putting temporary healing implants into people (having learnt to do so from a particular psychic surgeon who himself was unawarely being seriously led astray by the dark force), but was unawarely being directed by an attached entity to create those implants, which were actually negative in their effect and permanent (until removed). You see what a mess develops even among supposedly highly reputable healers! I don't see myself going to a Reiki 'shares' group again.
This is why I strongly favour and encourage ongoing healing exchange work with people who you know or at least can test out and not stay with if you feel that there's potentially something problematical for you about them. This way you can build up wonderful aware friendships, which can be deeply loving without your getting sidetracked by sexual arousals and desires (which, if/when they do arise, simply point to particular emotional healing and dark force interference issues that can then be addressed and resolved).
The abovementioned problem about 'mixing around' in healing would not exist at all for groups or networks of people who are doing their healing only from the core essence. It would be extremely healthy for people individually and the community at large if people who are committed to healing only from the core essence (and thus consistently keeping out of the dark force's agendas) got together for 'shares' groups and one-to-one exchanges in which no other type of healing was used, for they would be exchanging only healing and true positivity and not problematical energies and entities. There would also be no basis for the sort of personal power / status issues and 'Reiki politics' that blight so many shares groups and healing networks.
I would be very happy to facilitate such a 'shares' group or/and network (which could also be the basis for getting fixed up for one-to-one exchanges) in Exeter. If you are interested, please contact me.
These methods have one overriding factor in common: THEY DO NOT WORK (well, not to any worthwhile extent)!
Okay, before some indignant healer writes to me to tell me that in her experience they do work, I have to say that that healer and indeed the vast majority of healers (of all traditions, certainly including Reiki) are chronically and seriously poorly grounded and have no idea of what a true, fully grounded state is like. Further, I would say the following:
We are all interfered with to some extent by the dark force (certain of its manifestations commonly being called astral or dark entities or astral beings). It is a consummate master of deceit. One of the many means by which it helps gain or increase its hold on us is through getting us more ungrounded - which makes us more vulnerable to it. One of its regular tricks with healers is to covertly direct them into useless measures for grounding, in order that they believe they are regrounding themselves when they're doing nothing of the kind and remaining poorly grounded, so that they do not go on to use actually effective measures to get themselves better grounded.
The dark force controls and manipulates healers and others into believing that they are regrounding themselves by the various measures that I say are useless, by actually giving people sensations of light-headedness or other sensations that people believe indicate ungroundedness, and then reducing or stopping those sensations when the people use those measures, so that they are convinced that those methods work and then take no action to get themselves really grounded.
This is not just belief of mine - I have on various occasions experienced the dark force trying to put such deceptions upon me, with all the relevant sensations as well as little 'pseudo-thoughts' in my mind to convince me that the sensations were genuine (indeed I've had that with regard to supposedly getting ungrounded to such an extreme that I was allegedly actually in the process of dying - a ploy used to get me to hospitalize myself in December 2004). Part of my awareness was certainly seriously poorly grounded at that time, but I was actually nowhere close to dying. My real situation then was that with my awareness so ungrounded I was open and spectacularly gullible to the dark force's convoluted fictions and deceptions, and similarly spectacularly open to its attacks.
Being properly grounded is to be fully connected into the physical level of existence - in other words fully incarnated, and having the optimal balance between your physical and non-physical aspects of 'being'. This balance involves a strong focus on the physical aspect, modulated by an awareness of the 'ultimate' reality of one's deepest aspect, and almost totally excluding any focus on the actually peripheral astral sub-reality - the no-man's land where people project their illusions and through which the dark force operates, constantly seeking to take us over and control us.
There is no quick fix for poor overall grounding and, contrary to popular belief, you cannot be significantly grounded by anything that a healer might do for you; you have to ground yourself, and your overall grounding is something that you can increase only over a period of time. For more about this, please see further below.
However, although it takes time to get yourself more grounded overall, you can get a more transient but still very beneficial grounding effect (which does also contribute a little to any long-term overall grounding strategy) by doing something to ground your awareness. A dramatic example of this was actually when I had crisis-level attacks from the dark force, and got myself hospitalized on four occasions, and on other occasions when I just contacted the local crisis resolution team and had a chat with them about what was going on for me. This action of mine each time brought about speedy dissolution of the attacks and great weakening of the apparent 'signal strength' of the interfering communications and a corresponding much greater hold for me upon everyday physical reality. It was not medication nor any notion of 'treatment' that achieved this but simply my having supportive people around me, with whom I could interact positively - this working for me by grounding my awareness, or in other words restoring my balance so that I was focused on the physical aspects of experience rather than the 'astral' aspect of consciousness through which the dark force is always seeking to cause more havoc if one inadvertently 'looks its way', so to speak.
Other awareness grounding measures could be listening to some appropriate music, going for an invigorating and preferably strenuous walk in the country, or carrying out some practical task. However, as I myself found, having supportive people around one - provided they really are supportive - is particularly helpful when your awareness has got seriously ungrounded and you are having, say, attacks of troublesome emotions or obvious interferences from the dark force, or you are simply having troublesome or unhelpful preoccupations in your mind (which most likely are caused or at least greatly aggravated by the dark force).
You achieve an increase of your overall, long-term grounding by adjustments to your everyday life, activities and outlook. I list below a few suggestions for grounding adjustments that could be made; no doubt you can come out with plenty more - especially if you make creative use of energy testing.
Priority use of grounding self healing methods. The methods that I describe or point to in Some Potent Self Actualization / Healing Practices are particularly grounding. Optimally, use a combination of some of those methods.
Any 'spiritual healing' (as described above) NOT to be one's primary healing method but rather, used as an optional adjunct (although basically beneficial when used in moderation, it is not particularly grounding and indeed can easily be used in distinctly ungrounding ways).
Minimal or preferably no time spent on any overtly 'spiritual' pursuits, including formal meditation.
Excluding use of alcohol, cannabis, tobacco products, and indeed all mind-affecting drugs. (N.B. From this perspective there is NO safe or benign level of alcohol to drink.) There are the odd exceptions, such as caffeine, which are not significantly ungrounding, but there are other contra-indications for these anyway, so exclusion of all mind-affecting drugs is an essential part of any person's full self healing / self actualization programme.
Relinquishing any attachment to vegan diets, because these are ungrounding and indeed in most cases not all that healthy because of certain deficiencies and imbalances. A varied and balanced mostly vegetarian diet including some animal products including fish (especially oily species) is a good compromise, but the inclusion of a regular small amount of mammal / bird meat would be still better.
Please note that I'm referring here to the quality of the diet for grounding and nutritional purposes and am not making any judgements about what one should or shouldn't eat.
Completely disregarding ungrounded and indeed ungrounding 'higher' perceptions, including but not limited to clairvoyance, seeing people's auras, prescience, seeing non-physical beings of any kind, and receiving communications of any type from any non-physical source (whether directly or through anyone else functioning as a channel, medium, fortune teller or any other type of psychic).
Keeping clear of astrology and ALL types of divining, including but not limited to I Ching, Tarot, angel cards and runes, and all psychic 'readings'.
Taking on or emphasizing practical, grounding activities in your daily life:
Going out for walks amongst Nature is one potentially very helpful activity, but is easily done in an ungrounded way, so it's best to pursue some practical interest or activity when you go out into the wilds. Maybe (like me) you'd pursue an interest in wild flowers or insects or birds (or - much healthier and more rewarding - the lot!) and get identifying them or/and photographing them - maybe even recording your sightings for your local wildlife conservation organization, or/and making sound recordings of natural sounds (indeed, maybe sharing them at Freesound).
Going for hikes, as long as you
can
manage, on
strenuous terrain, cultivates grounding through keeping your
attention on practicalities while also finding it easy to get into an
alert and very flexible
type of meditative state (NOT a spaced-out state!) that is much
healthier than what you achieve
in formal sitting meditation.
The grounding effect is even more so if you hitch-hike to and from your
walking routes as I do, thus making the whole day quite an adventure!
N.B. Running and cycling, although being grounding in some ways, are not so comprehensively so, and both have physically harmful aspects. Running wears out leg joints prematurely, because the human body didn't evolve to cater for regular extended sessions of running (extended regular walking is what we are adapted for). Cycling actually puts abnormal stresses on limb joints, and indeed on many other parts of the body, and in almost all cases cultivates serious spinal distortions that can give rise to very troublesome problems later in one's life. Also, both activities reduce your connectedness with your surroundings and thus are not helping you with your grounding in the way that walking does.
Surfing
and paragliding / hang gliding, used
in small measure, are outdoor
activities that
have a particularly high self actualization effect while also being very
grounding - but surfing
in particular readily becomes a preoccupation and indeed addiction, and
that is seriously harmful and so needs considerable vigilance to avoid.
Other
particularly eligible outdoor pursuits include sailing, canoeing,
rock climbing and indeed mountaineering.
Sports or other activities that are significantly competitive, and also martial arts, are good for grounding but need viewing with circumspection and caution. Certain of these, in moderation, may be very beneficial for particular individuals, but for the majority of people they reinforce problematical emotional traits that need to be cleared, and so are NOT a suitable means of getting more grounded. If you feel drawn to any of these, or already participate, then your best course is to use energy testing and, through using the appropriate testing procedure, find out whether the particular activity is or would be strengthening or weakening for you (i.e. for your ultimate good), and to use that basis on which to decide whether to proceed with any such activity or to do something else instead (again energy-testing it to get an idea of its suitability or otherwise for you).
To my current understanding, if you want a martial art because of its ki (or chi) cultivation benefits, you'd be doing much better to use the ki cultivation methods given or pointed to in Some Potent Healing / Self Actualization Practices, for then you'd get equally grounded 'ki' cultivation, but it would be balanced, which martial arts 'ki' cultivation definitely isn't, and would take you potentially the whole way in your self actualization. Generally speaking, martial arts put your life force energy very much under the control of your ordinary, conscious mind, this being a highly unhealthy state of affairs and not pointing you in a true self actualization direction.
Gardening, and especially managing a vegetable garden / allotment to grow food for yourself.
Building / construction / decorating / landscaping activities - though it would be important to ensure, through energy awareness / energy testing, that what you wanted to do was energetically harmonious for you (and that would depend to a considerable extent on how harmonious it would be with the environment).
Many healers and people who receive healing or have some active self healing process 'running', at some time experience troublesome physical symptoms or/and emotional 'nasties' that appear to be related in some way to their healing process, and which not infrequently develop into some sort of crisis - whether it be physical health or emotional. This phenomenon is widely referred to as a 'healing crisis' (or just as 'side effects' of one's healing, if not at any sort of crisis level).
My understanding now (still necessarily somewhat speculative as a broad generalization) is that these phenomena are not what is generally believed, for, apparently, they are NOT caused by any genuine healing process, and thus 'healing crisis' would be a complete misnomer. What is apparently really happening in such instances is that the affected person is getting interfered with and attacked by the dark force to produce the symptoms or crisis, as a result of the particular healing methods that they're using, which are actually harming them and making them more open and vulnerable to the dark force. That, also, would be what is really going on when somebody has adverse 'side effects' from a Reiki attunement. My understanding nowadays is that such attunements always do harm to a person's non-physical aspects ('energy system'), and this can in some cases almost immediately lead to unpleasant physical effects, depending on how the dark force is interfering with the particular person. It can in some cases indeed open the person to a severe attack from the dark force. I know one young guy who, the night following his Reiki I attunement, had a hellish attack of full-blown terror, and, in the thick of that, had to get up to vomit. He was already particularly vulnerable because he was a regular cannabis user, but theoretically this could still happen to many people.
As far as I'm aware so far, such problems cannot be caused by the healing methods that I present on this site. However, very likely there will be the odd person here and there who gets the impression that just that is occurring for him. That can come about if the person concerned is already very open and vulnerable to the dark force (in many cases no doubt particularly because of previous use of harmful 'healing' methods and use of crystals, wands, dowsing and so on), and the dark force then targets the person with particular types of interference and attacks to try to frighten him off using the very methods that would progressively clear him of dark force interference and attacks.
The important thing in all such cases is to work on the understanding that it is NOT a problem with any of the healing methods that I present here, but is a problem of interference and attacks from the dark force. Thus the affected person would need to continue with these methods, and, in particular, to tune their Energy Egg to the particular attacks and to use the Grounding Post procedure to get clearing all the illusory realities that are being used in such attacks. Anyone having such problems will find additional helpful information and 'action' guidelines in Dark Force and Entity Troubles - The Real Way to Clear Them.
This is a quite common phenomenon, not specific to any particular healing methodology, and it is quite often called 'healing burnout' - though really 'healing snarl-up' would be a much more accurate description. You appear to be doing all the right things (and more!), but your healing process has seemingly either ground to a halt or never really got off the ground.
However, before we get too worked up about this and assume that 'healing snarl-up' is really the main problem, let's consider the possibility that you're currently under attack from the dark force (whether overtly or covertly) and are being given a subjective and more or less false impression that your healing methods aren't working when in fact, at least until you were getting this particular attack with self doubts, they were working, at least to a fair extent. This is a dirt common ploy of the dark force, and it can create an illusory reality in your mindspace, in which your healing methods appear not to be working - and that would very much interfere with the effectiveness of your healing methods.
Very often, though, this happens when there is already at least an incipient healing snarl-up situation, but the significance of the attack would be that you may not be in as much of a healing snarl-up situation as currently appears. So, the needs then are to clear the attack so that you can better see what your situation really is, and then take whatever 'healing snarl-up' remedial measures are necessary (if any).
This happens where a person* has a great enthusiasm or sense of urgency or even desperation about getting on with their healing process and getting clear of particular issues, and, in that state of enthusiasm / urgency, gets so immersed in all the self healing work that their awareness becomes increasingly ungrounded and their life becomes very unbalanced. This becomes increasingly a hindrance to the methods continuing to work, and that in turn becomes compounded by an anxiety feedback loop that is cultivated by the dark force, and that puts a much more definite block on anything working. That feedback loop involves an illusory reality in which one depends on the methods, but they've simply ceased to work, and so one has become 'lost' and (so it seems) unable to be helped by anyone or indeed any other methods.
* Actually, this applies really not to just any person, but more specifically to individuals who have weak grounding of at least part of their awareness. Typically, susceptible people show evidence of this through quite a strong tendency to having 'psychic perceptions' - in other words, 'being psychic'. That of course would cover a considerable majority of people who regard themselves as healers.
Really, if you've got that problem and have read so far, you hardly need me to tell you what you need to do about it, because once you realize what's going on you can work out your actually very simple solution. - But, just to make sure that I'm not leaving anyone out in the cold, I'll continue.
One thing NOT to do (because it simply couldn't work) is to 'throw healing devices such as Energy Eggs, Guardian Angels (etc) at the problem' - though having one of each would be helpful at least in some ways even if not obviously addressing the immediate problem. Once you've run into a healing snarl-up, no additional healing aids or methods would be able to work for you, and indeed every new attempt to force your healing process would actually add another bit of obstruction to it.
Here's a nice little pointer to the change of tack that you need to make if you've run into a healing snarl-up. Have a read of my little real life mountain 'scrape' experience in Fear versus Reality - An Experience of Mine. Your healing snarl-up situation is very much a parallel of my little scrape out there on the mountain, where it seemed that I'd got myself into a fatal predicament, and when I frantically scrabbled to try to get back up the extremely steep slope, things just came away with my every movement, and I was actually gradually slipping down further rather than ascending, and the slope was plunging away in precipitous crags not far below me. Scary, hey! (Help!). And then you'll notice how I intuitively transformed the situation by STOPPING TRYING! Instead, I changed tack and accepted the current apparently hopeless situation - but with the rider that this was now just an assumption within a little experiment, and thus I'd neatly stepped out of the emotional involvement with the fear. And, as I had 'all the time in the world' while just stuck there (because I was as good as dead anyway), I'd bide my time by doing this little experiment, just to see what happens if, as a 'dead duck' now, just very gently and slowly, with all the time in the world, put one hand up here... and, ever so slowly and gently, the other hand up there... and - slowly does it! - one foot ever so gently up here, not trying to achieve anything, of course... and...
Now, it's very much like that for you if you've got into a healing snarl-up. You don't necessarily need to pause your healing practices altogether, but you do need to have a clear sense of backing off and relaxing about it all, recognising how you'd actually been getting yourself wound up (with the assistance of the 'Universal Garbage', of course!). So, you have some things to let go of, NOW.
The #1 thing to let go of at this point is all your sense of trying. Isn't that tremendous news - you no longer have to 'try'! In fact you never had to do so, but it has taken this experience to get you to this crucial understanding.
So, how are you going to replace that 'trying' with something that is effective in enabling your healing process to resume (or indeed properly start)? -- Easy! For a start, get regarding your healing process and every bit of it (and indeed your whole life experience!) as an experiment! So, instead of trying to achieve something, in an interested and joyful manner you simply try things out, with the intent (NOT hope) that they produce positive results for you. Where something appears not to serve a useful purpose you can then, again as part of the experiment, find out what you'd need to change in order to achieve the positive result that you intend (again, NOT hope for!). If you're using energy testing well, you'd be able to come up with very precise answers to that, and speedily get things really focused and working optimally for you.
Indeed, for a short period at the beginning of your turning
round
such a situation you may find it helpful to stick up a notice above the
main door to your abode, saying "Abandon hope all ye who enter!" -
well, er, except you'd need the notice to be invisible so that other
people
wouldn't misunderstand your extremely positive new meaning for that
infamous quote. So, in other words, you place that notice there with
your
intent rather than do it physically. And one further thing that would
need to be on that notice is a great big SMILEY! ![]()
Another important measure to take is to ensure that your healing practices are appropriately scheduled. Typically, people who run into healing snarl-up are overdoing the frequency of their healing practices either through having no formal schedule for them or, less commonly, through having a schedule, but one that is too intensive. The need, then, is to sit yourself down and work out a daily / weekly schedule that is aimed at rebalancing your whole life, and thus spaces out your healing practices chronologically, and actually also lists grounding everyday activities that are NOT normally thought of as healing practices, that you can do for making your life more enjoyable and balanced. Walks out in the wilds, if at all possible, need to figure here, and, for example, creative / artistic activities, such as musical performance. Most people can actually sing perfectly well in a local choir, for example, if they but let go of any self doubt rubbish that they've been carrying. Competitive sports can help to a point for some people, but they have problematical aspects and so instead I recommend other, non-competitive ways of getting out and engaging with other people in positive ways. For some people, getting enrolled in particular courses may be a very helpful balancing thing - though obviously some courses would be much more suitable than others. Energy testing is the real way to establish what are the best activities for you, to get your life optimally balanced to support your healing and self actualization process.
Particular balancing activities of my own include:
N.B. Whatever your particular interests and 'likes',watching television or videos
is NOT a healthy activity at all and would hinder rather than help any rebalancing process. If you normally tend to spend time on those pursuits (I'd be tempted to say, 'non-pursuits'), then part of your necessary rebalancing would involve replacing them with more active and positive uses of your time. Even reading books would be better than that, but again for the most part is too passive an 'activity' to be helpful for this purpose. Generally, vicariousness in one's life is a problem (cultivated by the dark force), and needs replacing with active living.
If you're very tied up with family commitments, then there is more of a problem, for your balancing activities need to be ones that give you a clean break from those commitments as well as the overt healing practices. Careful and vigilant use of energy testing would point you to your particular way forward there. Undoubtedly there would have to be compromises there, and you'd need to step out of some pretty strongly held beliefs, fears and anxieties concerning what are supposedly your responsibilities. It's important to keep clear focus at all times on the fact that if you do not properly look after Number One - i.e. yourself - you are no fit person to look after or assist anyone else. So, basically, almost certainly you'd need to put more emphasis on taking time properly for yourself than you'd been doing for a long time.
Less can be more!
As part of the process of spacing out your various self healing
practices, you may be able to find more
efficient
ways of carrying some of them out. Energy testing could point you to
ways to achieve such greater efficiency - for example, using a suitable
stone sphere as an intensifier of some kinds of practice, in both
direct and indirect ways. The use of particular declarations
of
intent in some cases would make a particular
practice or
procedure more effective.

It is important to understand that I give no guarantee that any of the healing / self actualization methods that I present or recommend on this site will bring about noticeable positive changes and no adverse changes for every single person who endeavours to use them. In using any of the methods you take on full responsibility for your doing so, and you cannot expect me to sort things out for you if you have particular difficulties with any of the methods.
As far as I can tell, the methods that I present and recommend would theoretically bring about positive changes for anyone who uses them, or at the very least they would get no negative or troublesome changes caused by those methods. However, individual people can have particular obstacles that get in the way of healing / self actualization methods* producing really noticeable positive changes, and indeed which can in some circumstances lead to use of the methods even being associated with really troublesome symptoms and developments.
* This actually refers to ANY genuine healing / self actualization methods - not just the ones I present or recommend on this site.
The problem comes down basically to the ways that the dark force interferes with particular people. It may cultivate a disempowered, anxious - even desperate - state of mind in which, even though the methods may be giving some benefit (probably not noticed), the very use of them plays into a destructive feedback loop of fear-related emotions and troublesome thoughts (which is actually being stoked up by the dark force) that causes all sorts of personal problems, including various very troublesome and often frightening physical symptoms. The problem here is not anything about the healing methods themselves, but about the way the dark force will exploit any vulnerability in one's outlook or state of mind (and weak grounding of one's awareness) to transform one's 'practice' sessions into effectively 'self harm' / 'self destruction' sessions.
The chances are, too, that a person who is feeling at all 'desperate' would go about using the methods in an ungrounding way - for example, too much emphasis on using those methods and not enough on enjoyable and grounding activities in everyday life. Such a person may very well also not be using the individual methods very effectively. The latter is particularly likely with the Grounding Post procedure, because its effectiveness does depend on the right illusory realities and other issues being identified and 'zapped' - and the dark force can easily lead one astray in that, so that one is frantically 'zapping' a whole lot of low-priority items and getting increasingly wound up and ungrounded.
I well know about the latter sort of situation, because the dark force did that to me many times. The need is, as soon as it seems that one is being given a tedious succession of supposedly 'important' things to 'zap', to back off and concentrate on measures to ground your awareness*. In my case, during the most strong and sustained dark force attacks, I even called the local Crisis Resolution Team in order to get just a bit of supportive human contact to enable me to get my awareness properly balanced and grounded, thus causing the feedback loop of the attack to collapse.
* In my case, in addition, emphasis on another aspect of the attack situation has pretty consistently been greatly helpful - to tune my Energy Egg to the current stress(es), using the procedure for tuning it to unidentified environmental stresses. I can't guarantee that it would work for just anyone, but for me it has actually been a definite and indeed increasingly prominent part of my getting clear of individual attacks and interferences from the dark force.
The worst times I had with that sort of problem were in 2006 and early 2007, when the dark force, posing as my 'inner guidance', effectively hijacked my inquiry sessions using The Work, transforming them into really nightmarish experiences, in which I was being directed to put to inquiry an intimidating ever increasing list of troublesome thoughts and supposed inner beliefs, which were really just things that the dark force was feeding into my mindspace as it went along, based on convoluted 'story' that it was giving me about myself and my situation. This very much helped to build up very major crisis events that could well have proved fatal for somebody who didn't have the protective strength of outlook that is gained by being enlightened and generally exceptionally clear-minded in outlook, as I had.
The only general solution to such situations that I'm aware of is to put a great deal of time and attention to enjoyable and grounding activities, and to almost sideline the overt 'healing' methods - but to still have the latter scheduled (with a suitably small time-slice) into one's daily life so that you can still benefit from them.
As well as the above-mentioned type of problem, as a rare occurrence, by some means a person may have got loaded with an elemental* that makes it extremely difficult for the person to make any healing method really help them, and which itself may be causing intractable physical and mental / emotional problems. In some rare cases such elementals are actually programmed (by their creator, who would be a person who is into 'dark' practices) to bring about a progressive deterioration, which can be fatal if the affected person is unable to use appropriate methods (i.e. effectively) to bring about the quite rapid dissolution of the elemental. Unfortunately I doubt whether there is anything much that another person could do to clear off such an elemental; to my best current understanding, it would need ongoing work by the affected person - the catch being that generally people who are so affected are in no state to be able to use the relevant methods sufficiently effectively.
* The elemental may or may not draw attention to itself as being apparently a troublesome 'entity' or 'spirit attachment'.
It is important to understand that it would be quite unworkable and indeed impossible for me to go trying to sort things out for individuals who have run into any of the sorts of problem that I describe above. For the sake of my own well-being, it is necessary for me to maintain healthy balance in my life, and such balance would be seriously compromised by my attempting to 'help'* people who, for whatever reason, are unable to help themselves - and that includes such matters as people who do not sufficiently understand English or who for disability reasons cannot properly read the pages here. It also needs to be borne in mind that I myself am still working on clearing remaining vulnerabilities of my own to certain types of dark force interference and attack, so it's no good anyone looking upon me as somebody who has completely 'defeated' the dark force and has a simple magic 'silver bullet' that he can dish out to anyone who is in trouble, to 'save' them from their situation.
* 'Attempting' is the operative word here, unfortunately, because in such cases, if I actually did attempt to 'help', pretty well anything that I attempted would actually be ineffective and, if anything, would tend to compound problems for the particular person because of the disempowering effects of receiving such attempts to help. Basically it is the self empowerment of actually using the appropriate methods oneself that is required to resolve such situations, and if the person is for some reason unable to achieve that effectively, there is nothing further that I or probably anyone else could usefully do to make up for that unfortunate fact.
I therefore ask people not to contact me to ask for such 'help', no matter how desperate they may feel. It would not help their state of mind at all to have me either turn them away (possibly with a flea in their ear because they've disregarded my clear indications in the notes on my Contact Me page) or indeed to have me not replying to them at all.
If you're serious about your health, your self actualization, and getting clear of all dark force interferences and entity attachments, you'd greatly help yourself by getting shot of any non-essential objects on your person or in your living space, that weaken your non-physical aspects ('energy system') or otherwise increase you dark force connections / vulnerability. I list here some such items, but this isn't an exhaustive list, and your own energy testing would be likely to pinpoint other types of object that are creating a problem for you.

The supposed direct, active removal of entities from other people by healers / 'lightworkers' is a highly problematical area of healing. Indeed, the concept of 'lightworker' is extremely problematical in much the same way that 'spirituality' is, because the very concept of being a worker with, of or for 'the Light' or indeed 'light', is a dark force sourced one that cultivates the dark force's hold on the very person who believes that (s)he is clearing entities and maybe dark force connections. As I explain below, it is doubtful to what extent such supposed entity removal really works, despite superficial appearances of it sometimes giving spectacularly beneficial results. In any case the real need for anyone is to take up proper self clearance and self actualization methods as enumerated in the list further above, for just to remove entities from another person - even if that were really happening - is to a considerable extent still addressing a symptom rather than resolving the underlying cause(s).
The one area in which direct entity removal apparently may work is in the case of earthbound spirits (consciousnesses of people who have died but which have been too afraid or traumatized to 'pass on'). However, the interference of 'astral entities' (actually not true entities but manifestations of the dark force), which are the most widespread and pervasive issue, complicate matters so that anyone who sets out only to remove earthbound spirits is also, whether they intend it or not, to some extent getting involved with 'the dark side', and thus my reservations detailed below also apply to attempts to remove earthbound spirits.
My general observation is that people who make a thing of supposedly removing entities from people are themselves still at least to some extent being sidetracked by the dark force, because they are thus being diverted from getting their clients using appropriate methods to clear their own underlying issues and thus to make themselves truly clear of and invulnerable to entities and the dark force. This point is underlined by the fact that the dark force, generally posing as higher or indeed Divine beings, can and usually does hide from the healer / 'lightworker'* the true state of affairs and readily present 'visuals' showing entities being cleared out when actually nothing of the sort is happening. In early 2007 I myself had the dark force (posing as my own higher consciousness and also as a supposed Divine Support Team) on several occasions give me strong simulations of 'demons' attached to me being transformed into supposed angelic or Divine beings and whisked away to a high dimension. This was all a ploy both to keep my attention as ungrounded as possible and to try to convince me not to look further to clear my 'entities' (i.e. dark force interference) issue.
* I include here even the ones who believe that they are clear of all entity and dark force interferences.
The 'lightworker' who was attempting to assist me at that time in clearing the 'astral beings' from myself (he described them as 'demons') was being similarly - indeed extensively - deceived, and ended up assuring me that more or less all of my entities had been cleared and the remaining very considerable interferences (including attacks) that I was getting were from self created simulations of entities - what he referred to as 'self-created demons'. He was making these claims in complete ignorance of the reality, as far as I've been able to establish, that there were no entities of the types that he was being shown (actually by the dark force posing as his 'Divine Support Team'), and so all the manifestations that he was seeking to cast out were nothing more than illusions created in his and my mind by the dark force. The real entities that were attached to me - the parasitic lost souls - were something that the dark force didn't show him or me, so that they remained unrecognised until I'd got right out of the mindset of having anyone supposedly casting out entities from me and was using the effective self clearance methodology that I present on this page.
Thus at least for myself I've come to see direct entity clearance, especially by a third party, as being something of a red herring, and comprehensive and powerful self healing / self actualization as being the true way to get oneself clear of ALL entities and the myriad types of dark force influence.
One common ploy of the dark force with 'lightworkers' and healers who supposedly remove entities is, as well as giving direct simulations of entities being removed, to discontinue or greatly reduce certain types of interference on the client, such as attacks, at least for a time following a supposed removal of entities, so helping to convince everyone that the client has been 'cured' or at least greatly helped by the 'lightworker' when actually little or nothing was really removed. So, I have to say it again - generally speaking, without effective self clearance and self actualization work on the part of the client, the underlying issues remain, even if the 'entity' (i.e. dark force) interference has become more subtle and covert.
It's necessary for me to warn that because healers and 'lightworkers' who seek to remove entities from other people are virtually always being considerably interfered with themselves by the dark force (although almost always they don't at all recognise the fact), it's remarkably common for people who receive healings and supposed entity clearances from such people to end up with serious 'entity' and dark force interference problems that they didn't have before. It's rare for such a healer to acknowledge that such a thing has happened; they typically seek to explain the problem away by claiming that the client's problem isn't a real entity (any more) and is just a self created simulation of one, or it is 'just a manifestation of part of the person's healing process and nothing to worry about', and so on. Such 'healers' thus remain oblivious of the harm they are doing and believe that almost all, if not all, of their supposed entity removals have been successful, and so continue confidently to go proliferating 'entity' problems in more and more people, while claiming to have a long and 'squeaky clean' track record of successes (and even to publish a long list of impressive-looking testimonials).
I put 'entity' in quotes because, to the best of my current understanding, usually what is passed on is not true (i.e. conscious) entities but elementals, which in rather rare cases can each be combined with a soul fragment to produce the most troublesome type of 'entity' attachment of which I'm aware (what I refer to as a 'combo entity'). However, certain healers and 'lightworkers' get some their clients sufficiently out of body during sessions that the clients (i.e. victims) are liable to end up with a partial walk-in or powerfully controlling spirit attachment.
I also warn about ANY healer (whether or not claiming to remove entities) who sends supposed healing spirits to people to carry out healing on them. When they do such things they virtually always cause immense problems for their victims (a more appropriate word here than 'clients') - problems that can be greatly more serious and difficult to deal with than 'ordinary' serious troubles with the dark force. Such so-called spirits may possibly sometimes be dark force programmed and controlled human souls, though my understanding is that at least most of the time what is really sent is elementals or 'combo entities', which can cause disruption and destruction in a person's life to an extent that the dark force itself could never achieve directly.
Generally speaking, ongoing or at least recurrent problems with the anus are a result of the dark force causing the anus to be chronically over-tight and often indeed acutely clenched, sometimes with more transient very painful spasms. In addition, the dark force may enormously magnify and distort even a quite minor pain or discomfort in the anal area, and torture the person with a well-nigh unbearable level of pain, which is not always much reduceable with ordinary painkillers or topical local anaesthetic preparations. Additionally the dark force can give the sensory impression of having a burning hot or intensely tickling or itching worm or maggot vigorously writhing in the anus, or of sharp objects such as shards of glass being poked into the anus.
The over-constriction of the anus is harmful broadly in three ways: (a) it makes the anal lining very prone to injury while passing faeces, (b) it forces the person to strain in order to pass faeces or indeed even just gas, and that causes and aggravates haemorrhoids, and (c) it causes ongoing restrictions and disruptions of local blood supply in the anal canal lining and inner layers of smooth muscle, which makes the whole of it relatively dysfunctional, with any injury very difficult or impossible to heal and haemorrhoids tending to get painfully enlarged and aggravated, also with the distinct possibility of anal abscess and even fistula formation.
For this type of situation all methods noted on this page for clearance of dark force interferences and attacks are needed - in other words an actively applied ongoing full self actualization strategy.
Use the Grounding Post procedure to 'zap' any (most likely covert) illusory realities involving your anal over-tightness and clenching. If you have an Energy Egg you can also tune it to the interference that is causing the clenching and indeed any excess pain. Presently I shall include more details about this on another page.
Use of a suitable stool softener when things are particularly difficult, such as with significant haemorrhoids or an anal fissure. Unfortunately many stool softeners, including lactulose and various natural products, cause adverse reactions in the gut, with excess gas production, which can further increase your misery, because farting itself can be very painful with an anal fissure or aggravated haemorrhoids in an over-tight anus. I eventually had a better stool softener prescribed for me by my doctor - Movicol, a preparation of polyethylene glycol. My use of energy testing retrospectively suggests that it was no more harmful than any other stool softeners that I'd encountered, and actually didn't cause (me) any significant additional gas production. If you have an Energy Egg you can tune it to whatever stool softener you are using, and at least over a shortish period you will very likely find that any adverse reaction of yours to it will have much reduced if not altogether faded away. My own experience doesn't tally with claims and reports of the Energy Egg causing immediate cessation of sensitivity reactions; for me it's always taken some time - commonly a few days or a week or so - to notice a clear difference, and in any case not all my 'sensitivity' reactions have responded really noticeably to my tuning the Energy Egg to them.
It's best not to use stool softener except when you have an 'acute' and painful or/and bloody condition at the back end, for there is a risk of developing a certain degree of dependency on it if it is used long-term - and it can divert attention away from the all important task of clearing the underlying cause of the anal constriction that is in turn causing the various individual problems. Also, the most effective continence is without any interference in stool consistency. In other words, use of a stool softener always makes you at least somewhat more prone to embarrassing 'accidents' in your pants, or at least some urgent toilet visits.
Use a specific declaration of intent, made most effective by use of a suitable stone sphere, to focus your intent that all pain signals beyond what is useful or helpful are to be redirected to a 'sandbox' area of your awareness where their 'energy' can dissipate harmlessly and painlessly. This would most likely not have immediate effect and would need periodic repeating at an interval of a week or two to gradually build up that ability. I give no guarantees that it would work for everyone, but theoretically it looks as though it would.
Apply a suitable topical preparation, using a cling film wrapped finger to insert it the full length of the anal canal (best not to use any applicator that comes with the preparation, for that can be very wasteful). Of the ones I've tried, Anusol was the best, though not exactly ideal. Generally speaking, preparations containing local anaesthetic, such as the Germoloids ones, are generally best avoided, BUT if you are getting exaggerated, troublesome pain that is in excess of what would actually be a helpful warning about your condition, a topical preparation containing local anaesthetic may be the pragmatic short term option if used judiciously and not to keep your back end continuously anaesthetized. Energy testing would indicate whether this would be the best thing for you to do at the particular time, and to what extent to use such a preparation.
'Nitroglycerine' (actually glyceryl trinitrate) ointment, which I myself tried a long time ago, can be used to help relax the anal sphincter when it is excessively tight, though I wouldn't recommend its ongoing use, because that's mucking around with your natural functioning and may have disruptive effects on the sphincter function long-term. It can also give you a headache. Personally, it didn't seem to help me much, BUT my energy testing now indicates that I'd needed to use a different strength (the catch being that upping the strength makes headaches more likely and also increases the odds for long term harmful effects). One particular drawback of using 'nitroglycerine' ointment is that it has no other properties that you may need at that time, such as shrinking of haemorrhoids, antisepsis and pain and itching reduction. That's really why I've tended to go more for the haemorrhoid ointments / creams.
N.B. Use of such preparations is no substitute for actually addressing and resolving the underlying cause of the problem, so my suggestions here are on the basis of their being used in addition to the other methods given on this page.
Actually, when the anus is severely clenched, application of ointment in the manner that I've indicated serves another, mechanical, function - that of helping the anal sphincter to come out of the feedback loop that is causing the sustained clenching. It's very much like the anal equivalent of, say, grounding your visual awareness to dissolve night hell (night terror) visuals - but instead you're helping to ground your anal awareness.
For this reason, even if you don't have a particularly suitable ointment it can still be distinctly helpful to gently insert a cling film wrapped finger after each bowel movement, using whatever reasonably benign lubricant that is to hand - even if it's just a bit of K-Y jelly or a little olive oil (the latter actually being better, though it might dribble around and thus be rather a nuisance). When you do insert the finger, it's best to throw any embarrassment to the wind and gently feel the state of the anal canal, and gently to slightly push against the canal wall in each direction and also to very gently give some slight wiggles to your finger, as though encouraging your anus in a very loving manner to relax - sort-of telling it that everything's all right now and it can let go of all that excess tension.
I found that when my anus was severely clenched, so that I couldn't readily and more or less painlessly insert my finger into the anal canal, I could achieve this without using force (which would generally be harmful as well as very painful, and could cause troublesome injury), simply by maintaining a continuous gentle pressure with the fingertip onto the closed anal canal, while maintaining a firmer lateral pressure with that finger on a pain-free side of the (closed) anal opening. That side pressure often was enough to cause the sphincter to relax just enough to allow the finger to slide in very slowly without my actively trying to push it in. This could be greatly helped by doing some strong deep inhalations, for each inhalation would cause a momentary slight relaxation of the sphincter, which would allow the finger to get just a bit further in each time with no increase in my pressure with that finger. Similarly, a series of slight coughs or clearings of my throat would achieve this.
It is almost universally accepted among healers, spiritual teachers and people who see themselves as being on some sort of spiritual path, that it is helpful if not essential to have in one's living space some sort of shrine, however simple, or a dedicated sacred space, and also to have, either in the shrine area or/and elsewhere in one's living space certain 'sacred' objects. Such sacred objects, depending on one's particular resonances or favoured tradition, may include Buddha figures or indeed figures or representations of any spiritual teacher, religious leader, supposed higher being such as Avalokiteshvara, Melchizedek, Kwan Yin or Shiva, or symbols such as the OM and the merkaba - and indeed candles / night lights.
That - yet again! - points to the universality of the influence of the dark force in all our religious, healing and spiritual traditions. The point here is that ALL the above are pointing you away from the ONLY focus for true, full self actualization, which is your own core essence, and are devices that the dark force has been using to get people unwittingly increasing their 'dark' connections.
If you stop and think about it, it doesn't require rocket
science to
realize that the very notion of designating any specific objects or
locations as 'sacred' or indeed 'holy' is crazy! Look at it this way.
What is the 'highest' and presumably most sacred or holy thing in the
whole of Existence? -- Surely the all-pervading 'creating'
consciousness, which you could call 'the Ultimate'. But every single
one of us, and everything that we experience, is a manifestation of
that all-pervading consciousness, and so is similarly sacred or holy.
That means that everything and everyone is fundamentally as sacred or
holy as each other - so that the very concept of sacredness or holiness
is fundamentally meaningless, for things are simply whatever and however they
are! ![]()
So, it is an essential part of full self actualization and clearance of dark force influences, that you have no shrine, no sacred or holy place(s) or objects. As long as you keep even one Buddha figure or a crucifix or purported image of Jesus, for example, you are keeping yourself tied to dark force agendas and are not fully understanding the true nature of your own core essence.
However, in no way am I saying that there's a problem about having a dedicated space for healing work or your healing / self actualization practices. In fact that is a GREAT idea! But that space would need to be physically and energetically harmonious with its intended purposes (with full and comprehensive self actualization as the overall remit) - not regarded as 'sacred' and somehow connecting you to something higher. If you want the 'highest', you have it anyway, wherever you are, because it is your own core essence. When you seek to connect to something 'higher' than yourself (including anything supposedly Divine), whether by designated objects or any other means, you are actually connecting to 'lower' - i.e. the astral sub-reality and the dark force. The choice is yours. What do you want? -- Or, more to the point, what do you really know to be in your own best and deepest interest? (Try energy-testing on that!)
Symbols are used in certain healing systems, such as Reiki, and I was using two symbols especially in my healing work until 2007, when I came to understand that no symbols at all connect with the 'highest' and purest healing sources, so that if you want to connect to truly 'high' and pure healing 'energies', then the use of symbols (yes, even the symbols of Reiki and its extensions such as Karuna, and such highly 'sacred' symbols as the OM and the merkaba) is to be completely avoided as it would be an obstruction to manifesting your true healing intent.
Furthermore, my understanding now is that most or all of those symbols are not just less beneficial than one would like but are actually in varying degrees harmful. I have become aware of dark force connections in the use of any supposedly sacred, healing or meditation symbol.
The name of the game, therefore, is to get focusing inwards to your own deepest essence for your true and pure healing source, so that you can get the full spectrum of healing energies and indeed be using 'the Ultimate' in your healings. There is no purer nor more fundamental healing source.
Most times when I have seen a photo portrait of a person who uses hypnosis upon other people I have felt disturbed by them. There is something highly problematical in the gaze of many of these people - at least the ones I've seen. There is a penetrating, controlling feel about their gaze - not at all the love and warmth of a true healer. This points to these people having a very serious problem, which would cause or aggravate problems for any clients of theirs. They are among the sorts of people I've always been clear that I wanted to keep well away from, for I could feel a strong and very invasive control agenda in their 'energy'.
Without going into details here, I myself have had experience of one such person, who offered himself actually not for anything to do with hypnosis (or so I thought), but to assist me by clearing out my supposed 'astral beings' problem (really dark force interference and attacks). In the course of his 'assistance', on a few occasions he sought to get me to submit to his attempts to put me into 'hypnotic trance', but my own deeper aspects fought against that and wouldn't allow me to do so. His response was very much that of a control agenda driven person, repeatedly emphasizing that I must trust him and submit to him. This was also a repeated theme in subsequent e-mail correspondence from him, always with this claim that I was supposed to submit to him.
Later on, as far as I could tell from some inner inquiry, he'd put some sort of problematical energy configuration in my 'energy system' during my sessions with him, and subsequently I heard from two of his ex-clients independently, and both had had really frightening and upsetting experiences in sessions with him, where he'd had the particular person on his couch and had been getting them supposedly under hypnosis, and both had been aware that something seriously untoward was happening - one having been able to glance at his face while pretending to be in hypnotic trance, and saw his face distorted, looking to her as though he were possessed by some sort of most unwholesome 'spirit'. Both of those ex-clients had significant new ongoing problems afterwards, which pointed to their having received in those sessions some sort of 'entity' or other serious 'energy' problem. One of the ex-clients later confronted him about that, and he claimed that it was just part of her own healing process and that he and his methods had been squeaky-clean. And similarly, his failure to cause a cessation of my own 'entities' problem elicited from him the claim that he'd removed all my 'entities', and now I'd just got 'self made entities'.
That was typical of what such practitioners do - cause problems for clients, and indeed often very serious ones, but dismiss all that as being something wrong about the client, and still chalk up the 'victim'-client as another of his successes. Such practitioners therefore, readily show a supposedly long and impressive track record of purportedly successful healings that were really nothing of the kind.
Okay, that was just one example, and there are bound to be individuals whose outlook and personal state are relatively healthy who have got into hypnosis-involving work, but how would any ordinary person know that such a person was 'safe'? And in any case, hypnosis is tremendously disempowering and ungrounding, and thus simply a very harmful thing to be done to anyone, never mind the apparent bona fide of the particular practitioner.
The bottom line, therefore, is that anyone who uses hypnosis is an absolute menace, and for your own safety is best steered well clear of - never mind what credentials and 'client ratings' they appear to have. There are always more effective, safe and completely self empowering methods to address the issues for which certain people are using hypnosis.
This all points also to the general importance of using only SELF clearance methods for clearing 'entities' and dark force interferences, and not to trust anyone else - whatever their reputation - to try to do that work for you.
I know that my saying this will cause disappointment, dismissal or even anger in some quarters, but actually there is no useful place for these practices for gaining fundamental clarity ('enlightenment') or true self actualization. Many people regard the practices indeed as the epitome of self actualization - but that is a part of the problem, for that view comes from the very sort of limited awareness that these practices cultivate. In fact, almost always they are a hindrance if not a definite obstacle to true and full self actualization, despite various beneficial elements.
Generally speaking, people who take on these practices cultivate an energy awareness that, although grounded in some respects, is also ungrounded - and is limited to certain aspects of one's entire being, just as the practices cultivate only a certain type of 'chi energy' and thus strengthen the practitioner only in certain respects while leaving other areas untouched or even weakened. The overall effect for one's entire being is in fact weakening because of the quite strong energy imbalance that accumulates as one aspect is strengthened without regard to other levels and aspects of the system.
Also, these practices, and those who teach them, tend to encourage people to get fascinated by and attached to feeling what they believe to be 'energy flow' and consciously manipulating 'energy'. That in fact aligns one with the dark force, and any such person who is not of great integrity is liable to go manipulating such 'energies' inappropriately and harmfully. Potentially such people are, frankly, dangerous. Further, because of this aspect of martial arts, many people are attracted to the latter who are already predisposed to negative or indeed overtly 'dark' behaviour or practices, so if you participate in any sort of martial arts class or group you are relatively likely to be putting yourself alongside people (including, sorry to say, not uncommonly the teacher or group leader) who might quite possibly put a serious psychic attack on you if for some reason they don't happen to like you - particularly if they feel that you present any sort of threat to their own personally perceived status.
To keep clear of dark force influence you need to stay completely clear of using the ordinary mind to manipulate or direct 'energy', and to allow 'energy flow' always to be directed and carried out by your core essence. Also you need to keep clear of fascination and attachment. Fascination is fine if it is completely without attachment - for then it is simply an aware enjoyment of what you are observing from moment to moment. But when you concentrate on feeling 'energy flow' for the fascination of it, then you're getting into trouble.
In 'hands-on' healing work, many healers are insistent on working hands-off, at least most of the time, and the usual justification that they come out with when confronted about this is that they can best feel the 'energies' when working hands-off. But where did this notion come from - that when you are doing healing work you need to maximally feel the 'energy flows'? Actually I've got a very good idea where that one comes from, and it's no place you'd want to be! Yes, you've guessed - 'the dark side' yet again!
I have found again and again that such people had very little true interest in the needs of the recipient of the healing; they were working that way just because they enjoyed feeling the 'energy flows' (and often 'seeing' various non-physical manifestations) - and also because they felt that working that way looked much more smart and 'cool' and thus helped boost their personal status as a healer. That's not a true healing or self actualization outlook at all. People who are into Tai Chi or other more overtly martial arts are particularly prone to that unaware approach to healing, in which their main interest is in feeling and consciously manipulating 'energy'.
In fact healing work functions best when the healer doesn't seek to feel energies or 'see' anything at all but simply lets his/her core essence do the work. In practice then the healer still does experience various things, but without being attached to them and being distracted from paying proper attention to the recipient and his/her healing requirements.
Indeed, my understanding nowadays is that genuine healing 'energy' cannot be directly felt by anyone. When they feel what they take to be energy flow or 'energies', these are impressions that are being given to them to represent such 'energies'. The basic indications are given by one's own deepest aspects, and reflect genuine 'energy' activity, but are so subtle that hardly anyone notices them. Hugely magnified and distorted versions of those indications, not necessarily in sync with any actual processes, are routinely presented by the dark force, and it is THESE that people virtually universally feel and believe are their own direct perceptions of 'energies'. Therefore those 'energy' impressions need to be completely disregarded, and any practices or methods using them need to be dropped like a hot brick, for they are every bit as beneficial as 'something really nasty in the woodshed'!
True self actualization practices open up your 'energy' awareness in a balanced and fully grounded way, without attachment - indeed, with actual releasing and dissolving of any attachments that one may be harbouring.
It has been put to me occasionally that Scientology is about clearing yourself of all negative or otherwise problematical material and therefore it is the direction for you and me. As far as I understand, and this is supported by my energy testing, we all need Scientology just as we all need a great big hole in the head.
The mere fact that Scientology is based in an organisation called the Church of Scientology actually handsomely gives the game away, as does the record of the Church of Scientology in seeking to suppress, even through lawsuits, public exposure of the harmfulness of Scientology and the deviousness of the Church of Scientology and at least some of its leading members.
When you get into Scientology you go through a process of supposedly making you 'clear', which would be clearing out certain selected emotional issues of yours to a point that you are declared to be 'clear' (but I can say with considerable confidence, you would NOT be clear in the sense of being self actualized in any balanced and healthy way). Now, if that had really been about true self actualization, you'd have no need for an organization, let alone one that actually calls itself a 'Church', and, having 'cleared' yourself, you'd at once go on your own way, a free person, free of any belief or control from others.
In reality, making you into a 'clear' is just the first part of the process of Scientology seeking control over you, for once you are declared to be 'clear', an indoctrination process starts - loading you with their own belief system, which of course is really dark force sourced illusory realities, just the same as in any religion. As far as I understand it currently, the whole process also just happens to 'clear' you of quite a lot of money.
Back in 2003 I had a glancing encounter myself with Scientology, which firmly squashed any notion floating around, that my view of Scientology was too uninformed and harsh against that movement. On that particular occasion I visited a Mind, Body and Soul fair at Bude, Cornwall. At some point, I sat on a seat outside to eat my packed lunch. Presently a woman came out of the entrance of the fair and sat on the same seat, and we got talking. I was actually surprised that she'd been in that fair at all for she was tartily made-up, with high heeled shoes and face heavily powdered, thick lipstick, and her eyes were also heavily made-up. She was clearly living an extremely unhealthy and unenlightened sort of life, and didn't look like being any sort of genuine healer at all. She was nervously smoking cigarettes, and gave the overall impression of having a very shallow level of awareness - something also pointed to in retrospect by my inner inquiry.
It turned out that she was, jointly with a colleague, running the Scientology stand in the fair - I having consistently bypassed that stand, feeling very negative 'vibes' from it. She talked to me about how Scientology, and especially their methodology that they call Dianetics, was the real answer to all my healing needs, and urged me, when I went back into the Fair, to go to their stand and take a simple test to see what I needed to clear (and, according to her, could easily be cleared by Dianetics).
Remaining sceptical, I did go to that stand after my lunch break, and the woman got me to hold a cylinder in my hand - the cylinder being attached by a wire to a small device with a meter window on it. It was clearly some sort of polygraph. She asked me to tell her (while holding that cylinder) what issues I thought I most needed to clear, and I mentioned the odd ones, including isolation. "That's it!", she exclaimed; "No need to bother about anything else. Isolation! That's the one. Now, with Dianetics..."
Even then I realized that there was something grossly flawed about that whole approach, for I well understood that just making a bee-line for some particular major issue to the exclusion of everything else would be a most unbalanced and unhelpful way of going about things. This didn't sound to me at all like a genuine healing and self actualization approach.
-- And she was then seeking to sell me the book Dianetics by the (in)famous L. Ron Hubbard and to get me to sign up there and then for a course of Dianetics sessions to clear that isolation issue. It would all 'clear' me of significant money - that was clear - but just how much I have no idea because I felt deeply from within that there was something fundamentally wrong about this whole setup and the people running it, and so firmly turned away from that stand and indeed from Scientology. I felt this all the more because that monumentally unaware, un-self-realized and indeed extremely unhealthily living woman was out there presumably as an ambassador for Scientology and an example of what it could do for you. Also, her colleague, an older man, had a pronounced shady, furtive quality about him* as he hovered in the background, and I got a strong feeling as though this Scientology stand was being run by a criminal gang rather than people who genuinely had healing intentions for anyone.
* Indeed, he had a seemingly dark, mucky quality of his 'vibes', which, since I much more recently took up energy testing, I established to be an intimation of a person having attached soul fragments and possibly other troublesome entities and thus being in quite deep trouble and not being a healthy sort of person to have dealings with or indeed to have around at all. What an advertisement for Scientology!
Although I didn't at that time know for sure that there really were 'dark forces' except as a figure of speech, I had a strong sense that if there were such 'dark forces', Scientology would be one of their hotbeds (or hell-holes!).
I have on the odd occasions encountered individuals who claimed that Scientology had changed their lives in very positive ways, but that actually doesn't tell one very much because there are also plenty of people who will say the same of Christianity, 'Jesus', Islam or Buddhism, yet they are actually all ensnared in the dark force agenda and they are all pointed squarely away from genuine self actualization.
Since writing the above I have had pointers from my inner inquiry that the Church of Scientology looks to be one of the 'front' organizations of the postulated cacoprotean network, which latter, if indeed it exists, would appear to be the primary aspect of the dark force - i.e. what some people would regard as the true 'Satan'. ...And you still reckon Scientology is a Good Thing - right?
There are mechanical devices on the market, which move some part or parts of one's body, and in some cases are claimed to thus generate a lot of Ki ('life force energy') for the user and thus to be the ultimate healing / strengthening system because you just let the device work on you and you can be completely passive about the process.
I caution that any such 'healing' or Ki generation claims for such devices are bogus, and the devices are actually harmful in that use of them engenders a 'caved in', passive approach to self actualization, which is actually a big obstacle to genuine self actualization. They are the sort of thing that gullible 'therapy addicts' would go for.
There needs to be a full and integrated interaction between your conscious awareness and all other aspects of your whole being in order for any particular method to work. When you use an external aid that physically moves parts of your body, you have effectively 'caved in' and slumped into some degree of 'passive' mode, and that would be a major obstacle for your self actualization process.
For this reason, too, using a device that 'walks you', i.e. rather than one
actually walking, is extremely unlikely to be of anything but very major
hindrance to the effectiveness of any Self-Power Walking that you may do.
Most healers include homoeopathic and natural remedies in their healing strategies for themselves and other people. While the very concept of homoeopathy is totally nonsensical to me, I have no cause to get into the argument over whether it actually works or not. Certainly the placebo effect is real and is not to be sniffed at in the way that the vast majority of medical workers do, and I have a sneaking suspicion that in a fair number of cases homoeopathy would be more accurately named 'placebo therapy' - especially for cases of people buying homoeopathic remedies 'over the counter'. I know people who claim it has done wonders for them, and I know others for whom it has apparently done nothing (including myself).
It is claimed that animals and very young children have had dramatic 'cures' from homoeopathy - which suggests something more than just placebo effect in those particular cases. On the other hand, in all cases it is difficult or impossible to know for sure that it was the homoeopathy itself that brought about the various apparently non-placebo cures or improvements, or whether it was the methodology and outlook surrounding it. Naturally users of homoeopathy would generally be emphatic that both are involved, but as yet I have no pointer to homoeopathy in itself being a useful principle for anything at all. Many homoeopathic practitioners are strong healers anyway, whether or not they recognise the fact, and it looks very likely to me that at least many of the beneficial effects that people are ascribing to homoeopathy are coming from the healing effects of the particular practitioner - the use of homoeopathic 'remedies' simply giving a framework within which the practitioner is unawarely 'giving healing'.
In the case of herbal 'remedies', some herbal extracts are well known to lessen certain symptoms, such as Saw Palmetto and Pygeum bark extract minimizing or even to some extent reversing prostate enlargement.
However, there is a fundamental principle here, which the vast majority of users of such products are overlooking. They are getting carried away with the notion that 'natural' or homoeopathic means 'good' and therefore you take 'natural' medicines instead of ones of synthetic origin. Unfortunately, generally speaking, while homoeopathic 'remedies' would, generally speaking, in themselves be harmless (because they contain effectively no active principle), herbal remedies have their own range of subtle long-term harmful effects, just as do the synthetic drugs and medicines.
Also, the whole notion of using medication (whether natural, homoeopathic or synthetic / allopathic) for a problem is flawed, except for temporarily addressing some troublesome symptom while true holistic healing methods are used to resolve the underlying cause of the problem.
That is the point. Generally people opt for drugs or medicines to try to get rid of symptoms instead of resolving the underlying problem, and the fact of using a 'natural' or homoeopathic medicine rather than a pharmaceutical product actually doesn't change the situation at all. Homoeopathy practitioners generally claim to be getting at the underlying root causes of people's health problems when they give consultations and dispense or prescribe particular homoeopathic 'remedies', but although their approach may be much more holistic than that of the average family GP, they are still working at medication level and not at all getting to or even recognising the true underlying cause of their clients' health problems. Generally speaking, although they may recommend various beneficial lifestyle changes, and so have various beneficial effects, they know nothing of the accumulations of environmental stress effects that have given rise to the health problems that their clients present, and they also know nothing of the entities and dark force interferences that will in most cases also be involved in causing those health problems.
So, while I'm not at all saying it's bad in any circumstances to take medication (whether natural or not), I am saying that in NO case does medication (even homoeopathic) resolve the underlying cause of any health issue (at least, at the deepest levels), and that is why I do not include any sort of medication in the listing above of recommended healing and self actualization methods. If you are using, for example, the Returning Life Sequence plus other methods given on this page, then any apparent need for medication of any sort would theoretically steadily dwindle eventually to (for most people) nil at virtually all times, because you would be steadily resolving, even at the very deepest levels, the underlying causes of your health problems - not just the present ones but all potential future ones too.
As already remarked, it is widely claimed that homoeopathy does address and resolve underlying causes of physical problems - but that is a narrow view, not based on the whole picture. You may get a dramatic 'cure' of some problem, yes (though, as I've already suggested, homoeopathy itself may well not be the true curative agent), but that in itself doesn't demonstrate that the deepest underlying cause has been resolved, even if an intermediate underlying cause has been resolved (which again would generally not be demonstrable and would be merely an assumption that is made - underlying causes generally being non-physical and thus not possible for ordinary people to directly observe).
Am I saying, therefore, that it would be best for users of homoeopathy and herbal remedies to simply drop those at once? -- No, not at all. Above, I've simply stated my own best understanding of the situation at the present time. The point is this. My interest is in promoting self actualization, which is the fullest, most profound and comprehensive healing that is possible and works on all levels and aspects of your whole being - which no 'remedy' can do, despite claims often made. It is not my business, and would weaken my promotion of genuine self actualization, for me to go championing healing methods that may seem to work well for 'curing' particular issues but are at best only partial or even non-measures with regard to true self actualization.
Am I saying that homoeopathy is not a self actualization method (even when practised 'properly')? Not quite, because I couldn't know such a thing. But nonetheless all the pointers from my own observations, inner inquiry and energy testing point to its not being so, even though in some circumstances, on the face of it, it could be quite useful if it isn't used as a substitute for genuine self actualization methods.
It is up to each person to get on with their own self actualization process from wherever they happen to be at, so opening up their proper grounded deep awareness (as distinct from the highly problematical 'higher awareness' that is ungrounded and opens to the astral sub-reality and all its massive problems). As their awareness deepens, and especially through using energy testing and cultivating direct energy awareness, they would see for themselves whether and to what extent they would do best to revise or discontinue their use of herbal or homoeopathic remedies at any particular time.
The big problem about homoeopathy is not so much homoeopathy itself but the sidetrack that it leads people into - which is not the fault of homoeopathy but of the dark force sourced interferences that relentlessly seek to divert people away from genuine self actualization.
However, before I leave this subject I have a great big caution to add - leading on from the last statement. This is speculation, but it does fit very neatly into the picture that I'm building from my own observations of how the dark force interferes with people.
In The True Nature of 'The Dark Force' and its Interference and Attacks, I explain how the dark force commonly controls people by getting them unawarely creating illusory realities, which are the broader, astral, component of their beliefs. I have a sneaking suspicion that the true reason why homoeopathy appears to many people to work is that the dark force is using homoeopathy as a means of getting people unawarely creating illusory realities out of their belief in homoeopathy. Such illusory realities can impinge on the physical reality and could indeed actually cause some people to experience or witness real dramatic cures - and yet the underlying cause of that happening could be thus extremely sinister. This is happening all the time in all spiritual healing traditions. It's all part of the general strategy of the dark force to set up lures to people who have any sort of motivation for self actualization, to lead them into sidetracks in which not only are they diverted from true self actualization but, through their illusory realities, they are getting more and more into the clutches of the dark force - even while appearing to be on extremely positive and beneficial healing paths.
If the abovementioned suspicion of mine is correct, I have a further suspicion that homoeopathy would not work significantly at all for no-soul incarnations, and it would tend to work for other people only because of something in their (dark force sourced) soul programming, which is creating the relevant illusory reality in the people's minds, whether or not they consciously believe that homoeopathy works or not, or even know about it at all.
If people would but use energy testing (carefully and vigilantly, as described in my energy testing guide), they need not be concerned about what is true about all this in an absolute sense, for they would be able to find out simply what is in their own best interests from moment to moment.
Oh no it hasn't!! Actually nothing of the sort has been proved nor demonstrated, even in the slightest degree! What has been shown in some research studies is that a certain component (NOT alcohol) in certain red wines can for some people reduce the incidence of heart disease.
Similarly, a research finding has recently been publicized, which, according to various reports, claims that moderate alcohol consumption reduces your chance of getting rheumatoid arthritis. At least as reported, that supposed research finding is flawed to the point of being plain wrong - for a very simple reason, which few people appear to be interested in because they want to justify their own dark force sourced lust for alcohol. It may be true that, statistically, people who consume a moderate amount of alcoholic drinks may experience reduced rheumatoid arthritis risk, but I'm not yet aware of any research findings that even begin to show what it is in those alcoholic drinks that is having that anti-RA effect. Very likely the effect will be shown to come not from the alcohol at all but from another constituent of those drinks, just as in the case of the effect on the level of heart disease risk.
If you are serious about wanting to reduce your risk of heart disease, arthritis of any kind, cancers or indeed any health problem at all, then you would not at all drink stuff that has a huge number of documented harmful effects (and that's in addition to the subtler long-term, undocumented harmful effects), and would instead use self actualization and life force energy cultivation methods such as I list further above on this page. Such methods completely supersede and obliterate any apparent reason to drink alcohol or indeed take any sort of medication supposedly to slightly reduce your chances of having one or two particular health problems while actually creating a whole lot more problems.
When you pray, you are at once invoking something outside yourself and thus have turned away from the 'highest' and purest healing source, which is your own deepest aspect - fundamental consciousness or 'the Ultimate'. Why on Earth would anyone turn away from 'the Ultimate' in favour of something lesser? -- Answer: Because they are being misguided, whether directly or indirectly, by the dark force.
"Dark force?"
Yes, the dark force! Just look at what you're saying! You call this 'God' of yours "the Lord". In other words, that is not only something outside yourself, but something that is an icon of power and control over people. That is what the dark force is about, while your own deepest aspect ('the Ultimate') is about freedom of choice, not ruling people. 'The Ultimate' does not encourage people to look outside themselves for it, nor to call it 'Lord', nor to deify it.
Am I saying, therefore, that no healings occur when you pray for them? -- Correct, at least to any worthwhile extent - though with one particular exception, in particular situations where it suits the dark force's agenda for it to make prayer appear to work. In such situations even apparent 'miracles' can occur. They can indeed be said to be the work of God, because 'God' is just one of the 'Divine' faces of the dark force. What they are NOT is the work of anything truly beneficial or worthwhile. You may be desperate for a quick fix for a physical problem of yours, but if you try for a quick fix miracle healing from any sort of 'miraculous healing' sect or organization you'd be doing tantamount to the proverbial 'selling your soul to the devil' - much more literally than you'd care to countenance!
Let's now look at a family / friends group who picked me up during a return hitch-hike from Cornwall to Exeter on 9th May 2009.
Soon after I'd settled down in the car the driver told me that they were members of a church group that carries out many miraculous healings through prayer to 'the Lord'. An elderly woman with a fair degree of dementia sitting next to me told me, with a little prompting from the driver, that she'd had rheumatoid arthritis and it had gone virtually immediately after she had prayed to the 'Lord' to have it taken away. The driver and the man in the front passenger seat also told me of 'miraculous' more or less instant healings that they'd allegedly witnessed upon the use of prayer by members of their group.
Most unsportingly, I was thoroughly underwhelmed. This was all about physical healings, and these were being seen as something extremely impressive and, supposedly, PROOF of this Lord God and His good and merciful works. These people had no inkling that there was a whole more aware and happy, positive and free mode of living that is opened up by genuine, fully comprehensive healing and self actualization as we get from our own deepest aspects. I was also already aware that the dark force uses seemingly miraculous physical healings as one of its lures to impress people and get them involved with it*. Unfortunately most people have soul programming that prevents them from looking more deeply at what's really going on, and indeed it predisposes those people to being mighty impressed by those actually most shady 'miraculous' physical healings.
* See, for example, what I say about psychic surgery in Am I a Healer?.
Indeed those people in the car gave the game away even further, because the driver told me how he and two others in the car had been complete sceptics and even disbelievers in God and all that, but the car driver had got talked by a very persuasive promoter of the latter's particular 'faith' (which latter, as I'll point out in a moment was very likely something much more sinister than just a 'faith') into going to a baptism service.
So, the good guy was duly baptised by total immersion in water, and, like all the others who underwent that process, he emerged spontaneously exclaiming aloud "Alleluia!" three times and then finding himself talking "in tongues" (by which he apparently meant some unfamiliar foreign language). This, he told me, was proof of God and His works. Impressive, hey?! Why didn't I promptly abandon all the rubbish that I've been going on about on this site and get myself baptised quickly and be able to speak 'in tongues' and do miracle physical healings instead?
-- Well, quite apart from all the signs of the work of the dark force - which were there to be seen by anyone who had 'eyes to see' - there was the little matter of the results of my discreet inner inquiry / energy testing while briefly connecting with the successive deepest aspects of each of the five people in that car. Although inner inquiry like that couldn't tell me categorically that any particular 'hunch' or hypothesis was objectively true, and needs to be regarded as just potentially useful speculative pointers, its results in this case indicated that it was 'strengthening' for me to assume that the three who'd had those baptisms just happened each to be (completely unawarely) members of the cacoprotean network, and indeed had become members at the time of the baptism. THAT is what is very likely indeed to happen to YOU if you undergo such an initiation.
So, if the necessarily somewhat speculative results of my inner inquiry ('on the scene of the crime', so so speak) were correct, their 'church group' was actually one of the front organizations of the cacoprotean network - the primary aspect of the dark force! That would explain neatly just why people who'd been baptised had certain 'special powers'! That is all dark force stuff through and through. Indeed, anyone who is a member of that network would appear most likely to be in effect a part of the dark force.
Anyone like to go for that baptism? -- Uh- Oh damn, I didn't
think
to get their contact details - and, of all stupid things, I courteously
but firmly refused a bookmark that I was being rather insistently
offered, which bore the web address of their organization. Sorry about
that. Still, I'm sure you can find plenty of such organizations on the
Net if you're desperate. (i.e. to become part of the dark force
yourself...) "There be none as quair as folk", as
they say... ![]()
I recommend the above items, but I'd just like to point out that Stephen and Lynda do have a spirituality angle in their work, and I explain in Exit 'Spirituality' - Enter 'Clear-Mindedness' how my approach thus differs from theirs, and why I recommend people who are using their methods as part of a full non-spirituality self actualization process as I present on this site would do well to disregard the various spirituality related details, such as names of some practices, mudras and so on, and descriptions of how various practices are supposed to work (i.e. in terms of aura and chakra dynamics).
N.B. If my own experience is anything to go by, anyone who goes on workshops of theirs would do well to bear in mind that they are liable to run into problems if they subsequently want to share with other people (and especially publicly) any of the methods and practices that they've learnt at the workshop(s). This is because Stephen and Lynda regard all the methods and practices that they teach as being their own intellectual property, and indeed copyright (which actually they are not, because methods in themselves are not subject to copyright - only particular descriptions of them are), and at least in my case they responded very unfavourably and indeed rather troublesomely when I presented on this site descriptions (my own) of mostly modified versions of the methods that I'd got from a workshop of theirs - and they subsequently behaved in a particular quite surprising way that necessitated my removing certain descriptions from this site for the time being, even though those descriptions were not copyright infringements at all.
Clear Mind Photos - a growing resource of high-grade photos (yes, my own!) of nature and wild scenery subjects, including cloud formations, which can be valuable Feng Shui enhancements in your living or working space. If you use energy testing you can find out what is best for you in every position in your living / working space, including where to put any picture(s) and of what type of subject.
The Biobulb*, for improved lighting in your living space. Dim, and especially tungsten lighting - and indeed candles, which latter are often used because of their supposed spiritual associations, encourages negative and depressive feelings and outlooks and tends to increase the dark force connections which we actually need to clear, and is favoured by problematical entities. Indeed, often troublesome entities 'guide' the affected people into installing dim lighting in their abodes. Such poor lighting also often causes or at least aggravates seasonal affective disorder (SAD), which again plays into the 'hands' of the troublesome influences.
* N.B. This is not an affiliate link, and I make no financial gain from any sales of the Biobulb.
Daylight coloured lighting is best, and the closer the light's spectrum is to that of real daylight, the better. Although ordinary 'daylight' fluorescent lights could be a step forward, their spectra are actually not very healthy, and they can be too reminiscent of offices and other workplaces. I particularly recommend, then, the energy-efficient Biobulb, and for all basic room lighting to use the more powerful version, which claims to be 100W tungsten equivalent but seems brighter, and consumes just 25 W. I have been using these myself for a little while now, and know of no available type of room light which I'd prefer.
There's
little point in having a bright light and then
hiding most of that light with a shade, so I recommend types of of
'shade' that spread the light around in a way
that reduces dazzle when the light is looked at but still allows nearly
all the light out into the room. Because most shades in one way or another
create environmental stress effects, it is important to use energy testing to
ensure that any shade that you do put up are not going to quietly be
accumulating a problem for you over time.
The Biobulb, like all electronic lighting, does emit a certain level of stressful electromagnetic energy, but this is at a low level and would not have a really major effect for most people, and that would need to be weighed against the disadvantages of continuing to use tungsten or other unsatisfactory lighting. In any case, if you are using an Energy Egg or/and Guardian Angel environmental stress eliminator, then you would have virtually no adverse effects from such a bulb, as well as an immense range of other life enhancing benefits.
If you feel that you must have dim lighting, it would be helpful to put all your thoughts and beliefs about that to inquiry using The Work, or, better in many cases, to 'zap' them using the Grounding Post procedure - for you have objectively no need for dim lighting except possibly briefly for some specific purpose, and, as I say, dim lighting aggravates any problem with entities and the dark force and has other long term adverse health and emotional effects. The notion that you need dim lighting for healing work or meditation is an insidiously harmful myth given to us by the dark force for the purpose of further ungrounding our awareness and getting us even more vulnerable to it. In any case ongoing formal meditation sessions themselves are highly problematical and are best not used at all - that is, if you want true self actualization and freedom from dark force interference and influence.
N.B. There are actually other makes of 'natural' colour energy saving bulb, but because I haven't tried any I'm not detailing them here.
Also, it's worth bearing in mind that it looks as though by about 2014 there will be widely available bright natural daylight colour LED 'bulbs', which would have much less of the disadvantages (including environmental stress effects) of electric discharge tube lamps, and would be considerably more energy efficient yet again. Some such 'bulbs' are already available, but the real full spectrum ones are expensive AND quite serious reliability issues are reported to plague them, so it looks to be best to wait for their design to be improved quite a bit before one pays out good money for them.
More items are expected to be added here - but I shall not be putting here an extensive list of healing and environmental stress eliminating products, because nearly everything that is available, if not actually having direct dark force connections, is in some way harmful to your energy system.
