The problem with the spiritual healing traditions and systems
It is quite widely understood that fundamentally each one of us humans is a part of the all-pervading consciousness out of which all experiences, objects and phenomena arise, so that actually our deepest level of consciousness or core essence is none other than the Ultimate (as far as anyone can tell what the Ultimate is - because actually NOBODY can absolutely know such a thing!).
What is bizarre is that people who are into healing and spiritual practices almost invariably do not apply the simple logic of that understanding and work from the Ultimate, which is their own core essence. Instead, in a huge variety of ways they invoke or draw in apparently outside energies or presences, believing them to be 'higher' and thus purer and more powerful than what they'd get from the deepest aspects of themselves. That defies commonsense, because any such apparently external source, however high it appears to be, cannot help but be lower and lesser than one's own core essence, which itself is actually the Ultimate and thus the 'highest' and most fundamental source.
Typically a healer will 'draw in the Light' or invoke guides or supposed higher beings such as ascended masters or angels to deliver the healing or assist in it. What they do not realize is that by doing such things they are following the general astral ('dark') force agenda to turn us away from awareness of and manifesting our core essence - the very 'thing' which could set us completely free from astral force interference and control and liberate us into truly enlightened living. What they also do not realize is that all those 'guides' and higher beings are nothing more than simulations produced by 'the dark side' (illusions given to them in the astral level of consciousness), and so they are actually unwittingly dealing with dark entities operating in impostor mode - they are consummate masters of deceit.
What I'm calling the dark forces are the forces of power / control, which operate from the astral sub-reality of illusion and delusion, and which constantly interfere with virtually ALL humans (in most cases covertly), causing or greatly aggravating ALL of Humanity's significant problems as well as people's individual personal problems.
What I am presenting on this page, therefore, is a much needed antidote to the highly problematical practices and beliefs which permeate virtually all healing traditions and bring people more under the usually covert influence and control of dark entities. I have simply gone back to basics and am pointing myself and others to one's core essence as the the one highest, purest and rock-solid-reliable source to use for all healing, protection, self realization, guidance and astral force clearance.
So, please do not be afraid and run away because I
openly talk of dark forces! What I'm on about in this site is NOT
dealing or meddling with anything 'dark', but, on the contrary, how we
can actually STOP the dealing or complying with the dark
side which virtually ALL of us have been doing inadvertently throughout
our lives, and completely free ourselves from such interferences and
influences. I well understand that most people do not want to
countenance the very notion of dark forces at all - but I would ask
them: How do you expect to make your hands fully
clean if you refuse even to consider the possibility that they have
dirt on them? ![]()
Working directly with 'the Ultimate' - an intimidating prospect?
Afraid that working with the Ultimate would be more difficult / complex than the healing methods you know, such as Reiki? Just look at what a vast and complex Behemoth of a method Vortex Healing is - all for the sake of getting the highest and purest possible healing source! And yet it gloriously falls short of working directly with 'the Ultimate' - though they did manage to access 'higher' and more powerful healing energies than in standard Reiki (a lure to ensure that they didn't take a step back and discover the real way forward!). As I say, the Vortex Healing people, despite all their well-intentioned efforts, still failed gloriously to tap the Ultimate. Why?
-- Because the method's founder was unawarely being led astray by the astral ('dark') forces in the guise of certain purported higher beings (in particular 'Merlin' - who is as bogus as all the archangels), and was being led up the garden path and around and around a myriad mulberry bushes in order to keep him well away from the simplicity and directness that could speedily open up people's most fundamental awareness and free them from their issues and dark force influences for good.
I say this without smugness or judgement, particularly as I myself was similarly led astray for a time, albeit dramatically less elegantly - see My Own Self Realization Path - so I empathize with others who are being taken for a ride by the astral forces.
As you will see further below, working from your core essence and thus from 'the Ultimate' is the simplest, most natural form of healing and indeed living that there is. The only 'method' about it is to cultivate openness to your core essence and to allow it to attend to all the details in healing work. You don't need to see auras and chakras (indeed in many respects it's actually better to keep tuned out of any such perceptions if you do have them), and you don't need to 'see' inside people's bodies the way that various supposedly very advanced* healers do.
* Actually, with all due respect to those well-intentioned people, I would be inclined to replace "advanced" with "pixie-led", because - yes, you've guessed it! - it's a combination of poor grounding and dark entity interference which causes anyone to 'see' into somebody's body, so anyone with such an ability is actually in quite serious trouble and could very greatly benefit from the methods I give on this and related pages on this site. I expand further below on the problems about people having such supposedly higher perceptions.
The two closely related things, apart from cultivating and thus increasing your openness to your core essence, which are very helpful to cultivate are:
- a simple and very basic energy awareness so that you can sense, say with a scan of a person's energy field with your hands, where you need to place your hands in order to be of most benefit to them in that session;
- an internal means of 'testing within' without in any way inviting external sources to answer (ordinary dowsing is 'out' here because of the entity interference issue), in order to establish when to change hand positions and also to establish whether any hunch or intuition of yours would be helpful.
And why is it so powerfully effective? -- Because that truly grounded type of energy awareness progressively opens up your communication channels from your deepest aspects, including your core essence - so that you become increasingly a direct manifestation of your core essence and true nature, and thus increasingly free from interference and deceptions from 'foreign' or 'dark' energies or entities.
The core star and assemblage point
These are 'virtual' energy structures which currently only a very small proportion of healers know about and still fewer 'see'. I describe them as virtual because, like the chakras, they are not concrete, objective 'things' but are really representations to us of something more subtle which we couldn't otherwise describe in words and concepts. My understanding is that the core star and assemblage point are slightly different representations of the same underlying phenomenon by different traditions. However, my self testing indicates that, at least for me, it is most helpful, while recognising the fact of their underlying sameness, to work with them both for healing / self realization purposes, as though they both exist concurrently as separate 'things'.
These 'structures' are in a deeper level of reality than the chakras, auric system and hara line, and so need to be clearly distinguished from them. Healing work with the core star or assemblage point, when done effectively, bypasses any need to work with those other structures and levels of the person, because you are then working directly with 'Source', which itself can attend to all the details of energy structures etc.
The core star and assemblage point (both of them usually 'seen' as point sources of energy with myriads of fine laser-beam-like energy 'rays' radiating out in all directions) both represent one's individual aspect of the fundamental, all-pervading, creating consciousness, so that they are commonly but misleadingly described as one's connection to Source. It's not that that description is exactly wrong, but it helps maintain the impression that you are separate from and connected to Source, whereas the crucial reality which we need to open to is that every one of us IS Source.
Barbara Brennan in her book Light Emerging shows the core star as being in the upper abdomen, and Steve Gamble tells us that the assemblage point is deep within the heart chakra - something which suggests that he hasn't understood its true nature fully yet, for, as I say, it is in an altogether different and deeper level or dimension of reality and therefore cannot be related to any of the chakras at all. I take it, however, that the assemblage point is perceived as being deep within the chest at about heart level.
A warning about 'seeing' our energy structures
It is pretty generally regarded as a gift and indeed a sign of being 'advanced' as a healer or spiritual practitioner to be able to 'see' auras, chakras or other subtle energy structures, or even to 'see' into a person's body. This is a misapprehension which has caused Humanity no end of trouble. Actually we do not see the energy structures as objective 'things' in the way that we see the sun or a frog with our eyes. Those who 'see' such energy structures or organs inside a person's body actually see schematic representations or simulations of them, which are shown to them generally by 'the dark side' with the purpose of pointing them away from working with their core essence and also to convince the people that they have special perceptions and powers. Also, dwelling on such perceptions opens people massively to being fed illusory realities by the dark forces, so ensnaring them when they die, so that they cannot 'go home' and instead are programmed to reincarnate and go through a long-term process of degradation by the dark forces. So, people who 'see' such things are in some degree of trouble, never mind how well their 'ability' appears to assist their healing work.*
This gives a whole new meaning to that well known expression, "The devil is in the detail"!
You do not need such perceptions to be an effective healer, and it is by far the best to disregard anything you see in terms of people's energy structures, for you will be shown only what 'the dark side' chooses to show you, and the most serious healing problems - those relating to issues with 'the dark side' (entities, implants, cords and so forth) will be largely hidden from you. True, there are healers who have such 'higher perceptions' and who appear superficially to be wonderful healers, fully in the Light and problem-free. But if you take some steps back and have another look you will realize that such healers are still working with illusory realities which are in the process of ensnaring them. When they die they will no doubt go the the Light which they believe in - in fact a deceit of the dark forces to lure people away from the true enlightenment and homecoming, which is about awareness rather than light or Light.
What I counsel therefore is that there is no problem about visualizing energy structures such as the core star or indeed chakras for healing / self realization purposes, but you need to remain clear that all you see is a visualization of yours or maybe a schematic representation that you're being shown at some point. You can use that for healing purposes but need to keep an open mind about its true nature and even whether such a thing really exists at all.
As I have already pointed out, the core star and assemblage point are really just schematic representations of one's individual aspect of the all-pervading, creating consciousness of which you and all beings are manifestations. It's a bit like having a map of the Universe on which the author has put a little funny-shaped blob labelled "Time", because he couldn't show that dimension on the map in any other way (apart of course from making a movie of it!).
So, when you 'look' at the core star you are seeing just a schematic representation - not actually what it represents. When you are enlightened you do perceive directly what it represents, indeed all the time, for that is your deepest level of consciousness, and in fact even now it is staring you in the face the whole time but until you are enlightened, although you see it you simply don't recognise it. It is beyond concepts, though can with caution be likened to a sort of meta-space - the 'space' within which All There Is arises and appears to exist.
It is thus important to let go of the notion of core star and assemblage point except when you specifically need to use those representations for healing purposes, for otherwise they would be a sidetrack for you from becoming enlightened (or deepening your realization if you've already crossed the threshold), and even they could be the means by which the 'dark side' ensnares you. It is best to think more of your core essence, which, as I say, is really not a point located in your body but is your deepest and most fundamental level of consciousness.
Healing from the core essence
When you work truly from the core essence you are working at the most fundamental level and have no cause or need to work in or associate with any healing or spiritual tradition or system. However, people who are attached to such systems and traditions can greatly enhance their own healing work by incorporating the basic core essence methods in their own ways of working. The only problem about that, of course, is that such people are still being confused by the dark forces (otherwise they would not remain in those traditions) and may get the impression that they're getting clearer from 'dark' influence and control than they really are.
I thus counsel that for full and safe self realization ONLY the following core essence approach be used in healing work. I am not putting forward any "should" or "shouldn't" about any of this - I talk simply of cause and effect, and I mind my own business and not other people's.
I was tempted to name this core essence mode of healing "Core Star Healing", but an Internet search showed that that name was already in use, and although I think the practitioner involved was going some way to recognition of the core star, there were signs that there was also an admixture of problematical methods. So, for this reason I'm keeping clear of that superficially attractive name. Currently my intuition is not to give this mode of healing a trademark sort of name such as Core Essence Healing, because that would at once become the beginning of another healing tradition which would get hijacked by people's (and dark forces') agendas. Thus I am simply calling it what it is - "healing from the core essence", with no capitalization.
The fundamental core star / assemblage point visualization
You can be standing, sitting or lying for this, but your back does need to be straight for best results, though relaxed and not stiffly held. I myself do it during my lie-downs as part of my application of the Alexander Technique in my life.
- Form your intent that what you are about to do is going to balance and energize your whole energy system, including ALL the chakras (including those above and below the body), and is going to strengthen your energy system against all foreign energies and entities so that with ongoing use of this method over a period your energy system will progressively become resistant to them.
- Visualize a star-like
point* of
intense,
very high-frequency energy deep within your upper abdomen (a
bit lower than the so-called solar plexus). Contrary
to what you may read in some quarters, the exact position doesn't
matter, because, as I've already intimated, this is a virtual structure
rather than an objective, 'concrete' one. More important is having a
sense of it being deep in your middle.
* When I say "star-like" I do NOT mean "star-shaped" with points on it. What I do mean is a point like a real distant star of the astronomical type. It's very important not to misunderstand this and start using a symbol or geometrical structure, which would actually be a tool of 'the dark side'.
Most people would think in terms of an intensely bright light here, but I counsel against thinking of it as light, instead recognising its appearance as just being a schematic depiction of something which is really invisible. I myself see it actually as a sort of shimmery greyish which has a feel about it of being intense and almost invisible and made up of masses of brilliant colours in the individual rays, which in bulk, as I say, look shimmery greyish.
If you see it as white light, that is probably all right, but it's best not to be fixated upon whiteness or visual brilliance as people tend to be in healing visualizations. On the other hand, if you see the overall colour of the energy as violet, purple or gold (beloved of the New Age movement to signify supposed high spirituality but actually connecting to astral levels) it is best to proceed with particular caution, because these colours are used as lures for us from the astral ('dark') forces. In such an event for myself I would expect to wipe out the visualization and start again, with the specific intention to exclude that colour.
- Imagine that its energy is like liquid, and breathe it in through your partly open lips with a long, deep breath into your abdomen (using your diaphragm), so that you are filling yourself up with this liquid energy.
- Perceive yourself as an amplifier, so that what you are going to breathe out will be immensely amplified.
- Slowly and deliberately, gently forcing it through your
partly
closed lips, breathe out a sustained jet of the now amplified energy
back into that point of energy
(the core star)*,
and see the mass of
myriads of laser-beam-like energy rays expanding further and further
out from that point in ALL directions, and be clear in your intent that
this expanding radiation is transforming or squeezing out (as
appropriate) all foreign or problematical energies and entities, and
that your repeatedly doing this will over a period make you
invulnerable to all such interferences.
* Actually you use your visualization to direct that jet where it needs to go. I'm not for a moment suggesting that you need to do anything physically other than maintain a natural head / neck / back alignment and do the breathing straight ahead (actually straight up if you're lying on your back).
- Repeat the breathing / visualization sequence and see those rays extending still further and further out. Do not limit their extent to the supposed bounds of your aura, and pay particular attention to the rear aspect of the core star, if necessary directing extra power there to ensure that the strength of its radiation is well balanced all round and not deficient at the back or indeed anywhere else.
- Repeat a few more times until there is no further change because (with your intent) that radiation from your core star now fills all of Existence.
- Now go through the same procedure for your assemblage point, which is deep within your chest at about heart level, again for about 5 to 6 long deep breaths until no further change is observed and the rays apparently fill all of Existence. Again it is important to ensure that you leave no weakness of the radiation at the back (or any other aspect) of the assemblage point.
This visualization can be done weekly or daily, but optimally it would be done three times per day. The latter isn't much of an imposition, because this whole procedure takes so little time - only some three or perhaps four minutes. For it to have its full effect, use it as well as other self healing / self realization methods, and particularly my set of affirmations / declarations of intent.
Note that, at complete variance with various other people's core star or assemblage point visualizations, in my visualization the core star / assemblage point does NOT expand at all during this visualization, and remains a point source. What expands is the extent and strength of its radiation (really, of your openness to your true nature, which is the Ultimate - your core essence).
Using your core essence in healing work
I remind here again that the core star / assemblage point is nothing more than a convenient schematic representation of your core essence, and so it is important to keep as much as possible in touch with your actual core essence and not get fixated upon its schematic representation and thus become sidetracked.
Generally speaking, when doing healing work on others there is no need or point in visualizing both core star and assemblage point - unless you are specifically wanting to give healing and clearing to those structures, in which case you would work on them sequentially, not together. So, for normal healing work you simply work with what feels most 'right' to you.
Hands-on healing
You can place your hands intuitively, but can also use some system of hand positions such as you may have learned in Reiki or some other healing system. While such healing systems have various seriously problematical elements that tend to connect you with dark forces, there's no harm in flexible use of a sequence of hand positions which you may have learnt, just as a framework upon which you can build your own more flexible and intuitive approach.
Thus to an outside observer, apart from your never using symbols nor invoking higher beings, you could appear to be a standard Reiki healer, but you are actually doing something different - though I'm also aware that many healers in Reiki and other traditions are actually to varying extents really using the core essence method anyway while externally appearing to conform to their particular tradition. I'm simply bringing it out into the open and emancipating it.
I know various healers who call what they do Reiki while actually they work pretty well entirely from their core essence and never use symbols nor invoke external energies or beings - much as there are some very spiritually open and 'with-it' people who think of themselves as Christians just because they haven't yet become aware of a better label to use for their totally belief-free non-religious, true spiritual outlook.
What you do NOT do is 'call in the Light', nor invite, invoke or visualize any external light or higher beings such as guides, angels, goddesses or ascended masters - not even "Divine Consciousness", "God" nor "the Holy Spirit", nor "my higher self / higher consciousness"*, for these are all dark force inventions to lure you into eventual deep trouble. Nor do you use symbols, crystals, wands, energy implants, chants or rituals (including attunements). These are all OUT, because they bring in their own problems and likelihood of dark force connections, especially as they all point you away from reliance on your (and the recipient's) core essence.
* It's not that we don't have higher levels of consciousness, but the problem comes when we seek to treat them as though they were somehow separate from or external to us - and the dark forces, through various channellings and healing traditions, encourage us to do just that. The terms 'higher self' and 'higher consciousness' (as distinct from 'higher levels of consciousness') are well worth discarding, as also is 'inner child'.
You keep in mind instead that the one pure and reliable healing source is your own core essence (which is the Ultimate and "The All" and your ultimate protection and security), and you simply, with your gentle intent, allow your core essence to open out and flow to the recipient of the healing, without your trying to direct it at all. You can also, in a gentle, coaxing way, visualize the radiation from the recipient's core star or assemblage point or simply their core essence (i.e. not located in a specific point) opening up and appearing to merge with yours as it expands further and further out to fill all of Existence. With practice you may well feel this happening without any specific deliberate visualization on your part.
It's that simple! Of course you will have a general healing intent and indeed often some specific healing intent, but, as in any really effective healing work, you don't fixate upon specific outcomes, for you cannot know what outcome is for a particular person's highest good. Instead you can stay joyfully and peacefully relaxed as you allow the very highest available source to work through both you and the recipient and do whatever is do be done at that time.
Because of the problem of dark entity interference it is extremely problematical to try to get guidance from some supposedly higher source or to do ordinary dowsing to guide you through a healing session. Best to simply use your intuition as to what to do and where to place your attention and hands. However, the really smart way round this is to go on an Energy Awareness Training workshop with Stephen and Lynda Kane and learn a method of testing from your deepest aspects with minimum risk of entity interference (and also methods to massively bring forward your whole self healing / self realization process and make you swiftly less vulnerable to 'dark' influences in any area of your life). When you use that testing method you do not ask questions (which is always an invitation to dark entities to jump in and interfere, even if covertly), but instead simply test as to whether a particular choice (current or prospective) is strengthening or weakening. Carefully used, that's quite enough to enable you to be an extremely effective and intuitive healer with no 'outside' assistance at all.
Distant healing
The simplicity of this parallels that of hands-on healing with the core essence approach. You can do this in all manner of ways in external detail, but again invocations and invitations to anything external, and rituals, are all out. The general principle is simply to have in front of you some representation of the intended recipient(s) and to allow your core essence to expand and open out, flowing to the recipient(s), whose own core essence also expands and usually appears to merge with your own. You may hold out your palms towards the representation of the recipient(s) - I myself often find it helpful - though usually the strongest energy flow that I'm aware of seems to be in a broad warm swathe from my whole chest area, so flowing between my arms and my palms rather than through them.
As to what sort of representation of the recipient(s) to use, it really can be anything meaningful to you - a photo, a letter, a surrogate such as a small teddy bear, or it can be a visualization. You can imagine that you have the recipient(s) gently cradled in your cupped hands, for example. When you have a feel of this way of working, you generally don't need a visualization to be a detailed one, for its purpose is simply to help focus your intent upon the recipient(s). As long as you've made energy contact with the particular person(s), the process will work.
As with hands-on healing, the more you open up your own core essence by working on yourself, the more effective will this way of working become.
Appendix - A suggested set of hand positions for giving healing to another person
I give here a common sequence of hand positions which I use in a hands-on session. It's a considerable modification of the sequence of positions which I was given in Reiki. I do not mean this to be followed slavishly, for I myself am not slavish in following it - regarding it as simply a useful framework to use where I have no specific indications to do otherwise.
The exact order in which the positions are applied is of little consequence, though it is best to work consistently down (not up) the body, so that you are maintaining a continuity between the 'healed' areas and not leaving 'weak', unhealed areas which perhaps get forgotten so that the recipient is left with some unnecessary distortions and imbalances in her energy system.
Ideally, let significant energy flow subside before moving to the next position. However, normally it is okay to limit the time at each position in order to fit the session into a particular period of time. If on the other hand you are aware of a very major or dramatic energy flow at a particular position it may well be best to stay with that as long as possible and then to give a shorter duration on the other positions in order to fit into the allotted session time. An alternative way to handle this latter situation would be, rather than to go through all the remaining positions, simply to place your hands back on the person's shoulders, with the intention that healing should now flow to wherever it's still needed, for as long as you get significant energy flow, or as long as is practical to allow (whichever is the shorter).
The opposed hand positions on the torso have two main significances:
- The well known main chakras each have a rear aspect as well as a front aspect (in the case of the crown chakra, the base chakra could be regarded as its 'rear' counterpart), and the hand positions that I give ensure that all the rear aspects get attention, which makes for the most balanced energy input.
- This balanced attention to rear as well as front assists the process of clearing the rear of the core star / assemblage point, for the interference of dark entities progressively blocks off the core star, particularly at the rear, and most healing methods, if they open up the core star at all, fail to do so at the rear, which is where the dark entities maintain and increase their hold on a person (more so here actually than in the chakras, whereas earthbound spirit attachments gain a hold / access only via the chakras).
Because of the issue of dark entity interference and involvement, I strongly counsel and warn against asking or listening to guides or other apparently external guidance sources to tell you when it's okay to move on. The smart way of getting such information, until such time as you can sense directly when it's time to move, is to use one of the internal (non-pendulum) means of energy testing. Then, instead of asking a question, you can just visualize yourself staying put at the current position or moving to the next and see if you get a 'strengthening' or a 'weakening' response (equivalent, with a big caveat, to a 'yes' or 'no'). By the same means you can also determine the usefulness or otherwise of any other possible hand position or action.
I give the hand positions here for a recipient sitting on an upright chair with sufficient space around it; these may need some modification for somebody who is lying down or in for some reason in a non-standard position.
-
Stand behind recipient and place both hands on shoulders. Remain here as long as you feel significant energy flow. In fact sometimes this may take up most or all the session, and that is fine. Indeed, for short and especially impromptu sessions, that may be the only hand position that is necessary.
-
Both hands on crown
-
A hand over each eye, slightly cupped, so not quite touching the eye(lids). Usually this position is held only briefly.
-
A hand on each temple and ear (as far as you can cover them both without contortions!). It's fine to make that two consecutive positions. Usually this again is held only briefly.
-
(move round to one side)
One palm on the middle of the forehead (the traditional 'third eye' position) and the other palm over the occiput - the slight prominence at the back of the head. -
One palm over the front of the lower throat, immediately above the top of the sternum, and the other palm on the back of the neck, opposite each other.
N.B. Some people have emotional issues relating to contact on the throat, so with a new recipient it is always best to check with them whether it's okay for you to put your hand on the front of the throat. If necessary you can hold your hand slightly away from the skin; it will still work fine.
-
One palm on the middle of the chest at heart level, and the other on the back, opposite each other.
N.B. In the case of female recipients, and especially with male healers, this needs to be modified in order not to intrude on 'private' areas, so the hand at the front either rests a little higher, against the upper chest and upper base of the breasts, or is held at the heart level but a bit off the body. Either way, that works fine.
-
One palm on uppermost abdomen - the part that lies between the lower ribs and is commonly referred to as the solar plexus area - and one palm on the back, opposite each other.
-
One palm on the mid-abdomen, a bit below the navel, coinciding with the traditional sacral chakra position, and the other palm on the back, squarely on the sacrum (the fused lowest back vertebrae), so that again they are opposite each other.
-
One palm against the bottom of the spine (including the coccyx), and the other palm held underneath the chair, facing up into a notional base chakra which extends, megaphone-like, downwards from the perineal area.
N.B. Many healers and authors give the base chakra as arising from the coccyx, but my own 'reading' is that this is incorrect and that it arises from somewhere in the perineal area. However, I wouldn't get strung up about this sort of discrepancy, because the chakras, like the core star / assemblage point, are virtual or notional structures and different people will receive different representations of them, none of which is showing you an actual 'concrete' reality. It's enough to put your hand under the chair somewhere under perineum / coccyx and intend it to be facing up into the base chakra.
-
One palm on the hip (on the side on which you're already working) and the other palm on top of the knee; visualize that section of the leg rapidly filling with healing energy. Unless you feel strong and sustained energy flow, move on as soon as your visualization has nicely filled that leg section (in particular if you use the colour I suggest below, this need take no more than about 10 seconds).
N.B. It's important to be careful to avoid the colours gold, violet, purple or deep or saturated blues appearing in your visualization (astral and dark force resonance); if you want a prompt for a colour, I suggest a very pale and luminous (rather than brilliant) pastel green or greenish white. If blue comes more readily to you, then again it needs to have that same delicate luminous pastel quality about it. Generally such visualized healing energies will have about them a finely shimmery quality.
Always think in terms of purity and high frequency rather than any sort of dazzling quality when you do visualizations involving healing energy. Also, actually there's no need for the energy to be seen to have a specific colour at all; the important thing really is not to allow the abovementioned problematical colours. I myself usually do not see a specific colour in my visualizations, but if one does appear it is almost always the abovementioned greenish colour.
-
One palm on top of the knee and the other wrapped around the front of the ankle. The same comments apply.
-
Palms on either side of the knee. The same comments apply.
-
Palms around front and back of the ankle. The same comments apply.
-
Taking care to maintain some physical contact as you move to the other side, repeat the above sequence for the other leg.
-
Placing yourself in front of the client, place your hands on top of and around either foot. It can be quite good practice at this point to visualize 'roots' extending from the soles of the feet into the ground - provided that you understand that, contrary to popular belief among healers, this does not do anything major to ground the client, as I have explained in Healing - The Safest and Quickest Way.
-
Place one hand on one shoulder (not on the joint) and the other hand on the back of the person's hand on that side, then repeat for the other side, visualizing as for sections of the legs. Similarly, this is usually very brief.
-
Now follows the optional aura scanning and, resultant upon what you find, placing of hands on or off parts of the body to deliver healing to whatever issues are presenting themselves. It is best not to try to identify the nature or cause of any such issues, and particularly to disregard any interpretations you may be given, either by an inner voice / intuition or particular 'visuals' that you 'see', for all these are liable to be part of the general dark force agenda to get you and the client hooked on 'story' about the particular issue(s), which is probably untrue or troublesomely distorted. Don't forget to scan for issues at the back as well as the front.
-
To finish off, go round to the back of the client again, and place your hands on his/her shoulders for a minute or so, tuning into a sense of completion and joyful acceptance but NOT thanking anyone or anything. Then signify to the client that the session is finished, such as with a little squeeze on the shoulders while you whisper or very quietly say that you've finished now (bearing in mind that the client may be dozing off and a sudden loudish voice may cause startlement).
An option while your hands are there, before you do your 'final cooling-down' tune-in, is to carry out some gentle massage / bodywork on the upper back and neck to assist in releasing over-tense muscles there - that is, if you are competent to do this sort of thing. Responsible discretion is required here - and if you have healer's insurance, be aware that any sort of massage or bodywork on a client is usually strictly excluded in insurance policies for spiritual healers.
However, my observation is that nearly everyone who has an urge to do this sort of thing, even if professionally trained in massage, does it much more harshly and forcefully than is helpful, and without the necessary level of awareness. Forcing muscles is painful and does not retrain them as is really what would be helpful. The most important thing, then, if you are going to do this, is to GENTLY AND PERSUASIVELY coax the shoulder blades into easing apart, for the vast majority of people have muscular tensions which pull the shoulder blades towards each other, and much emotional stress and trauma energy can be released simply by enabling those muscles to release their excess tension.
