Periodically the odd individual who is feeling very stressed by their situation arrives on this page or elsewhere on this site during an online search for somebody who can supposedly ‘help’ them, and bypasses their own good sense, writing in to me asking, or indeed crying out, for me to help them…

In doing that they're not only ignoring the contents of this page but also the important notes on my Contact page, which latter explain in what circumstances it is or isn't appropriate / helpful for them to contact me, and giving useful links to best starting-points on this site for them to start addressing their issues (yes, doing it themselves!!).

When they do write to me like that they're being their own most proficient saboteurs, because they're turning away from the real help, which is right here on this site, and asking me to do what, as I explain here on this site and indeed my Contact page, wouldn't help them at all and indeed would be insidiously harmful for them through the self-disempowerment of those individuals that I'd then be colluding with.

The reality is that the need is NOT for ‘being helped’ (always disempowering and thus harming, not genuinely helping), but instead for actually taking command of one's life situation and resolving one's issues oneself. Nobody can do that on your behalf! This site presents the means to do so — the whole mindset, overall strategy and the comprehensive set of methods.

Please therefore DO NOT ask me for ‘help’ but instead GOYA (Get Off Your Arse!) and get learning from careful reading on this site AND actually getting on with learning and using the methods presented here! There's masses of genuine help here to get you going with it all.

Note that I strongly recommend that page as a very helpful primer for anyone — not just people who feel to be in crisis — before getting to grips with what follows here.

However If you have an issue with ‘hearing voices’ or have any other apparent communications from non-physical sources (even seemingly friendly and helpful ‘guides’ of any sort at all), or intrusive / compulsive thoughts, please read ‘Hearing voices’ — The real way to clear them first. This guide started off as part of my page Night terrors and hell experiences — Understanding and clearing them, but as that section expanded it seemed more appropriate to present it separately so that it could be more easily linked to and found in Web searches. This made particular sense as this guide isn't specific to people with hell / ‘night terror’ issues, and indeed most of it is applicable to what appear to be spirit attachments, (which, however, appear most likely not to be genuine conscious entities at all), as well as what people take to be ‘astral entities’ (also known as ‘astral beings’, and actually including what many would regard as demons and related entities), which are all actually not real entities at all.

Indeed, overall the contents of this guide cover the measures you can effectively take to clear other ‘psychic’ or ‘paranormal’ issues such as spells, curses, black magic, psychic attacks and so-on, indeed also including near-death experiences (NDEs) and their aftermath, because they all in their different ways involve garbage interference and attack, or at least the same mechanisms as when the garbage is interfering / attacking directly.

As I explain in the former (mammoth) account, what are widely known as astral entities, and indeed pretty well all non-physical ‘entities’ or beings that one perceives or interacts with, are not true entities or beings at all, but are illusory manifestations that the garbage parasitically causes the affected person's mind to create. So, one essential thing for us to do right now is to stop talking of astral entities or astral beings or them or they, etc., and instead to talk instead of garbage-sourced illusions.

One important immediate consequence of this understanding is that we can now see why you can't actually ever ‘bodily’ remove ‘astral entities’ or indeed supposed entities generally — for, being illusory, they're actually not there in the first place to be removed! All you can do, therefore, is to progressively weaken (towards non-existence) the garbage interferences that you're getting, which are causing one unwittingly to create those illusions — and that is truly possible, but it does take time and ongoing motivation!

It's important also to understand that ALL psychic perceptions, as normally understood — including clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, astral projections, ‘seeing’ non-physical beings of any kind, receiving communications in any non-physical form including supposed telepathy, and also experiencing what appear to be other people's pain or other strong feelings as their own — are manifestations of seriously problematical garbage interferences. This is just as true for people who believe that such perceptions of theirs are positive and are, for example, a ‘gift’. For their own well-being, ALL people with such ‘perceptions’, which are actually bogus perceptions because they all are impressions given to the person by the garbage with the aim to mislead, need to get taking all the relevant measures that I outline on this page.

For those who are seeking to get clear of some sort of psychic attack from another person, no matter whether it be regarded as a spell, curse, black magic, voodoo, and so on, generally speaking the best policy is to regard the attack for practical purposes as being a particular attack strategy from the garbage — for the mechanisms are all the same. The only thing is that in the case of psychic attack one is perhaps more likely to have an elemental to clear — but that's still basically a complex of thought forms, and so while the Grounding Point procedure needs to be used in a slightly different way for those, relevant pickings from the whole range of measures given below would still need to be taken.

Most of what appears below is based on my own experience with the garbage (which I'd been interpreting variously as ‘astral beings’, guides, ascended masters, angels, my supposed ‘higher consciousness’, and indeed the supposed ‘Creator Consciousness’) plus my observations of its affecting others, and some information from other affected people.

If you are, and aren't yet seeing this site here as your real answer, you're onto a real loser — indeed a lose-lose-lose-lose situation.

I know all too well about all that because I myself was in that situation years ago, until in desperation I developed the working model and methodology presented on this site in order to clear myself of the supposed ‘astral beings’ and other supposed ‘entity’ interferences. I learnt the hard way that the ‘lose-lose-lose-lose’ goes as follows:

Lose: You may think you're saving your money, but generally you're paying a stiff hidden price, in the compounding of your problems that would be resulting — not least in your own self-disempowerment by seeking help for that sort of thing.

Lose: The increasing stress because sooner or later you realize that your supposed ‘entities’ were not removed or have apparently returned after supposedly being sent off.

Lose: Sooner or later, in desperation you'd start going to non-free, supposedly highly reputed practitioners, and would discover that the results were not materially different from those from the ‘free’ practitioners. So you've paid a financial price as well as the hidden price of compounding of your problems.

Lose: The stress is greater this way, because you'd inevitably be feeling that you've been cheated, robbed, whereas you might well feel more kindly disposed to a ‘free’ practitioner who presumably meant well in giving you their time free of financial charge. Perhaps a still more prestigious and expensive practitioner would at last clear off those devilish ‘entities’ — except of course you find that that doesn't work either…

Alternatively, you could cut out all that painful nonsense now and go for the REAL free ‘entity’ removal — which can be done on oneself only by oneself — and just happens to bring all manner of rewards that you'd never before imagined could come to you!

Don't let it be said that I haven't cautioned those trapped in the seemingly eternal quest for ‘somebody who can help me’! Their answer really is on this very site, and you yourself are the only person who can genuinely help you — which is actually GREAT news!

Will other methods work?

I've seen it posted in a forum that on this page and elsewhere on this site I'm claiming that any other methods than what I present here won't work. That's typical of the dishonest, belief-based arguments ‘why not’ that people come up with in order to save face and dismiss me and my methods so that they feel sort-of comfortable in not holding their own belief systems and supposed healing / ‘self-realization’ methodologies up to proper scrutiny, and thus ensuring that they continue in their same old harmful way.

The reality is that I'm NOWHERE making such a claim, because that's something that neither I nor anyone else could ever know as long as we haven't actually found other methods that work (i.e., achieve pretty well what my methods do). To find such methods, if they exist at all, would involve finding and properly using potentially every method currently in the world! That or even anything like it would be a complete impossibility!

What I do say is that on the basis of my own observations (including a hefty chunk of very severe personal experience) it appears that all the supposedly relevant methods and methodologies out there that I myself am aware of, for addressing garbage / ‘entity’ interferences / attacks, are, at best, of limited effectiveness, and the vast majority of them would bring further problems (various types of garbage involvement) that really negate, usually many times over, the whole point of using them in the first place.

Yes, there could well be further ‘oases’ of genuinely effective and 100% beneficial methods somewhere out there in the general garbage-permeated jungle of actually decidedly ‘dodgy’ ‘self-realization’ and ‘healing’ methods, but why pass-by the effective and safe methods presented here, on the basis that these methods may not necessarily be the only ones that would work for you? That's typical behaviour of people who are firmly locked into their beliefs and set ways, and in reality don't want genuine self-actualization, and who thus don't want actually to look at what's really there. They find 1,001 reasons, however false and indeed dishonest, ‘why not’, rather than actually get trying things out and finding out for themselves what works best for them.

It's worth remembering, that I compiled my whole approach to self-actualization and clearance of garbage interference / attacks precisely because no other methods that I could access were sufficiently effective to resolve my own dire situation in 2003 to early 2007. Indeed some greatly aggravated my situation. My methods have thus been well tried and tested by me in the face of a very considerable challenge, and many people who've themselves been in desperate situations with problems caused by the garbage and not resolved by any of the other methodologies they tried have found their effective answer on this very site and indeed this very page.

— But of course those who are looking for reasons ‘why not’ won't understand the above notes and will still continue their own self-dishonesty!

I'd also respectfully remind that those who spend time on forums, concerning themselves with what other people think of this page or this site or me, or indeed what other people think about anyone or anything else (i.e., apart from practical, physical matters such how to get the current Windows version to work in a decent manner for them!) are wildly astray anyway. They will never be running a genuine self-actualization process as long as they're doing that and not simply getting on with their self-actualization process and finding out from their own deepest aspects, by means of Helpfulness Testing, what they really need to know, and what are their genuinely best choices in any particular situation.


I expect to add to the information below once in a while, so if you're interested it's well worth periodically revisiting this page.

Some prerequisites for fully addressing your ‘entities’ / garbage (‘dark force’) interference / psychic attack problem

The following isn't an exhaustive list, and I may add some further items.
  • You need to be clear that you really do want to be free from ‘entities’ / garbage interferences. Many people believe that they want to be free from their ‘entities’ and garbage interferences (and on the surface may be desperate to get rid of them), but actually are unwilling to embrace such radical positive change in their lives. Such people are unlikely to get much clearance of their problems.

    However, although this is generally true, if you're using a self-actualization methodology like what I present in Healing and self-actualization — The safest and quickest way, it's much less critical about having a specific intent to be free from ‘entities’ or garbage interferences (assuming that you're at least being serious about your ongoing use of the methods for overall life improvement), and indeed such methodology would progressively clear any ‘entities’ and garbage interferences whether or not you acknowledged even their existence. However, a specific, deeply felt intent to be free of them would greatly assist and thus speed up the process.

  • Discontinue use of / keep consistently clear of all mind-affecting drugs, including alcohol and tobacco products (yes, NO SMOKING / DRINKING — ever again!) and the various so-called recreational drugs, including cannabis and ‘psychedelic’ drugs. That's extremely important, for they all muck up your non-physical aspects as well as your body, and make you much more vulnerable to the garbage and much more inclined to pick up or retain ‘entity’ attachments such as soul fragments — hence the garbage seeking to get people into use of these drugs and indeed other substance misuse such as glue sniffing.

    Although not necessarily essential, it would be very much best policy even to get fully clear of caffeine (including tea, coffee and Coke — and related drinks) — and all cocoa / chocolate products and any regular or significant eating of confectionery and other gratuitously sugary things, for every emotional dependency or attachment of yours to some extent supports the hold of the garbage on you, and none of those substances does other than some degree of harm to you, both physically and mentally.

    This may sound at first like an unacceptable way to live, but the point is that the garbage gets people craving for and ‘enjoying’ things that harm them. When you get working consistently for your self-actualization (which is the only way to get clear of the interferences), you come increasingly to get most enjoyment from doing things that are beneficial for you, and progressively cease to enjoy doing what's harmful or ‘weakening’ for you.

    So, instead of compulsively banging your head on a wall because you get some sort of perverse ‘enjoyment’ from it, you get the greater enjoyment of, for example, going out for a healthy invigorating hike on a strenuous coast path or a mountain…

    — And there are lots of very pleasant blends of herbal ‘tea’ that contain no caffeine, and can be really enjoyed once you've lost your craving for caffeine-bearing drinks and beverages, so we're talking about actually living a freer and more abundant life once we're no longer being driven any more by our old addictions and emotional attachments — every such attachment being a stultifying ‘ball and chain’ that seriously restricts your awareness and capacity to make the most of your life.

    Please refer to Letting go of addictions and compulsive behaviours, where I write more on this issue and point in the appropriate directions for means to do that letting go.

  • Don't use, or discontinue use of, personal stereos, and don't have loud music going on at all in your living environment for extended periods, because that's all very ungrounding to your awareness, progressively pushing a great big wedge between you and your genuine surroundings. Learn to listen to and enjoy the natural sounds in your surroundings, and especially bird sounds and also weather sounds.

    They all have their own beauty, and you're harming yourself if you constantly cover that up by assailing yourself with music — even though properly listening to a modest amount of some types of music (not with head/earphones or other means of ‘total immersion’) can be healthy too, depending on the circumstances and the manner in which it's gone about.

    If you do have reason to play recorded sound in your abode, it would be much healthier to keep any music to only a small proportion of your listening time and instead to use authentic natural soundscape recordings the rest of the time.

  • Generally keep clear of use of mobile phones. To use one much as one would use a landline phone would be no great problem, but carrying one around with you is a significant problem in various ways. In particular:

    • A small but significant minority of people get adverse effects supposedly from the low level of electromagnetic energy emitted by such phones. My indications are that such a low level of such energy isn't intrinsically a problem, but some people are carrying an illusory reality (either covert and unaware or carried awarely as an overt belief) in which the term ‘radiation’ is associated with that energy, and in which it's seriously harmful, at least in the long term.

      Such people are liable to suffer environmental stress effects that appear superficially to be caused by a mobile phone, but are really caused by their programmed inner response to their illusory-reality-driven distorted perception of that phone.

    • Generally, mobile phones are treated by people as an object of addiction, and thus one has a major attachment that straightaway reduces one's healthy awareness and helps align one with the garbage and obstructs any genuine self-actualization process.

    • Having conversations or text message exchanges with people while you're out and about, or even just keeping on checking for text messages or missed calls, is a potent ungrounding and awareness reducing factor, again, pointing you squarely away from any genuine healing / self-actualization direction, for it's keeping you out of touch with your immediate surroundings, and seriously reducing and dulling the vividness and variety of your life experience.

      So, it's not just a matter of not using a mobile while driving or cycling, but NOT USING ONE AT ALL while you're out and about. If you feel that you ‘must’ or ‘need to’ do so, then that's a significant problem that you need to address if you're to get clear of your garbage / ‘entity’ interferences. That would necessitate clearing particular addictive tendencies, which would undoubtedly necessitate clearing yourself of relevant illusory realities — the methods all being freely available on this website for you to use.

  • Keep at least largely clear of television, because that stresses you whether or not you're aware of the fact, and frequent TV watching progressively attenuates your awareness, so making it more difficult for self-actualization methods to work sufficiently for you to get clearing your garbage interferences / attacks.

    A practical reason for watching it just briefly might be for getting a weather forecast and a quick look at the news, but apart from that you need to be using your mind in active, creative ways — something that TV watching stifles, so progressively damaging your brain if you do a lot of it, and making it impossible for you to have the necessary motivation to get clear of your garbage interferences — just as cannabis does. In any case it would be much better to get a weather forecast or indeed news online, so that you have more control about what you see / hear and aren't being just a passive ‘couch potato’ being spoon-fed with information in bite-size pieces.

    Actually getting rid of the television would remove a fairly potent environmental stress source from your abode, while leaving you with a new little bit of space that could be more beneficially used in other ways. Nobody actually needs a television; generally a television is used simply as a lazy default option to cover up and indeed reinforce one's lack of proper active and creative functioning. The need is to jettison the TV and get into creative and generally self-actualization supporting pursuits. Let go of any interest in well-known personalities and celebrities, which so much of TV (and even radio) is about, and become your own personal celebrity!

  • Don't subject yourself to extended periods of undue silence — notwithstanding the previous two items above. A lot of real silence is ungrounding to an aspect of your awareness, and not only makes you more vulnerable to garbage interferences and attacks, but also makes you much more prone to tinnitus problems, perhaps much later in your life. If you live in a quiet abode — especially if it's at all soundproofed and with double glazing — you need to have windows open as much as reasonably possible in order to keep in contact with the natural ambient sounds (i.e., except where there's troublesome noise like busy traffic at more or less close range, or there's a significant air pollution issue).

    Where / when you can't get enough harmonious and supportive natural ambient sound from your actual surroundings you may need to make judicious use of recordings of appropriate environmental sounds in order to assist the grounding of your awareness.   • If you have a significantly codependent or abusive relationship, the real need is to get out of the relationship without delay. Holding onto such relationships, with all their emotional attachment and power / control issues, makes it very difficult to get rid of garbage interferences. Actually ALL attached relationships, however ‘normal’ and socially acceptable (and indeed this very much includes married relationships), are a problem in this respect, and letting go of them (or rather, letting go of one's attachment to the other person) is an essential part of any genuine comprehensive self-actualization process — but any obviously troublesome or abusive / controlling relationship is particularly high priority to get right out of, straightaway.

    I'm aware that many people would argue that the above is wrong, because, they say, love and close relationships are important, and what one really needs to do is to clean up the wonky relationship. However, such people have only partial understanding of the real situation, and it's not my task to pander to the conformist pressures that I get from such people.   • Discontinue or keep clear of all ‘dark’ practices or preoccupations, even if it means letting go of and indeed permanently keeping clear of particular friends, partner, etc. As you align more fully with the positivity of your own deepest aspects you'd gain new friends anyway, who would be more supportive of your new, more positive direction. You can to very great advantage carefully and vigilantly use Helpfulness Testing to vet both extant and potential friends / companions.

  • Keep clear of covert garbage influences — such as connections or preoccupations with so-called ascended masters, guides, angels, archangels, gods and goddesses, and even ‘Jesus’, the Holy Spirit and ‘God’ / Jehovah / Allah / Shiva — indeed any non-physical beings, entities, spirits or presences of any sort, never mind how ‘divine’ they may be claimed or believed to be. Their given identities are, as far as I can tell, always inventions of the garbage, and so even believing in them or associating with them in any way increases the hold of the garbage on you.

  • Let go of the whole concept of invoking anything or anyone non-physical, whether it be non-physical beings (low, middling, high or ‘divine’) or ‘energies’.

  • If you're into spiritual or energy ‘healing’ of any type, drop it and never do it again! It's important also to read "Am I a healer?" — Explaining ‘healing’ and the problems it causes, as it will help clarify for you what a minefield ‘healing’ really is. — But, no cause for anguish about dropping what you'd been misled into thinking was a beneficial activity. Further below I point to something fully benign and potently beneficial that you do need to take up, and which is soundly and indeed rationally based, unlike all the ‘healing’ systems that you need to drop / keep clear of.

  • Don't attempt to channel or dowse — however tempting it may seem. That's one of the prime means by which the garbage increases its hold on people. If you do channel or dowse, the information you receive is bound to contain distortions introduced by the garbage, which latter would always be the true nature of any apparently ‘higher’ source, and the moment you accept any such communications, what you're doing is tacitly accepting the interference from the garbage, and thus you're pointing yourself away from a proper commitment to be free of it.

    Bear in mind too that any channelled ‘information’ you pass on to other people would inevitably cause them problems, either directly or indirectly, unless they themselves completely disregard it.

  • Disregard ALL other ‘psychic’ and supposedly ‘higher’ perceptions too, whether they be yours or anyone else's, for all psychic and ‘higher’ perceptions that are generally recognised are bogus perceptions — impressions given to one by the garbage with an agenda to mislead. True, you'd also have genuine ‘non-physical’ perceptions that are coming from your own deepest aspects, but those are very subtle and, except in an exceptionally self-actualized person (well beyond mere enlightenment!), they'd always be drowned out or put into confusing contexts by all the much ‘louder’ and indeed distorted impressions given to you by the garbage.

    The normal ‘psychic perceptions’ and ‘higher perceptions’ (including the supposedly superior ‘higher sensory perceptions’ — HSP — used by the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and related disciplines, and the supposedly grounded and superior ‘higher’ perceptions of teachers such as the Energy Egg producers), are still to a considerable extent astral and thus garbage-sourced.

  • Don't engage at all with any apparent entity, spirit or other non-physical being that manifests to you in any way whatever, no matter whether apparently ‘lower’, ‘higher’ or indeed ‘divine’. They're all illusory, regardless of what other people believe, and your engagement with them in any way (even telling them to go away or that they don't exist) is actually reaffirming your own belief / illusory reality in which they do appear to exist, and is also helping to reinforce some of the thought forms that constitute the garbage itself — not a formula for resolving your issue anytime soon!

  • Completely disregard ‘readings’ from mediums, channels and clairvoyants, and keep clear of any channelled or supposedly clairvoyantly obtained information or messages that you may encounter anywhere. Any reliance on channelled information — no matter what its purported source (and, yes, that does include such figures as ‘Jesus’, ‘Archangel Michael’ and indeed ‘God’) — increases the hold of the garbage on you, quite apart from such information almost certainly containing distortions of the truth, which would have been chosen to cause you problems in some way or other, never mind how loving or wise it and its source may appear.

    It's important also to keep clear of astrology, numerology and any form of divining (such as with Tarot, I Ching, runes or so-called angel cards), which are all, covertly or openly, used in various ways by the garbage to manipulate people.

  • Avoid use of symbols* — including but not limited to Reiki ones and even the most hallowed ones such as the OM, pentagram (either way up!), Ankh, Crucifix, six-pointed star (Star of David) — and so-called sacred geometry (including the much hallowed merkaba — two interlocking pyramids). These are potent in increasing one's garbage connections. Sacred geometry is especially harmful in the form of various devices such as wands and ‘stargates’, and can be used even by supposed ‘lightworkers’ to bring great harm to a person — even to the point of covert murder (i.e., by various types of psychic attack).**

    * I do mean here ALL symbols — at least, all that have been given any religious, spiritual, mystical or metaphysical significance, and no matter whether that significance has been given to the symbol by a tradition or indeed by just you alone. There are no exceptions — even though undoubtedly some symbols are more overtly harmful than others.

    ** Think I'm joking or simply off my trolley? — Please see My ‘astral beings’ — Now the scary bit — what I was really dealing with.

  • Have nothing to do with religion or religious or ‘spiritual’ iconography, including so-called ‘holy water’ (or indeed ‘holy’ or ‘sacred’ anything) and representations in any form, of ‘spiritual’ or otherwise revered personalities, such as Jesus, angels, gods / goddesses, ‘ascended masters’, any guru, Mother Meera, Sai Baba (the latter in particular was a seriously harmful black magic practitioner), Buddha and so on. Quite apart from their all being garbage-connecting, any use of such ‘icons’ to help or protect you in any way is effectively detailing the garbage to protect / help you, rather than ‘the Ultimate’, which latter is actually your own deepest aspects.

    Please do NOT contact me to ask me if a particular portrait or other representation of some personality (real or legendary / mythical) is okay, for it would NOT be. You need to be training yourself to look to your own deepest aspects for all the support and protection you need — not clinging to imaginary protection / ‘help’ from external (and inevitably garbage-connected) agencies.

  • Open yourself to at least progressively letting go of or dissolving ALL beliefs you're carrying, for they're ALL, without exception, self-deceptions, which prevent you from holding yourself up to the necessary proper scrutiny, and which form part of the ‘ammunition’ that the garbage can use to attack and control you. There are NO exceptions to this.

    Calling a belief or belief system a ‘faith’ or ‘conviction’ doesn't exonerate it in any way. Rather, that simply adds on another layer of self-deception. Yes, any ‘faith’ or ‘conviction’ that you have in the existence of ‘God’ or an equivalent external ‘Ultimate’ is a pile of self-deception, which pressingly needs completely clearing out of your system. You can't resolve any issue or solve any problem without actually looking at what's really there and what's really going on — and belief, very much including ‘a faith’ or ‘conviction’, completely blocks one's ability to do that.

  • Keep clear of ALL ‘spiritual healing’, including all forms of Reiki, and repudiate ALL attunements that you've ever received (or given!), for all that is a big factor in the problem, and never allow yourself to receive another attunement (to anything at all) ever again. You can make that repudiation really effective through use of my full set of affirmations, carefully following the directions for carrying out a really effective reading of them.

  • Similarly, keep clear of ALL fads and supposed wonder methods that involve doing things that give you some sort of euphoria or ‘buzz’. Seeking out pleasurable or intriguing feelings is always insidiously harmful, and is driven by the very stuff that you need to be clearing. Examples: making a regular practice of wild (cold) swimming or otherwise regularly exposing oneself to significant cold — including the Wim Hof method (harmful even to visit their site and especially watch any of their videos), and any method seeking to trigger or cultivate the tingly ‘shivers up the spine’ feeling (jargonistically labelled ‘ASMR’). Some of those methods may indeed have some beneficial effects as claimed — but their promoters and proselytizers compulsively turn a blind eye to the outweighing insidiously harmful effects. You can achieve any genuine positive effects by other means anyway, so you don't lose out by giving these a wide berth!

  • Don't wear or carry any supposedly protective amulets or pendants. NONE of those are genuine protectors against the garbage or ‘entities’, and indeed they're ALL effectively tools of the garbage, which are weakening and disruptive to your energy system so that you become progressively more vulnerable to the very things you're actually wanting protection from. In any case, any of these that carry, or are fashioned into, symbols or sacred geometry configurations are particularly harmful (see further above). A pentagram or Crucifix pendant, for example, is — far from being a genuine protection aid — a token of your captivity to the garbage, never mind how any particular tradition would view or describe it.

    Crystals are all harmful to people who are significantly open and aware, though some crystals more so than others, and NONE genuinely has in the slightest degree the protective qualities that are widely claimed for certain types, so put away or (much better) discard any that you have. Moldavite, although technically not a crystal, is extremely harmful in being a particularly powerful ungrounding agent, and thus potently opens you to the astral non-reality and thus the garbage, and has no genuine protective effects, so it too is for discarding and certainly not carrying on your person.

    Furthermore, let go of the whole ‘protection’ mindset, for it's inherently harmful through its keeping you weak and disempowered. In place of ‘being protected’ by something, think in terms of cultivating and opening up your own intrinsic invulnerability or immunity to all harmful influences.

  • If you have any crystals and supposedly energy-active stones such as moldavite, it's not enough not to actively use them. You need to get them out of your living space as soon as possible, because they continue to progressively weaken you as long as they're in any part of your ‘energy field’, which typically would extend for more than two metres radius around your body.

    Crystals left lying on window ledges in my flat were part of the means of my own near-nemesis at the ‘hands’ of the garbage, so I know what I'm talking about here. If you can't get rid of them at once, gather them up into an opaque box or bag and stow them in a cupboard or other out-of-the-way place as far removed as possible from where you spend most of your time in your living space, but keep a clear intent to get rid of them as soon as possible, and NOT to pass them on to other people (including people who you don't like!) and cause problems for them instead of you !

  • Don't use prayer — ever again! Prayer is intrinsically disempowering, for (a) it implicitly declares and reinforces your own powerlessness, and (b) it implies the existence of some conscious being or ‘presence’ outside yourself, which could be none other than an illusory manifestation created in your mindspace by the garbage — so you're actually reinforcing the latter every time you pray. Instead of prayer you need to use affirmations or / and declarations of intent.

  • Keep a clear and consistent resolve to align your conscious mind only with the positivity and clarity of your own deepest aspects — being clear that this is based in fundamental consciousness, which is effectively ‘the Ultimate’. Any apparent higher being or ‘Spirit’ — including ‘God’ — can't be other than lesser than ‘the Ultimate’, which latter is what your own deepest aspect is, and so you need to ignore any such supposed ‘external’ presences, never mind what many a religious or ‘spiritual’ zealot would seek to preach at you.

  • Emotional issues and accumulated effects of all manner of environmental stresses are NOT for hanging onto, but for clearing from yourself as rapidly as possible, and also the simultaneous need is to be strengthening all your non-physical aspects, to progressively weaken and clear all your emotional issues and accumulated effects of environmental stress, and thus progressively ‘squeeze out’ any attached ‘entities’ and garbage interferences. Methods to achieve this are pointed to further below.
  • Be aware that any ‘entity’ that communicates with you or otherwise directly makes itself known to you will NOT be a genuine conscious entity at all, but either simply an illusion created in your mindspace by the garbage, or an elemental, which itself is just rogue programming in ‘thought energy’ - and let go of belief in any ‘external’ reality involving them.

    Thus, although for healing purposes what appear to be ‘entities’ may be treated as an external influence, it's necessary as soon as possible to cultivate the dissolution of the whole ‘entities’ mindset through:

    • regarding any ‘entity’ manifestations as being just thought form complexes, ‘rogue programming in thought energy’ or illusions presented to you by the garbage — and thus not interacting with them at all, any more than you'd intentionally do with a computer virus that's seeking to engage you in some sort of dialogue.

      Thus you cease to think in terms of ‘them’ interfering with and attacking you (as though it was actual conscious beings), and recognise your troublemaking influence as being basically just one mindless complex of programming, no matter how diverse any ‘entity’ manifestations that you may experience.

      That changed perception is important, because it's disempowering to the garbage and all its illusory manifestations, whereas to continue to regard any of those manifestations as genuinely existent conscious entities would be strongly reinforcing them as part of your subjective ‘reality’.

  • Let go of any sense of ‘battle’ or struggle against non-physical entities, beings or ‘forces’, for that's a mindset that the garbage cultivates, which causes you actually to reinforce the thought forms that constitute the garbage and the particular illusions it's giving you. The real way forward will involve your using simple and elegant means to dissolve the actual mechanism of the interference and attacks — and that's simply an enjoyable bit of ongoing work to do, as your life experience progressively gets better.

  • Drop like a hot brick any notion that you have an ‘inner child’ (which needs to be healed)! That notion is widespread among ‘healers’, paganists and New-Agers, and it's sourced from the garbage in order to keep us disempowered and to divert us from the sordid truth, that what's deep within each of us (even if one has been abused or otherwise gone through hell as a child) isn't a child at all but the real, invulnerable, healing ‘force’ that we need to uncover and thus manifest. You may well need to dissolve one or more illusory realities that you're carrying, in which you do appear to have a wounded / vulnerable ‘inner child’.

  • Ignore / disregard dream or ‘vision’ content, never mind how weird, powerful, significant, important or otherwise ‘interesting’ it may appear to be. Please read my explanation of this seemingly surprising ‘proscription’. Really this caution is best seen as included in the next item…

  • Let go of any ‘story’ that your situation or interference has created for you, including any interpretation of your experiences, never mind how vivid, real-seeming and bizarre. The ‘story’ and exact details of your experiences are actually NOT important from a genuine healing perspective (at least the healing methodology that I present), and are generally presented by the garbage to confuse a person and keep him / her locked into a sort of ‘loop’ of recreating the troublesome or ‘intriguing’ phenomena through believing that they're ‘real’ (i.e., as presented) rather than as completely ‘empty’ illusions that are being given to him / her and would dissolve if left alone and thus allowed to do so.

    Important note! The actual material and building blocks of all types of non-physical interferences, whether from the garbage or from psychic attacks from people, are fundamentally the same. Thus, using my methodology, they're all cleared by the same means, without any need to identify particular troublesome phenomena as being one thing or another, or to know whether or not any untoward experiences are caused by a psychic attack from anyone.

    The name of the game isn't chasing after the (illusory) paper tigers with which the garbage is constantly besetting you, but simply strengthening and un-distorting all those aspects of your whole being that are currently distorted and weak. That way you're progressively rendering yourself immune to all those interferences and attacks, whatever their apparent nature or source. Life is so much simpler that way!

Means to remove entities, garbage (supposed ‘dark force’) interferences and psychic attacks

There's a huge variety of methods that people use to try to address this issue, but actually virtually none of those methods works well, if at all. True, quite often particular obvious problems caused by ‘entities’ (really almost always garbage interferences) may reduce or cease after a healing or exorcism to remove the supposed ‘entities’, but because the normal main problem is garbage interferences, it's intrinsic in their nature that they can't be ‘sent off’ in that way.

So, when ‘astral entities’ or ‘demons’ do seem to have been sent off, it's virtually certain that nothing of the kind has really happened and for its own purposes the garbage is deceiving both ‘healer’ and the recipient of the healing, making them think the ‘entities’ have been cleared off when actually the garbage has just become more covert in its interferences. I've had all these tricks played on me, so I speak from experience — and I've seen massive signs of continuing but more covert garbage interference in virtually everyone who's claimed to me that they've had their own troublesome ‘entities’ removed, and that they're now free from ‘entities’.

Indeed, I've come to the understanding that although genuine ‘spirit attachments’* (which are discarnate human consciousnesses in various types of predicament), partial walk-ins and parasitic ‘lost’ souls can theoretically be sort-of sent off (although, generally speaking, they require quite a bit of self-actualization / emotional clearance work before they can be dislodged)**, garbage interferences are a different matter and can't be sent off at all in the way that almost all ‘healers’ and ‘lightworkers’ believe they can.

* Please note that, as far as I can tell, what people generally recognise as ‘spirit attachments’ are not genuine consciousnesses at all but are elementals or, occasionally, ‘combo entities’.

** Actually, that's not all there is to it in the case of the parasitic lost souls, because any connections to the person that come via the lost souls from primary archetypes may still remain. Those would need additional work to clear — please see Understanding archetypes — and clearing ourselves of them.

For ‘astral entities’ (i.e., garbage interferences), it appears that the name of our game is to use various self-actualization methods to build up and strengthen all our non-physical aspects to such an extent that we simply progressively fade those interferences out of our life experience, so that we eventually become invulnerable to the garbage (as far as one can tell; vigilance would always be required) while never knowing for sure whether or not there's still any covert and subtle interference or any as-yet undiscovered vulnerability that might be exploited at some point.

Please note that, because ‘astral entities’ / ‘demons’ (or indeed any other type of non-physical conscious being or ‘entity’) aren't only not physical but are actually illusory, they can't be seen by anyone in any truly objective or ‘physical’ way. A small minority of ‘healers’ and psychics believe that they can ‘see’ these manifestations using their supposed ‘higher perceptions’, but it's only visual illusions that they're being given by the garbage. Thus they're seeing only what the garbage shows them — NOT what's actually there (if anything!). This is thus an area replete with deception and misunderstandings.

I'd listed below a variety of means for ‘entity’ removal, some of which I eventually came to understand to be useless or worse, and some genuinely useful. Now that I have new and much more focused pages on true self-actualization / self-healing, that's where I now have cause to direct you for the reliable and safe means to clear out both ‘entities’ and garbage interferences — so the listing below is now cut right down to two items, so simplifying things no end!

As already noted, for these genuine healing / clearance methods, the details of a person's particular tribulations and bizarre experiences are not relevant — which simplifies things enormously. Indeed, the more a person concerns himself with such details and any ‘story’ involved in his troubles, the more is he obstructing any genuine clearance process. You've been warned!

Thus the two (actually very much interrelated) main prongs of a strategy to clear your ‘entities’ / garbage interferences are as follows.

  • self-actualization (including clearance of one's emotional issues, stresses and traumas) is the only basic process that really works for ‘astral entities’ (i.e., garbage interferences) and is truly safe for clearing other types of entity or interference from oneself. Even then, however, most available supposed self-actualization /self-realization methods have limits on their usefulness because of garbage-sourced distortions that limit those methods' effectiveness for the purpose.

    However, on this site I present methods, almost all of which I've been using myself, which, if used with care and awareness, appear to both clear your emotional issues (which are one of a person's primary vulnerabilities to the garbage) and build up the strength of your non-physical aspects so as to progressively ‘squeeze out’ any ‘entities’ and garbage interferences.

    For a starting point to examine your options, I recommend either Affirmations & declarations of intent for healing & self-actualization or Healing and self-actualization — The safest and quickest way. Either of those pages will give you links to the other relevant ones. And I refer you again to Crisis emergency self-help — Life upturn the SMART way as first port-of-call if you haven't already worked thoroughly through that page.

  • Eliminating environmental stresses. To at least some extent we're ALL subject to environmental stresses (ESs)*, whether we're aware of them or not, and they cause a progressive accumulation of distortions and weaknesses in our non-physical aspects, which in the long term (and in some cases virtually immediately) impinge seriously upon our health, both physical and mental. Particular environmental stresses make many people much more vulnerable to the garbage or indeed ‘spirit attachments’.

    I must qualify that statement, in that the vast majority of people are too blocked and shut down by their soul programming for specific ES effects to be clearly recognisable. That doesn't mean that they're necessarily not getting such effects, but just that they are so screwed-up and confused internally that any such effects they do get are simply not recognisable as such, and would be viewed by uncomprehending medics as having no discernible cause or, for example, It's just your age.

    However, the significant minority with relatively little or indeed no soul programming would tend at least to some extent to have symptoms that appear to be associated with particular ES sources.

    Therefore, even if no other self-actualization and ‘entity’ removal measures were taken, elimination of the offending environmental stress(es) usually results in a distinct reduction in the strength of the most noticeable interferences, and in some cases apparent elimination of them altogether (though that wouldn't be actual total elimination at that stage — which would require more comprehensive and long-term work, and indeed may not necessarily be possible to achieve, i.e., beyond reduction to a largely insignificant level).

    To give an idea of the sorts of things that may have such an effect, let me mention my own situation. When I did the appropriate Helpfulness Testing in late 2007 (shutting the door after the main horse had bolted, though), I found that a particular type of lampshade that I had for the two room lights in my living room and for the one room light in my bedroom were particular offenders — all the more so as, quite some time before, I'd scratched onto their plastic the so-called Am Re symbol which had been channelled to me by the garbage posing as a higher source. This was adding a small garbage-connecting element to the environmental stress effects from those lampshades.

    Then, once I'd removed those lampshades I did further Helpfulness Testing, which led me to my kitchen, where I found that I was getting particular environmental stresses that were aggravating my garbage interferences, from three main sources: the fridge-freezer, the central heating boiler, and the microwave oven. The former two were inherently stressful for me by their very presence, whereas the microwave wasn't significantly stressful for me in itself, but was having a stressful effect because it was in an inharmonious position. Unfortunately there was no practical alternative to its particular placing.

    I was able to virtually neutralize or even eliminate all those stresses as follows. For the fridge-freezer and boiler I simply took my Energy Egg (already energetically connected to the space-clearing device called the Guardian Angel)*, and, while looking at the respective items and holding the Energy Egg with all my fingertips, I did three ‘cyclic blows’ on the Egg to tune it to the particular stress and thus enable my own non-physical aspects to adapt to the particular energy so that it was no longer troublesomely stressful for me. I also did the same for the microwave, but the beneficial effect was only partial, because, it appears, ‘wrong location’ stress can't be all that well eliminated by the Energy Egg and Guardian Angel.

    * Since then I declared my Energy Eggs and Guardian Angel redundant, and would nowadays use one of my ‘satellite’ mini-Clarity-Spheres for the purpose. The Clarity-Sphere was better, particularly for reducing ‘wrong location’ stress, though not perfect for that. For good reason I don't nowadays recommend the Energy Egg, nor anything else coming from the same source.

    Please note, however, that in September 2018 I declared the Clarity-Sphere redundant too, for by then I'd built up a full set of simple methods and overall modus operandi that replace the Clarity-Sphere ones, and which become still more effective with regular use while not requiring any external aids at all.

    Next, I used Helpfulness Testing to find out how I might eliminate the remains of the ‘wrong location’ stress from the microwave. I found that putting a particular smallish potted house plant on top of the microwave* virtually eliminated the part of the stress that had been aggravating the garbage attacks issue, but left largely intact some other parts of the stress, which would have been impacting adversely upon me in other ways.

    * Actually that would have been no good anyway, because it was too dark there for such a plant to thrive — so I'd not have kept a plant there. A plant that's suffering stress and unable to thrive in one's abode would itself be an environmental stress factor there.

    Further Helpfulness Testing and experimentation led to my placing a particular sphere of verdite (on its little wooden stand, for stability) on the microwave instead of the plant, and this apparently virtually eliminated all the stress that I'd been receiving from the microwave's positioning, which wasn't already being eliminated by the combination of Energy Egg and Guardian Angel.

    Furthermore, I found that at least one major stressful item in my living room (the music peripherals next to my computer — ‘wrong location’ stress again) was considerably less stressful (though still with some significant elements of stress) once that verdite sphere was on the microwave.

    However, prior to my locating and dealing with those particular environmental stress issues, in 2007 I'd established that the collection of crystals strewn on my window ledges, and, first and foremost, my regular use of a collection of sacred geometry ‘healing’ wands from late 2003 to early 2007 had been a very major factor in opening me to the garbage and indeed potentially lethal psychic attack from the ‘lightworker’ who made those wands, for the severe troubles that I'd had then.

    So I took the immediate step of discarding all those, and my use of (initially) the Energy Egg and Guardian Angel*, plus other methods, progressively got to work healing all the damage done to my non-physical aspects by the wands and crystals.

    * Again, subsequently it was the Clarity-Sphere that would have been carrying out such a role, but, as already indicated, that too is now redundant.

    I also had other significant environmental stresses in my flat, such as squared and angular furnishings. Sharp edges and corners pointing more or less towards a person have a weakening and disruptive effect (sometimes called sha-chi) upon their non-physical aspects, and my work desks, bookcases and particularly wall-mounted shelves were all having this effect.

    The need here was to spend a lot more money to replace such items with ones that were handmade out of proper wood, with all edges and corners rounded off — but because of the likely cost of all that, I held back on making that particular change until 2011, by which time I was already well out of my really significant garbage shenanigans.

    Although that was true, in later retrospect I'd say there was also a pressing need to dissolve the illusory realities I was carrying, in which all those undeniably inharmonious items would have an ES effect upon me.

Some of the purported entity removal options to AVOID

In fact I have no pointers to any such methods genuinely removing entities anyway — not least, because the supposed entities that people are seeking to get rid of are not real entities in the first place and can't be removed by such means, and the genuine ones generally don't come to people's attention in ways that would identify them as such and thus motivate anyone to get rid of them!

  • Shamanic healings (the garbage ALWAYS involved)

  • Exorcisms (the garbage ALWAYS involved)

  • 'No!' sign Taking on a belief (e.g., in Jesus or God or in ‘escape’ or ‘fudge’ scenarios such as ‘ascension’ or we each create our own reality) (the garbage ALWAYS involved)

  • Baptisms and other initiations (the garbage ALWAYS involved)

  • Joining or involvement with any sort of religion or spiritual / esoteric / mystical organisation (the garbage ALWAYS involved).

  • 'No!' sign Invoking supposed higher beings such as Archangel Michael or Jesus (the garbage ALWAYS involved)

  • Specialist ‘healers’ and ‘lightworkers’ (the garbage ALWAYS involved) — Nearly all such ‘healers’ genuinely believe that they're clear of ‘astral’ or garbage interference and influence, but in my experience so far they're ALL mistaken about that.

    A ‘healer’ who is truly clear of garbage involvement wouldn't be offering to directly remove entities from people, and would point you to your own self-actualization process as the real solution.

  • Methods involving hypnosis (the garbage ALWAYS involved) — All hypnosis is seriously disempowering, and is also seriously ungrounding to the person's awareness and thus it increases his vulnerability to the garbage and tends to impair his motivation for true self-actualization, and always creates highly problematical hidden illusory realities in the person's mind.

    Danger! There's very often a garbage-sourced control agenda operating in people who choose to use hypnosis as one of their methods, and many of them actually tend to pass on new troublesome ‘entities’ or related serious problems to their clients. Indeed, it looks as though some could at least facilitate your unawarely becoming a part of the cacoprotean network, and thus actually unawarely part of the garbage itself.

  • Use of mantras, symbols or sacred geometry (the garbage ALWAYS involved, and the latter in particular is extremely harmful)

  • Use of crystals or healing devices other than those devices that I unequivocally recommend (ineffective and also harmful to the person's non-physical aspects, so making the person MORE vulnerable to the garbage)

  • Formal meditation sessions (the garbage ALWAYS involved when meditation is used supposedly for this purpose) — Also, meditation is ungrounding, which is just what you need like a great big hole in the head if you want to get clear of entities / garbage interferences.

    Actually, generally speaking, for some people with a fair amount of soul programming and fairly limited depth of awareness the odd formal meditation sessions can be beneficial, provided that they aren't made a regular or prominent feature in the person's everyday life — but for people with overt entity / garbage interferences it's well-nigh essential to keep clear of formal meditation altogether, because of its ungrounding nature. Self-Power Walking (mentioned further below) is a healthy replacement for that.

  • 'No!' sign Rituals of any kind (the garbage ALWAYS involved) — though these need to be distinguished from various yogic or energy-active practices for self-healing, some of which* are very helpful indeed towards progressive clearing of ‘entities’ and garbage interferences (while others such as Sahaja Yoga are decidedly harmful despite their usual superficial appearance of benignity).

    * For example, practices pointed to in Healing and self-actualization — The safest and quickest way.

Removing ‘sexual entities’

It's become apparent to me from search engine queries leading people to this site, that many people experience intrusions and interferences from what they interpret as ‘sexual entities’. Actually, as far as I've been able to establish so far, all such experiences really are simply garbage attacks with sexual arousal and erotic feelings, in various cases together with particular illusory manifestations and intruded pseudo-thoughts that then give the impression that visible or otherwise detectable ‘entities’ are doing that. Sometimes an elemental may be involved too.

Actually, if you stop and think about it, the very concept of a non-physical ‘sexual entity’, at least as any sort of conscious being, is quite nonsensical, because sex is only of the physical here-and-now and is meaningless outside the physical ‘reality’. On the other hand, in all manner of ways the garbage constantly exploits people's capacity to be addicted to sexual feelings and thus controllable by its attacking them with sexual feelings in particular situations.

For this reason, I'm not aware of any need for methods specifically for removing ‘sexual entities’. Basically, you need to treat them as just one of the many types of garbage interference / attack and use the methods that I point to on this page.

"…But how the hell do I get rid of demons and demonic forces?"

Abandon hope, lie down and die! — As you read through pages on this site you'll get used to my playfully mischievous sense of humour — bad boy that I am!

Note this well. ‘Demon’ and ‘demonic forces’ are just scary-sounding labels that people and many traditions put onto certain garbage-sourced illusory manifestations. So, demons are no different from ‘astral beings’ (or indeed, ‘God’) in substance but may have been given a ‘funny’ face and maybe stick-on horns and tail, and accompanied by probably scary feelings (actually just garbage attack). In other words, they're all, including the really scary-sounding ‘demonic forces’, just paper tigers — just puffs of fart gas wearing paper hats filched from a Halloween party!

If a piece of malware on your computer announces itself as the demonic forces come to take you down to ‘Hell’, what do you do? Shit yourself and conk out in abject flabbering terror? Or do you bargain with it, giving it your bank details and PIN in order to persuade it supposedly to spare you? — Surely not! Surely you'd take the practical measures required (using appropriate antimalware software) to disable and remove that piece of rogue programming! — Simple!

— And exactly the same goes here for those supposed ‘demons’ or ‘demonic forces’, except that we're talking about a long-term strategy and self-immunization process, not an instant total fix of the problem, though usually individual attacks can be dissolved pretty quickly.

All that rubbish is just illusory manifestations in your mindspace, caused by rogue programming in ‘thought energy’, and my methods given on this site are your mental ‘antimalware software’ to dissolve the mechanisms of the interferences and attacks, and progressively over time to reduce at least to a pretty insignificant minimum further interferences from that disgusting long-past-sell-by-date fart gas, complete with any horns, tail, party hat or funny face it was wearing!

Always remember that in dealing with these issues, feelings of fear or indeed terror do NOT indicate or equate with presence of a genuine threat to your safety, so you can always proceed with my methods in full safety as long as you recognise the feedback loops of horrible attack feelings for the flatus (fart gas) that they really are.

The only real problems are when people are attached to such illusory manifestations and all the ‘story’ that the garbage feeds into their mindspace, so that they continue believing the illusions are reality. That way, the attacks can then build up to really disruptive levels. The name of the game, therefore, is simply to disregard all notions that the manifestations are anything more than perfectly dissolvable illusions and feedback loops of nasty feelings, all produced by a bit of rogue programming, without a single genuine malevolent conscious non-physical being or ‘presence’ in the whole of Existence. Not such a big deal really!

Shadow people / shadow entities

To my understanding, shadow people / entities, although they may seem subjectively to be a special phenomenon, are just one particular quite diverse category of ‘entity’, and are similarly illusory, though in a fair proportion of cases they may require longer-term work to clear them because the involvement of an elemental, and the underlying seriously ungrounded state of most people who experience such manifestations.

An immediate top-priority need is to fully recognise those manifestations as illusory and ‘not really there at all’, never mind how ‘real’ they may seem, and disregard them as wholly irrelevant to your life, while getting on with the practical, physical aspects of your everyday life and also using methods given on this site for progressively dissolving the illusory realities you're carrying that cause such manifestations to seem to be ‘real’ and something you have to interact with.

Removing ‘self-created entities’ / ‘self-made demons’

I briefly explain about ‘self created entities’, which could also be described as ‘self made demons’, in The true nature of ‘the forces of darkness’ and its interference and attacks. Basically they're something of a myth, though the results of my own inner inquiry are suggestive that if at any time you've genuinely cleared off any real entities you could still be left with their ‘energy imprints’, which the garbage would maintain and manipulate in ways that can make it seem as though the entities are still present — though I suspect that the most common cause of continuation of ‘entity’ related effects after supposed clearance of ‘entities’ would be simply that the supposed entities had never been cleared off in the first place.

Some ‘healers’ / ‘lightworkers’ who carry out supposed entity removal sessions are very predisposed to raise the ‘self created entities’ bogey to ‘explain’ why particular clients of theirs still have supposed ‘entity’ troubles after what were supposed to be entity removal sessions. Typically the practitioner thus justifies his chalking up the particular client as one of his successes, even though actually the practitioner hadn't succeeded in removing anything! I have personal experience of this happening.

Also, elementals that your own system has created under hijack-control from the garbage could get identified as ‘self created entities’. You'd have to be very weakly grounded for that sort of thing to happen, though.

The self-actualization / self-realization methods that I present on this site all assist in the steady dissolution of such ‘energy imprints’ and elementals. As with removal of ‘real’ entities, and probably even more so, the process would be greatly assisted by regular use of the set of affirmations that you can find in Affirmations & declarations of intent for healing & self-actualization, and particularly by the use of the Grounding Point procedure for assisting the dissolution of thought forms (which are, broadly speaking, the true nature of the ‘energy imprints’, and indeed of any elementals).

…And then, Soul Retrieval?

It's widely believed among ‘healers’ in many traditions that a ‘soul retrieval’ healing is generally necessary after removing entities — especially supposed earthbound spirit attachments. That would also give the opportunity for the retrieval of soul fragments that were already able to be retrieved before the entity removal rendered the retrieval of further fragments possible.

Please visit the above two glossary links, where I explain the apparent true nature of supposed earthbound spirits and of soul fragments. As you will see there, I'm now fairly sure that there's no such thing as an ‘earthbound spirit’, i.e., in the sense of an actual ‘stuck’ human consciousness, and anything being called that would presumably be either a soul fragment or an elemental.

The rationale of this is that, so it's widely believed, soul retrieval is necessary because a spirit attachment (or certain other types of entity) occupies a space in your energy system where a part of your non-physical aspect has been displaced and separated off. When the spirit attachment is released and supposedly sent away to its proper place, a void is left in your non-physical aspect, which would readily attract in another problematical entity.

It's therefore seen as important that any separated-off part of yourself is drawn back in and re-integrated into your system. That wouldn't only prevent another entity from attaching to you but would also bring about an increase in your well-being. After a successful soul retrieval you'd most likely feel much happier and more ‘present’ and more centred and grounded than before.

Soul retrieval, then, is clearly a Good Thing. So, you need to have, or carry out on yourself, soul retrieval healings as part of your entity clearance process, right?

Well, actually no — unless, maybe, you've had one of the ‘best-to-avoid’ types of supposed entity removal healing that I've listed further above, and by some fluke the method actually had removed a real entity! The only reason for needing assistance in soul retrieval (which is actually a natural process) could be that the garbage would obstruct the process if you were not well grounded at the time of the entity removal (or even a major emotional clearance), so that if the soul retrieval is going to occur at all at that time it has to be forced.

In any case I have considerable doubts that such soul retrieval healings ever really achieve what they're claimed to do, and my general understanding is that if they do anything for you it would be something harmful (ungrounding plus further garbage connection / involvement).

If you use methods for self-actualization and entity clearance that are properly grounding, as I've pointed to above, the garbage can't interfere in that particular process, at least to any great extent, and so the process occurs spontaneously, speedily and smoothly.

The one bit of assistance for the process that you can usefully give is simply your having a clear intent that it would occur for you. This is facilitated by the relevant entry in the set of affirmations, which you can find in Affirmations & declarations of intent for healing & self-actualization. That's it!

About psychic attacks from people

A psychic attack is a deliberate attempt by one or more people to harm a person by non-physical means. The attacks ALL involve use of illusory realities. Although they may appear to come in all manner of forms, actually their mechanisms are fundamentally the same — though I'm not sure how many people who carry out psychic attacks are aware of that.

Psychic attacks may be in the well-known form of spells, curses or voodoo (and many other equivalent terms, but actually they can be carried out in many ways that superficially don't fit the popular image of such terms.

As already noted, part of any psychic attack's modus operandi is one or more illusory realities, and, generally, the other primary building block is thought forms. A programmed construction of thought forms may be sent to a person to cause particular types of problem for them; if that construct of thought forms is a major and complex one, such as one that gives the impression of being an ‘entity’, then it's known as an elemental, and these can wreak all sorts of havoc for the target person and often other people too.

Simpler thought form constructions tend to affect the target person in ways that open them up to a particular type of attack directly from the garbage — generally by setting up a troublesome and often concealed illusory reality within the person's mindspace, the garbage then using that plus some emotional button-pushing relating to the contents of that illusory reality in order to create and build up the feedback loop of emotional trauma energy that constitutes its attack.

A whole category of psychic attack works differently, however, in using special means to channel a concentrated flow or blast of non-physical ‘energies’ such as ‘Earth energies’ or ‘Galactic energies’ to the target person. These ‘energies’ don't exist in the ‘real world’, but do exist in particular illusory realities and indeed overt beliefs that those psychic attack practitioners are carrying.

If they use specific procedures (which I do NOT describe on this site!) to channel and focus a strong and sustained blast of such (actually illusory) ‘energy’ to a person who is himself carrying an illusory reality in which such ‘energies’ are real, then that target person can be seriously harmed and even caused to die, even within a few weeks, on account of his non-physical aspects having been damaged too much to continue supporting life in his physical body.

In the latter type of attack, actually two main illusory realities are required in both sender and recipient of the attack: one in which the particular actually illusory ‘energies’ are real, as already noted, and another in which people have a structured ‘energy system’ or ‘aura’ — which itself is actually mythical. Thus a person who is devoid of those illusory realities (which, however, are often hidden) is well-nigh invulnerable to any such attack, however strong.

The catch here is that only a tiny minority of people are devoid of those particular illusory realities, because they form a standard part of people's soul programming. However, people with a lot of soul programming (i.e., those who've soul-reincarnated many times) have those illusory realities so obscured by further ‘layers’ of programming that they can't be significantly affected by psychic attacks.

Also, all that soul programming causes them to be strongly grounded, simply because they have relatively little awareness beyond the physical aspect of ‘reality’. The people who really are devoid of those illusory realities would almost always be no-soul people — though it's still possible for them to take up such illusory realities at a superficial level and thus to become vulnerable to a certain degree.

Another factor generally required for a psychic attack to be significantly effective is weak grounding of the target person. In the case of the aforementioned channelled illusory ‘energies’ type of attack, however, that isn't a requirement, though it still helps (i.e., helps the attack, not the target person).

The effects of psychic attacks range from simply making a person emotionally troubled in some way, through attacks of anxiety / panic / terror / depression, through various types of misfortune coming to the person, to having alarming ‘paranormal’ manifestations occurring around them, being constantly tormented by what appears to be a malevolent attached ‘spirit’, and even to a rapid failure of mental and physical function culminating in death over as little as a few weeks (in exceptional cases).

Some people are quite convinced that they are or have been under psychic attack from ‘aliens’ — i.e., extra-terrestrials, but my own indications are that this is never what's really happening. Most often it would simply be the garbage giving one of its attack strategies including a menacing story about the attack coming from particular ‘aliens’, though in the odd case here and there such a garbage attack with such a ‘story’ attached to it could have been set up as a psychic attack from an actual person — and in some cases an elemental could be involved too.

I had the garbage on several occasions try that trick on me, of making out to be ‘aliens’ who were my real ‘masters’ and now were supposedly taking me over (i.e., in the midst of a really strong and hellish-feeling attack), but I never bought that story because it simply didn't ‘add up’ for me. I remember, one time it was supposedly Pleiadeans, and on another occasion the so-called Fourteenth Faction, supposedly from another universe.

To the vast majority of people in ‘developed’ civilizations, however, the whole notion of psychic attacks, spells, curses and so on is just a lot of superstitious mumbo-jumbo and quackery, and such phenomena are seen as ‘not real’.

However, that latter view is an unaware and irrational one, for it completely fails to explain in any useful way what is really going on for people who do experience psychic attack phenomena. To label the latter people as ‘mentally ill’ is just a particularly irrational and harmful way of avoiding looking properly at and understanding what's really going on so that genuinely effective measures could be taken to dissolve extant psychic attacks and prevent further ones upon oneself from being effective.

I have quite convincing evidence of my having been a target myself of a supposedly massive ‘Earth energies’ attack, which took place in a bizarre scenario that the garbage had set up for me — and you can read about that in One really weird hike — ‘Grand design’ or outlandish psychic attack?.

Rather than use actually useless ‘protection’ methods, the way to become safe from psychic attack is to get strengthening your whole system and opening up your own underlying intrinsic immunity — basically a comprehensive genuine self actualization process.

Please note that it's generally not necessary to know at any point whether or not you have a psychic attack from anyone. The measures given or pointed to in the above-linked page cover them. It doesn't make any difference whether particular untoward effects that you experience are coming directly from the garbage or via actual people; the methods are the same for clearing them.

Clearly that's a great simplification compared with other approaches that seek to address such issues, and takes the major part of any stress out of the process of getting clear of that garbage. Think of the matter of whether or not you have a psychic attack on you at any point as being just another bit of ‘story’ that you can perfectly well do without.

Management options — Management for MASTERY, not just Coping!

Please note that I emphasize ‘management’ and ‘mastery’ and not at all the popular expression ‘coping strategies’. In the ‘mental health’ services we often hear about ‘coping strategies’ for ‘hearing voices’ or other mental health issues, but that's not about true healing and is really just a policy of ‘managed defeat’.

When I talk of ‘management’ of the entities and garbage interferences / psychic attack phenomena I mean an active and positive healing and empowerment approach aimed to minimize their negative impact and eventually get rid of the pestilences altogether, and which also makes you immensely stronger, more aware and clear-minded, and more able to enjoy life without having to wait for your nuisances actually to have ceased (yet).

For example, mental healthcare workers involved with their ‘patient’ Tim Bawlscroper may consider that they've achieved real healing and something of a cure for him because they've got him more or less no longer seeing demons and angels, by means of a combination of what they've found to be the ‘best’ ongoing medication for him and getting him to go out to visit a friend most evenings to watch television, and to take up stamp collecting, instead of moping on his own at home.

But in real terms what they've done for him is in important respects worse than useless, because they've just sought to get him more comfortable within his continuing very serious predicament, so that any motivation of his for true self-actualization (and getting really clear of his serious garbage interference plus ‘entities’ issue) is still further occluded. That's what ‘coping strategies’ are largely about, and true healing and self-actualization are things that they're never about.

Management of the interferences and ‘entities’
(i.e., MASTERY of your situation!)

  • Non-interaction. Non-interaction with any ‘voices’ or apparent ‘entities’* is crucial. For the person to interact with them is to give the garbage power over him. Some people find that if the apparent entities are repeatedly told to go away they appear to do so, but, to my understanding, that's not at all what really happens when people get the impression that it's happened.

    * As already intimated, really these are just illusions created in one's mindspace under hijack-control by the garbage. Genuine entities — lost souls — don't communicate in any obvious way, except that the garbage could conceivably give an illusion of one or more of them communicating.

    However, generally the garbage seeks to conceal the presence of any genuine entities, so you can take it as a pretty good rule of thumb that If it's communicating with me, or if I can apparently see or otherwise ‘sense’ it, it's not a genuine entity (i.e., awarely conscious non-physical being).

    All that really happens in such cases is that the garbage has simply changed tactics to keep a low profile and make the person think that its ‘entity’ manifestations have gone, when in fact the garbage is still there (because it actually can't go away because it has no specific physical location to start with) and covertly still interfering to control the person.

    Indeed, keeping on telling the supposed entities to go away is stressful if in fact those manifestations don't go away or they keep returning, and this stress then provides the garbage with emotional energy ‘hooks’ that it can grab in order to launch attacks.

    Also, the mere fact of regarding any ‘entities’ as actual beings to whom any communication would be meaningful is potently maintaining the situation, for they are, by their very nature as illusory manifestations, produced by rogue thought forms (like computer malware but made up of thought energy), and would eventually cease to manifest as entities at all if consistently seen in that light and disregarded and not interacted with over a longish period. Total ignoring is therefore the strategy to adopt, to whatever extent one can manage to achieve this*.

    * It's important here to clarify that I do NOT mean going into denial. It's actually best to keep as aware as possible of the garbage interferences, but not actually dwelling upon them or getting emotionally involved or wound up about them, and if possible not to allow yourself to ‘see’ or interact with them.

    That way you can maintain and increase your awareness of any ways the garbage is trying to control or otherwise interfere with you, and then to disregard or sidestep those attempts. (I don't talk about resisting them, because ‘resistance’ implies a certain degree of engagement with the manifestations, which is why a light-hearted but grounded side-stepping and simply doing something different and more worthwhile is the real effective approach.)

  • Don't attempt to dowse nor channel nor listen for inner guidance (AT ALL!).* As long as you do, you're allowing the garbage to manipulate you, and you're actually keeping it in some degree in control of you. The point here is that, as explained in Channelling and clairvoyance problems — The safe alternative, it's the garbage that relays to us any potentially useful information from our deepest aspects, and it's also the garbage that presents itself (with such information from your deepest aspects) as supposedly higher beings such as guides, ascended masters, angels and archangels. ANY channelling or seeking inner ‘guidance’ (apart from carefully and vigilantly executed Helpfulness Testing) therefore puts you into or keeps you in the power of the garbage.

    * Actually, as one might say, There's guidance and guidance! The rare people who are getting really clear of their interferences and any soul programming would be getting a genuine and beneficial sort of ‘inner guidance’ — various indications arising from their own deepest aspects.

    These, however, have a very subtle character and generally have an informative rather than directive quality, and so even for people who can ‘hear’ them, they tend to get drowned out for much of the time by the garbage-sourced ‘louder’ distorted and more directive versions of what you supposedly need to know.

    For the vast majority of affected people, the only inner guidance that's reasonably safe to heed at all is their own deepest intuition and good sense, which can be supported by means of Helpfulness Testing. I learnt the hard way that trying to get channelled information or ‘guidance’ from any seemingly external source just helps perpetuate the situation with the garbage and ‘entities’.

    If, like me, you've already been dowsing and channelling, there's no cause for despair; indeed you can take encouragement from the fact that I came out of my own very major garbage shenanigans despite the major problems I'd opened up for myself by all my channelling. What's necessary is simply to put a determined stop upon all opening up to receive non-physical communications.

    If you slip up and let something through, just distance yourself from it and resume your embargo. I found that, to make the transition to not channelling at all, for a little while a mental ‘image’ of a sort of ‘energy cotton wool’ filling all my inner communication channels (whether from supposedly high or low sources) considerably helped. However, if you're using self-actualization methods as effective as the methodology given in Healing and self-actualization — The safest and quickest way, your awareness would rapidly be getting more grounded and it would soon come naturally to ignore all apparently external entities or ‘sources’.

    However, as already noted (yes, I'm unashamedly repeating myself here!), there's a way that you can still, with great care and vigilance, get certain types of ‘hidden’ but important information from your deepest aspects, which can take you forward powerfully in your self-actualization process, and that's Helpfulness Testing — though there are associated pitfalls and you therefore need to use it with care, rigour and vigilance.

  • If you feel you must ‘say’ anything at all to what appear to be ‘entities’ (there's actually no true need to do so), ‘speak’ as far as possible only in the third person, i.e., so that you're communicating not to ‘them’ but to yourself about them. That's because to ‘speak’ directly to the ‘entities’ gives the garbage more power over you than if you communicate only to yourself and simply observe the responses of the illusory ‘entities’.

    However, as I must have made abundantly clear by now, the real need is to cease even regarding any supposed entities as actual beings at all, with which one could meaningfully interact. As already noted, what are generally regarded as ‘astral entities’ are almost certainly not true consciously aware beings at all and indeed are most likely not even discrete entities — even though they strenuously try to convince everyone that they are real beings.

    Would you bother to have a personal dialogue with some virus or other malware program on your computer that pretends that it's a real person and is flashing up messages to try to get you engaging with it (maybe to steal your bank account and credit card details)? Surely, best to see it as it really is and not to interact with it at all as though it were some sort of awarely conscious being, for then you'd be in a much better position to clear it out.

    An important point here too is that the more you keep any communications directed to yourself rather than anything apparently external, the more you're beginning to build up a direct communication pathway with your own deepest aspects, which in time would be weakening the interferences and making it increasingly possible to get direct communications from within (whether or not they be verbal ones).

    However, there's no point in actually asking questions of your deepest aspects at this stage of the proceedings, for the garbage would at once intrude and present its own versions of any such answers to you, and you'd still be in the realm of channelling, and thus still in considerable trouble.

  • ‘Guidance’ and instructions are to be disregarded without question at all times! If the ‘entities’ or indeed any non-physical source give instructions or recommendations, or instructions just arise in one's mind, then it's important for the affected person to understand that such instructions — even quite benign-seeming ones that appear to be good guidance — are for ignoring or disobeying despite any threats or coercive attacks that may be made.

    The garbage thrives on every hint of power that it has over a person, even when seemingly only symbolic, and every non-compliance with its ‘wishes’ or instructions adds to its disempowerment. Such non-compliance needs to be done with a positive, light-hearted, good humoured or even joyful outlook, for the garbage is generally empowered and you're disempowered by your being attached to seriousness and indeed grimness.

    Another thing that empowers the garbage and disempowers you is any defensiveness of yours, for that's living in fear, and that's just one of the many highly adverse things that the garbage seeks to have you doing. Learn to disregard such interferences with a twinkle in the eye, a smile or indeed a laugh.

  • Train yourself to regard any ‘entities’ as just illusions created by bits of rogue thought form programming and not real conscious beings at all. We have no means of absolutely, categorically, knowing what's the true nature of ‘astral entities’ or similar manifestation, and it's important that we don't hold an actual belief that they're one thing or another, but I myself have consistently found it extremely beneficial to live with a working assumption (rather than a ‘this is Truth’ type of belief) that ‘astral entities’ of any kind (and indeed all apparently awarely conscious non-physical beings or presences) are nothing more than illusions created by rogue programming, as noted further above.

    My own experience in using this approach was that rapidly the ‘entity’ manifestations became easier to ignore and not to engage with, and indeed their intrusions became noticeably weaker and less consequential, and I felt altogether less threatened and constrained by them and their activities. I think the point here is that the whole programming of the garbage relies for its effectiveness upon its being seen as anything other than what it really is (or, more specifically, being seen as actually the illusory manifestations that it presents to us), so when its cover is properly ‘blown’, it simply can't function properly, and theoretically could actually start dissolving.

    Although on the face of it this applies only to ‘astral entities’ (i.e., garbage interferences) and not the various extremely troublesome types of ‘spirit attachment’ (including partial walk-ins), a helpful working assumption to keep in mind in the latter cases is that the ‘lost’ human consciousness involved is in itself benign but is being driven to its negative and harmful behaviour by — yes, you've guessed! — the garbage again.

    In other words, it's empowering for the affected person to cultivate a perception that the harmful influences / manifestations affecting them are NOT coming from any actual malevolent awarely conscious beings (which I suspect actually don't exist), but are from completely unaware rogue programming that you can progressively dissolve or at least disempower.

  • Similarly, consistently regard any ‘voices’ NOT as ‘voices’ but just as ‘flatus’ (i.e., fart gas) — or other light-heartedly uncomplimentary term — from the aforementioned rogue programming. As long as you continue to think of them as ‘voices’, you're still tacitly accepting that you have actual conscious entities or beings of some sort trying to speak to you, and so you give those illusions some degree of power over you — at least to intrude upon you.

    By using all means at your disposal to stop regarding them as real voices at all but as just ‘flatus’ from rogue programming like a computer virus, to be totally sidelined and ignored regardless of what they seem to be saying, you'd be very considerably reducing the voices’ ability to grab your attention. That would in turn progressively weaken the whole mechanism of such intrusive garbage interferences, so that over time there would be less and less intrusions in the first place for you to have to ignore.

  • If you have what you or others think is a spirit attachment, which is communicating with you and interfering with you in brazen and apparently deliberate ways, that's almost certainly NOT a true spirit attachment, nor a real awarely conscious entity at all, but an elemental that's being manipulated by the garbage via seriously ungrounded aspects of your non-physical aspects. That, therefore, needs to be regarded and treated in much the same way as ‘ordinary’ ‘astral entities’ — that is, regarded as just rogue programming.

    Although it's not illusory in the way that ‘astral entities’ are, it's still necessary that you actually regard it as illusory all the same, provided that you don't use that to go into denial of the problem. The point is, the less you regard it or interact with it in any way that implies that it's a conscious being, the more you're weakening it and of course strengthening yourself against that sort of manifestation.

    The same principle applies too for a combo entity, though in that case the difficulties would be greater because a limited degree of actual conscious awareness (a soul fragment) is helping to fuel the manifestation's nastiness.

  • Use the Grounding Point procedure to dissolve particular thought forms, including elementals. This follows from the last two items. I've established that the garbage cultivates thought forms in many people's minds to create particular illusory realities there, which cause the people to automatically interpret the garbage interferences as being from real conscious beings, because doing so gives those thought forms a lot of power then to behave as though they are actual beings, and it makes them seem much more intrusive and intimidating.

    If you dissolve those thought forms and illusory realities, it would be much easier to perceive the garbage interferences as being none other than just transient illusions created by bits of rogue programming in the astral non-reality of illusion and delusion — so greatly disempowering the supposed entities.

    I give here two particular items that are really top priority to ‘zap’ by means of the Grounding Point procedure:

    • All apparent or illusory realities in which I have ‘masters’ or entities of any type who have ultimate control or command over me, and in which I can't escape that control / interference no matter what I do — and all ‘container’ illusory realities in which any of that is ‘true’, ‘real’ or ‘reality’.

    • All apparent or illusory realities in which there's any sort of ‘higher’ or ‘ultimate’ presence or power that's in any way external to me - and all ‘container’ illusory realities in which that is ‘true’, ‘real’ or ‘reality’.

      N.B. As with all Grounding Point ‘zappings’, you can use such wordings initially to clarify your intent, but for best results you need then to let go of the specific words and carry out the procedure with a sort of ‘visualization by intent’ rather than very much using the words.

  • The practices that I've come to describe as Regular Core Practices. They're very helpful in facilitating a progressive strengthening of your non-physical aspects and thus progressively increasing your immunity to all types of non-physical interferences and indeed environmental stresses.

  • Reduce environmental stress (ES) as far as you reasonably can, especially in your living space and workplace (if different). You may not be able to do a lot directly about your workplace if you're working for an employer, but at least you can do something about many of the ESs in your living space.

    Yes, the Environmental Stress Zapper procedure would enable you to become progressively more immune to most ESs, BUT it's still important to remove or minimize actual stress sources or influences wherever reasonably possible (without getting paranoid about it!), because it's actually somewhat weakening to your system to just rely on to your intrinsic relative immunity to inharmonious factors in your life experience to protect you from their inharmoniousness.

    In any case, despite any claims you may see anywhere to the contrary, NO device at all can enable you to gain a full 100% elimination of any particular physically sourced ES.

    Standard Feng Shui is far too blunt an instrument to be a really effective guide for reducing your own ESs, for each person has his/her personal sensitivities, and the rules of standard Feng Shui don't cater for individual variation, and indeed contain quite a lot of garbage-sourced ‘old wifery’. So, what you need, then, is a sort of ‘Feng Shui’, based NOT on rules laid down by anyone, but instead is based on your own direct sensing of what's adversely affecting you in your environment and what can be done to eliminate or at least reduce those effects — what you could call a genuine ‘personal Feng Shui’.

    In saying the latter, I'm making a point, but it's best to keep the very concept of Feng Shui out of the equation, because that implies the use of a set of rules, whereas what we need is to establish what one's own individual sensitivities and needs are.

    The answer here is Helpfulness Testing, which, when used carefully and vigilantly (to avoid or at least work round the likely garbage interference), can enable you to establish what's positively or adversely affecting you, and what you need to change.

    However, even without Helpfulness Testing there are a few measures that you can take, which would greatly help to reduce environmental stress in your living space, such as:

    • De-clutter your abode as far as possible. If you have lots of objects on window sills, shelves, cabinet or table tops — even if they're seemingly tasteful ornaments, clear them out as much as possible (though Helpfulness Testing might indicate the odd ornament that, if placed in a particular position, might actually help neutralize a particular ES).

    • In particular, if you have any crystals around, clear those out.

    • Be aware that angular rather than rounded edges and corners on anything are inclined to trigger a type of ES, so anything you can reasonably do to minimize the number of these in your living space would help. Things like shelves and table tops are much better if they have rounded-off edges and distinctly rounded corners.

      It's thus really worthwhile, if you can possibly manage it financially, to replace as much as possible of your standard ‘angulated’ furniture — especially that made of laminated chipboard rather than solid wood — with solid wood versions with rounded corners and edges.

      The best for this purpose would be from local bespoke furniture makers, and would be expensive, but the positive effect on your interaction with your living space would be very much worth the initial cost. It appears indeed that at least some such really harmonious furnishings can have a significant neutralizing effect on other ES influences in your living space.

      At least, that was my own experience as I progressively switched over from cheap mass-produced laminated chipboard furnishings to solid pine furnishings with rounded corners and edges, made to my specifications by a very empathetic local furniture maker.

    • If your toilet has a lid, remember to generally keep the lid closed (except when actively in use of course!), for an ‘open’ toilet bowl generally has a small but distinct stressful / weakening effect for a fair number of people, particularly if the lavatory / bathroom door is left open.

    • In some abodes — particularly small ones (like my own flat!), it can help to keep doors between rooms (yes, even the bathroom / lavatory) generally open except when needed to be closed for some specific reason. That can help the place to feel lighter and more ‘open’ (and indeed larger), and that would be much more harmonious for your whole system.

      To spend most of your time closed up in a small room is decidedly weakening (i.e., it's a sort of ES) and tends to encourage a closed-in, rigid sort of outlook, which would be playing into the ‘hands of the garbage. Make your abode feel as expansive as possible and that wouldn't only be less stressful but would help cultivate a more expansive outlook, which in turn would support your self-actualization process and your progress towards maximum freedom and flexibility.

    • For most living spaces, don't have any exposed mirrors, apart from any (minimum sized ones) that are essential (such as a shaving mirror in the bathroom). It's not that plain mirrors are intrinsically harmful, but they do reflect and thus significantly amplify environmental stress (ES) effects within your living space.

      By the same token, if you've been really thoroughgoing about removing all stressful objects and, where appropriate, replacing them with ones that don't give significant ES or even have a net ES absorbing effect, then a well thought-out placement of mirrors in your abode could actually be a strengthening and healthy measure to take, particularly in a small abode, where the small size of the abode is itself one of your ES factors; an appropriate placement of mirrors, particularly fairly high up on walls, doors or furnishings, can go a significant way to minimizing your ES from living in too small a space.

      However, it would be very important not to go adding mirrors to your abode without careful use of Helpfulness Testing, because otherwise you might be just adding to your problems.

    • Keep some small(ish) house plants in your abode, and look after them well, for they're natural neutralizers of many kinds of ES and have a general supportive effect on one's life force. For this purpose you need plants with relatively rounded and non-pointed leaves, because, as already noted, points and sharp edges actually cause a type of ES. Certain succulents are ideal for this purpose, while, for example, cacti are completely out because of their spines, which themselves would be having an ES effect.

      Probably many places in your abode where it would be best to have such plants would be too dark for them really to thrive, so it may turn out to be best simply to have a few on your window sills. They'd still have quite a strong general ES neutralization effect there, and you could also place photos of green foliage in other positions in lieu of actual plants, where it would be too dark for the latter to thrive. Incidentally, both the recommended examples illustrated below can easily be propagated from broken off leaves.

      Jade Plant (aka Money Plant)
      The Jade Plant (Crassula ovata) — a great old favourite. Readily gets top-heavy and may need very occasional pruning (like this one) to prevent it from eventually toppling out when you open the window!

      Silver Bracts
      Silver Bracts, aka Large-bracted pachyphytum (Pachyphytum bracteosum) — a particularly nice and harmonious succulent with a ‘smoother’ energy effect than the Jade Plants. Particularly good for bedrooms, if it's given enough light and doesn't get too cold.
  • Improved lighting in your living space. Dim, and especially tungsten lighting — and indeed candles, which latter are often used because of their supposed ‘spiritual’ associations, encourage weakness of grounding of one's awareness and also negative and depressive feelings and outlooks, and thus are favoured by the garbage. Indeed, often the garbage ‘guides’ the affected people into installing dim lighting in their abodes. Such poor lighting also often causes or at least aggravates seasonal affective disorder (SAD), which again plays into the ‘hands’ of the garbage.

    Daylight coloured lighting is best, and the closer the light's spectrum is to that of real daylight, the better. Although ordinary ‘daylight’ fluorescent strip lights could be a step forward, their spectra are actually not very healthy (and some studies have shown a significantly increased incidence of malignant melanoma among people regularly spending much of their time in that type of lighting, probably because of the related electromagnetic ‘radiation’), and they can be too reminiscent of offices and other workplaces (and in any case they're too energy-inefficient to be a sensible choice nowadays).

    Some very much better daylight-colour compact fluorescent energy-saving lamps have been available for many years now, and I was using one particular make for quite some time. However, things have moved on, and now is no longer the time to buy any sort of fluorescent lamps or bulbs, because we have something still better.

    One thing that makes fully daylight (6500K colour temperature) lighting most grounding and harmonious (least stressful) is that it enables you to see all colours at their most saturated and differentiated from each other — in other words, most clearly. That's a plus point for three reasons:

    • That gives the best possible degree of visual grounding;
    • The more colour bias in the lighting, the more the visual aspects of your brain functioning have to work just to convert what you see into the proper colours as though seen in white light. That means not just more work, but a certain small level of stress, which is more, the greater the colour bias of the light.
    • Although your visual system can do a pretty good job of converting colour-biased scenes to give an impression of being in near-white light, it's never able to fully restore the scene's colour saturation, and that deficiency is more, the greater the lighting colour bias.

    Unfortunately, most people are conditioned (thanks to the garbage, of course) to prefer warm-coloured light, and not to be able to see things around them maximally clearly. Witness people's all-too-common preference to eat in low-level ‘warm’ (‘cosy’) light conditions when eating out (and, I assume, at home too). Apparently they'd rather not see the grime still on their cutlery or a mouldy patch or maggot / cockroach in their food, rather than notice the offending issue and take the sensible actions to resolve it!

  • Even more energy-efficient LED bulbs are now very well established on the market, and the range of makes / models has become quite bewildering, while at last their reliability has become excellent (barring perhaps the rare duff one or indeed flaky batch) and efficiency still greater, while the price for standard lightbulb-shaped ones is now very low, especially in multi-packs. Also, the standard lightbulb-shaped ones nowadays give excellent coverage, with no ‘hotspot’ below them, nor rather dark area on the ceiling above them as one used to get with the earlier versions of these.

    There's little point in having a bright light and then hiding most of that light with a shade, so, if one really ‘must’ have a shade at all, I recommend a type of ‘shade’ that spreads the light around in a way that reduces dazzle when the light is looked at but still allows nearly all the light out into the room, and without colouring it.

    As is the case for all lampshades, it's advisable to use Helpfulness Testing to ascertain that any lampshade isn't causing significant environmental stress itself (most do), or at least periodically to use the Environmental Stress Zapper procedure to help open up your intrinsic immunity (unlikely to be total) to any stress from the shade(s).

    It's also worth noting that many lampshades that are okay for incandescent bulbs are physically unsuitable for such low-energy electronic bulbs, which latter tend to be readily damaged by even very modest overheating produced by restriction of their ventilation. That's another reason for it being best not to use a shade at all.

    If you feel that you must have dim or/and yellowish lighting, it would be helpful to put all your thoughts and beliefs about that to inquiry using The Work, or/and dissolve the relevant troublesome thought forms / belief / illusory reality by means of the Grounding Point procedure, for you've objectively no need for dim lighting except possibly briefly for some specific purpose, and, as I say, dim lighting aggravates any problem with ‘entities’ and garbage interferences.

    Please note that:

    • From September 2016 I myself ‘finally’ gave weight to the now widely recognised conflicting need to have a warmer-coloured lighting, at least during the couple of hours or so before going to bed, and to have the screen colour balance on your computer / mobile device / TV adjusted to a somewhat ‘warmer’ (i.e., less blue) rendering at least for the evening / night period.
    • As from January 2020 I changed tack again, recognising that the supposed advisability of using warmer-coloured light for evening / night is based on misunderstanding and faulty reasoning.

    I've thus changed back to daylight colour — and not just any old daylight colour, but specifically 6500K colour temperature, but also using somewhat less powerful bulbs, for the whiter light is subjectively brighter for a given lumens value. I'm finding even in my modest-sized living / dining room a 5W 6500K bulb is sufficient for most purposes, though supplemented with a low-power LED reading lamp when required.

    Indeed, for my bedside lamp I'd choose a 7000 or even 7500K one if only I could find one of the right low intensity (a 4W high efficiency LED one). Other than that, I've replaced the various powers and colours of the LED bulbs in my various rooms with the same 5W 6500K bulbs that I'm using in the living room, and altogether saving a small but welcome amount in electricity cost through doing so.

    The point here is that at least in most cases it appears to be NOT warmer colours that help one to get into sleeping mode, but lower light intensity. Evening and dawn light, as long as you're not in direct sunlight, is generally bluer with lower intensity, so, that lower-level but bluer light would be what we're really evolved to take as a ‘time to sleep’ signal, and what we need for evening / night use!

    From a March 2022 perspective, I can say confidently that the above ‘final’ arrangement does appear to be final, for I've felt much more at ease than with any previous lighting regime, and have no longer had any sense of wanting to look around for anything better.

  • Minimal use of curtains at one's windows. To assist the grounding of your awareness, as far as is sensibly workable, don't use curtains — even net curtains — at your windows, so that you have maximum view outside, beyond your immediate dwelling. Ensure that you frequently look or at least glance out of the windows and notice details in what you can see. On the other hand, seek to avoid vacantly gazing out there (or indeed anywhere!), for that would be ungrounding. Use curtains only when considered really necessary so you don't get, for example, complaints from Lady Victoria Birtley-Scroat across the road because she saw you NAKED (perish the thought!).

    I appreciate, though, that if, for example, you live in a ground floor apartment in a city area there may be a practical security issue to weigh against any advantage of minimal curtain use; clearly practical common sense needs to be applied to your actual situation.

    Also, without getting obsessive about it, ensure that you keep your windows reasonably clean, so that your view through them is as clear as reasonably possible.

  • Use of an appropriate and truly empowering set of affirmations for self-actualization and clearance of ‘entities’ and garbage interferences. This increases your mental focus in various greatly empowering ways, so weakening the hold and interferences of ‘entities’ and the garbage upon you, and makes all your self-healing, self-actualization and entity clearance methods more focused, purposeful and effective.

    The best such sets of affirmations that I found originally had serious garbage-sourced distortions that would make them in some ways quite harmful despite their helpful aspects, so I produced by far the most comprehensive set of self-actualization affirmations that I've yet seen, and have worked carefully to eliminate every trace of garbage influence that I could find (and will no doubt still fine-tune various parts in that respect). These affirmations are contained in Affirmations & declarations of intent for healing & self-actualization.

  • When you're out and about, especially when walking out in the open, keep your gaze for the most part gravitating towards the horizontal*. It's important not to misinterpret this and to hold your gaze or indeed your head in any fixed position, but the point is, to avoid tending to have your gaze either generally being downwards at the ground or (as occurs less widely) rather upwards. So, what we're after here is to regard a near-horizontal gaze as being one's ‘home position’ with regard to direction of gaze, and NOT a continuously held position.

    * I want to be clear that I don't mean necessarily exactly horizontal, because for many people — myself included — the optimal ‘home position’ appears to be slightly lower than horizontal — but only a little so, so that in broad terms your gaze tends to vary around horizontal rather than mostly really looking down at the ground or up into the sky. Use Helpfulness Testing to establish what your own gaze's most healthy ‘home position’ would be.

    So, you can still look at the clouds in the sky and admire their beauty, and also admire the beauty of the wild flowers at your feet — not to mention successfully avoiding the odd lumps of dog poo! — and it's healthiest to have that sort of flexibility and variety in one's everyday experience.

    A marked downward tendency in one's gaze tends to close down one's awareness and to be generally weakening, and is also associated with a limited outlook and a tendency to live on autopilot rather than to apply clear thinking and awareness to one's everyday experience; it's thus encouraged by the garbage to give it more control over people.

    An upward tendency in one's gaze makes for weakening one's grounding and more openness to ‘spacey’ and astral perceptions (and thus to garbage interference / control), and the related distortion in the head-neck relationship, with the head typically being pulled back in relation to the neck, whose big muscles at the back then become over-shortened, distorts major elements in the person's non-physical aspects and indeed their whole body's functioning, and, over time, can easily lead on to painful neck problems.

    The Alexander Technique is the smart way to gain healthy head / neck alignment and gain that near-horizontal ‘home position’ of one's gaze in a maximally natural and flexible way. Without the Alexander Technique, attempts to raise or lower your regular ‘gaze home position’ would most likely result in your causing yourself further problems through additional misuse of your neck.

    A multitude of other benefits also come from use of the Alexander Technique, including considerably improving your grounding, and really it's a virtually essential component of a really effective self-actualization process or methodology.

Management of the attacks
(i.e., gaining MASTERY over them!)

  • Keep hold of your sense of present time reality! The attacks that some people experience consist of the garbage causing old stored feelings of fear, anxiety, panic, depression etc (even inappropriate and sometimes bizarre sexual arousals or feelings of ecstasy, even including supposedly spiritual ecstasy) to surface strongly.

    They can sometimes be made to have an alarming or indeed hellish intensity, and the feelings may be made to seem still more horrific by the garbage adding in nasty feelings to make the experience bring to mind ‘dark’ experiences such as being killed by a curse or taking part in horrific black magic rituals. This nasty little trick was used on me to make it seem that I was being killed by a curse, and, a few years later, to try to drag me into Satanistic (and worse) sexual activities.

    These attacks can be accompanied by alarming or even horrifying threats or descriptions of what's supposedly happening to you. For example, during one long-sustained attack I was told that a lethal curse had been put on me and my internal organs were in the process of liquefaction, and once I'd died ("excruciatingly") I'd fall successively into each of the hells described in the Buddhist teachings.

    On another occasion the inner voice was claiming that it was Anlil (sic), King of the Underworld, and he was in the process of killing me and when I died he'd take me captive in the astral dimension so that I'd not be able to move on to where I needed to go.

    Another time I was told that the particular attack would continue in a slow crescendo over the days and nights until I committed suicide. On yet another occasion allegedly I had bloodthirsty demons let loose upon me and these were supposedly eating my body from the inside so that I'd die excruciatingly and fall into the (alleged) Dark Realm and become a ‘dark being’ myself.

    My point here is that it's crucial to keep hold of the understanding that despite the sometimes horrific threats and horrific feelings to match, the threats are empty words and the feelings are only old trauma feelings that are being manipulated by the garbage and need clearing, and they don't represent any true threat in the present time.

    If the ‘entities’ say they're going to kill you, that's just more hot air and you can happily laugh at such flatus and get on with your life. If they say they'll do something terrible to somebody else unless you, say, kill yourself or burn the house down, you can laugh at such an inane bit of old codswallop and go ahead and have a nice day, knowing that it was a completely empty threat from a bit of rogue programming.

    It's worth pointing out here that my descriptions of ‘attack’ experiences are based on my own experience, which was extremely atypical because I was already enlightened. I was experiencing the feelings of particular emotional traumas but without getting very much into their emotional states.

    Thus I could feel the nightmarish feelings of intense anxiety, fear or terror without actually being to any great extent anxious, frightened or terrified — indeed my underlying emotional state remained pretty well just that of ‘proactively peaceful observer’ of the feelings throughout the attacks.

    Because of this, as I understand it, the garbage was able to attack me much more intensely than the vast majority of affected people would experience — but on the other hand the usually lesser attacks that most people would experience would actually be much more upsetting and disruptive in relation to the level of the attack.

    However, attacks from certain ‘spirit attachments’* (something that I myself haven't experienced) are a different matter, and for quite a number of people these can be more severe than what one would get from the garbage directly, and in unusual cases, when used repeatedly to weaken and wear a person down, can be fatal (but, generally speaking, ONLY where the person already believes that (s)he is being killed).

    * Actually, as already noted, my understanding now is that true spirit attachments don't themselves attack, and what affected people experience is a powerful type of elemental that's programmed to pose as a supposed spirit attachment.

    The elemental doesn't attack in the way that the garbage does itself, but it can attack in other ways, such as having a whole range of physical effects, including shaking the person about (I'm not referring to ordinary trembling here) and indeed even more or less throwing the person about, causing the person to fall over or collide with objects and so quite often injure himself.

    Such elementals also can do harmful things inside a person's body, and I suspect this is what's happening when particular people think they're being killed by a spirit attachment.

    However, such an elemental wouldn't be working in isolation, and attacks and very troublesome pseudo-thoughts and illusory realities intruded by the garbage would still be a major part of the picture; it's just that the elemental would fill in some gaps in the awfulness of what the garbage can normally do to a person.

    Where has such an elemental come from? — It can be (usually unawarely) created by and passed on from another person, or if the affected person gets sufficiently ungrounded, the garbage is able to hijack a particular part of that person's non-physical aspects in a way that enables the garbage to cause him to unawarely create the elemental himself.

    Only people being severely controlled by the garbage can create such elementals; the garbage can't do it directly, and indeed it can't cause this to happen for most of the people to whom it's giving a hard time.

    People who are seriously into ‘dark’ practices deliberately create such elementals, and indeed other elementals that most people would regard as still worse.

    That's why graveyards are places worth not lingering in — because it's common for people who are into dark practices to carry out various practices in graveyards at night, indeed creating various highly problematical elementals there. All it takes then is for a sufficiently weakly grounded person to come along (at any time of day) and linger in such a graveyard for some perfectly innocent reason, such as to have a discreet pee, and that person could easily get landed with an extremely harmful ‘spirit attachment’, which is really one of the elementals that had been left there in the graveyard.

    My first knowing encounter with this sort of ‘spirit attachment’ phenomenon was actually through being introduced to a mentally retarded and physically distorted woman near Beaworthy, Devon, England in 1998, who had tormenting ‘voices’ that appeared to her to be of three people who were then still living in India.

    The story was that she had a spirit attachment that had caused all this, and she'd picked it up as a very young child, when she'd been playing in a graveyard and, allegedly, had at one point urinated on one of the graves — at which point, allegedly, the ‘spirit’ had entered her by travelling up her urine stream.

    I think the bit about anything entering her system via her urine stream would have been superstitious rubbish (elementals, being non-physical, don't need a physical means of entry into one's ‘energy system’), and I'd say that urinating on a grave wouldn't necessarily have had anything to do with the problem — though that would have depended on the specific programming of the elemental concerned and any relevant beliefs carried by the person.

    The primary thing would have been simply her lingering in the graveyard, where, presumably, some ‘dark’ practitioners had been leaving elementals behind, probably with the specific intent to cause problems for innocent visitors there.

    This is thus a more serious situation, but the catch is that if a person ‘knows’ that ‘spirit attachments’ can attack more severely and harmfully, the garbage will readily seek to persuade the person that it's such a spirit attachment, so making its attacks more severe in effect just because of the person's particular belief being exploited by the garbage, and possibly even such an elemental (the general true nature of such supposed ‘spirit attachments’) getting created in such a situation if the person is sufficiently weakly grounded.

    The point about elementals often being made to appear to be actual conscious entities or ‘spirits’ underlines the advisability of NOT getting into ‘story’ about what sort of entity or other manifestations are affecting you, and the great benefits of simply concentrating on the means to clear ALL ‘entity’ and garbage interferences (including elementals), as are given on this site.

  • Understand that any transient stabbing pains, whether of migraine-like headache or elsewhere on the body, are almost certainly caused by the garbage, in some cases possibly through the intermediary of an elemental, and they're absolutely nothing to worry about as they don't reflect any underlying physical problem.

  • Similarly recognise troublesome spasms or clenching of the anus or bladder sphincter, and many kinds of gut spasm, as probably caused by the garbage (again, possibly via an elemental) and nothing to worry about. The garbage often causes a collection of troublesome gut spasms that get diagnosed by doctors as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)*.

    * I should stress, however, that not all cases of alleged IBS necessarily have this cause. Indeed, another major factor is commonly various types of environmental stress. You can do something about the latter — see Healing and self-actualization — The safest and quickest way.

    Chronic anal clenching (‘stenosis’ in medical jargon) caused by the garbage can make even very mild haemorrhoids very painful* and enlarged and can also greatly aggravate and sometimes actually cause anal fissures, making the latter agonizingly painful and extremely difficult to heal.

    * Actually, that was how it appeared to me, but more recently I found that the horrible pain I'd been getting, which I'd assumed was the haemorrhoids being made painful by the clenching, was really a phantom pain, derived from what was basically just a relatively mild discomfort but tremendously magnified and distorted to give it a really grating ‘raw edge’ to make it all feel like a raw open wound freshly rubbed with sandpaper, and then projected (‘referred’) to particular parts of the anus, simultaneously with quietly intruding into my mindspace some pseudo-thoughts intimating as to which particular parts were actually being so painful.

    Similarly sourced clenching of the pee sphincter causes difficulty of peeing and is easily mistaken for prostate trouble or ‘shy bladder’ syndrome — the latter especially as the garbage may deliberately produce that effect by attacking with the particular anxiety feelings and anxious pseudo-thoughts about trying to pee while people are or might be around.
  • Recognise sensations of (invisible) hands on yourself as being an illusory manifestation from the garbage (possibly via an elemental) seeking to unsettle you. It's not actually doing anything to you through having real hands upon you. I had this sort of experience as an ongoing thing, with sensations of hands round the top of my head and especially a hand on my right temple. One time during a particularly severe ordeal from the garbage I was given the impression of hands holding both sides of my head and I was told that my head was about to be wrenched off. It was all hot air to try to frighten me, and nothing happened.

    There has to be some degree of qualification here, however, because the garbage may indeed be weakening or distorting your non-physical aspects where you feel the hand(s), and so some sensible vigilance for abnormal developments on the body there is required. In my case this phenomenon led to a blatantly, obviously abnormal, almost chalky white raised skin lesion on my right temple, which, bizarrely, three successive doctors independently refused to recognise as any sort of a lesion.

    In the end, when it was starting more purposefully to enlarge and was, according to my inner inquiry, actually just in the process of becoming malignant, I managed to bypass the useless doctors and present it to the practice nurse who was giving me cryosurgery for some normal solar keratoses. She was quite clear that what I'd identified as possibly an incipient cancer was for ‘zapping’ there and then, and did the honours, so destroying it.

    I can only speculate that the doctors had actually been unawarely guided by the garbage into failing to recognise the growth as being anything significant, for the specific purpose of potentially causing a cancer or other problem for me (i.e., the ‘intent’ not being of the doctors but of the garbage).

  • Recognise inappropriate and particularly any obviously unhealthy sexual urges or desires* as most likely being controlling attacks from the garbage. I'm not referring here to plain sexual orientation (homo or hetero), but I do include paedophilia and strong clothing fetishes and desire for anal penetration, fellatio or other lurid or obviously unhealthy ‘variations’ as occur in Satanistic sexual practices, or lusting after obviously inappropriate or unhealthy categories of people (e.g., alcoholics or other drug addicts). It's important to resist such urges**, not for any moralistic reason but because such fixations directly bar you from true happiness in your life and they give the garbage more power over you and so bring you further unhappiness and indeed potentially great torment that way.

    * One relatively common instance that hardly anyone dares admit to having is some degree of sexual arousal at thoughts or images of torture or other traumatically dehumanizing behaviour towards another person. The garbage would almost certainly be directly involved, but in probably all cases it would be exploiting connections to one or more particular primary archetype connections that the person is carrying.

    In any case, if you have such an issue, you're far from alone with it, and there's nothing wrong with you — and you can take it from me that the tendency for such inappropriate arousals would reduce or indeed altogether dissolve as you progress in your use of self-actualization methods such as I give in Healing and self-actualization — The safest and quickest way. A particular need would be to systematically work on clearing your primary archetype connections.

    ** However, that does NOT mean that you have to stress yourself out by total resistance to the urges, for that itself would be harmful. The workable pragmatic way of handling this is to avoid actually physically doing what the urges are pointing you towards, but, when it would be too disruptive to your life (and especially your sleep) otherwise, discreetly to carry out solo sexual acts in which, at most, you only visualize the particular ‘variation’ or person.

    Such visualizations can then be very helpfully ‘steered’ towards letting go of the particular ‘variation’ while focusing in a more healthy (or at least less unhealthy) way upon a particular person with whom you feel an appropriate connection.

    N.B. Total abstinence is the flip side of sexual compulsions, and generally the urge for it comes, again, from the garbage. An aware clear-minded flexible and responsible pragmatism is the way through — always being mindful of likely consequences of each prospective choice that you come up with.

    If you use Grounding Point or the inquiry method of The Work on such issues it's greatly helpful in such work that you do NOT regard some of your sexual urges as okay and therefore not requiring being put to ‘process’.

    It's very necessary to work in the same way on the thoughts and beliefs underlying ALL your urges or desires, however ‘right’ or normal they may seem to be. That wouldn't in any way harm or take away your true, healthy sexual feelings, and indeed would actually help uncover your true healthy (and happy) state.

  • Recognise exaggerated nasty feelings or emotional responses over small matters as being attacks and not your natural emotional response to the situations.

    For example, if you're a little nervous about some irregularity of bowel function (which the garbage may indeed have caused) or have a suspect spot on your skin and are wanting to check it out with a doctor (a perfectly reasonable thing to do), if you're experiencing strong anxiety / fear / panic feelings about the matter, that's almost certainly the garbage attacking.

    If you recognise that as an attack you can actually start also recognising that your true natural response to the situation is nothing more than a mild concern. That doesn't make the nasty feelings any more pleasant but it does help you to start detaching yourself from the feelings and getting out of the emotional state of fear / anxiety / panic — an important part of your healing and self-actualization process.

    Self recriminatory or strong anger feelings are also bound to be attacks from the garbage rather than your own true emotional response to the particular people or situations.

  • Know that the attack will pass! Like a great thunderstorm, an attack may seem to fill the whole of existence and look as though it will go on for ever, and the garbage will feed in pseudo-thoughts and feelings to make the attack seem just like that, and even that the attack will consume and destroy you. But, like the thunderstorm, the attack WILL pass, and all the sooner if you keep hold of this perspective.

    The worst thing you can do is to believe any story you're given to the effect that you're being seriously harmed or even killed, for it's the exploitation of such a belief that is one of the most potent sorts of garbage attack.

  • Supportive company. The presence of supportive people around you is greatly helpful as it tends to ground and balance your awareness and take you out of any feedback loop of fear, anxiety and panic and get your attention onto the supportiveness of present time reality. Because almost all hospital psychiatric workers have little or no understanding of such issues and are geared up for medication and ECT to suppress symptoms, hospital isn't the place to go if at all possible.

    However, by being as positive, clear-minded and articulate as possible to the nurses and doctors when circumstances forced me into brief hospitalizations, I myself was able to make the best use of those individuals for getting my awareness regrounded / rebalanced, with minimal input of the harmful medication that was ‘required’ for me by the mental healthcare system.

    If you live on your own, when significant attacks are occurring it would normally be tremendously helpful to sleep out with supportive friends for a few nights. Failing that, which indeed was an option that I myself didn't have, a good move may be to contact a local crisis service, which may be able to put you out into respite care* for a few nights instead — much preferable to hospital unless you know how best to handle the hospital situation (as I came to).

    * If respite care isn't available and a psychiatric hospital appears to be the only option, contrary to popular supposition, that's not the end of the world and could even be the better option if you have the right outlook. Also, my own experience showed that at least not all respite care providers are really suitable for this purpose anyway.

    On the occasion that I did get put out to respite care, I was put out with a poorly grounded very psychic woman who was a ‘healer’ and also wasn't around for much of the time — so I didn't get the degree of re-grounding that was really needed then. I'd actually have been better off in hospital again, with its particular team of actually very nice and mostly well-grounded nurses, rather than with anyone so ungrounded!

    See how I got on with my third and fourth hospitalizations, when that had to suffice as my ‘respite care’ during garbage-induced crises. I explained articulately to the doctors and nurses that my real need was respite care and not specifically hospital and definitely not the inevitable medication, so that I could get fully grounded again by having supportive people around me.

    Like that I got the support and regrounding that I needed from the lovely people there working as nurses. Meanwhile the doctors quickly accepted my taking only a token medication that really had no significant effect on me, either positive or negative**, but admirably served its purpose as a sop for the doctors. On that page (Psychiatry: my personal experience — Gaining fundamental insights) I also give a list of suggestions for ways in which you can make a positive experience out of a psychiatric hospital stay.

    ** Actually even that little did have subtle harmful effects that potentially could presumably have caused problems in the very long term, as I later established by means of Helpfulness Testing.

    I also recommend that if at all possible, if faced with such hospitalization you seek in an articulate sort of way to get any consultant, doctors and nurses who are involved with you to read the following:

    That would help them become more aware of the real healing issues involved — if only they would take the time and trouble to read those pages properly. They may not appear to respond positively at that time, but it would at the very least have been an important learning opportunity for them, and may actually have got some of them quietly starting to really think about the important issues for the first time.

    Truly, you can choose to make any hospitalization of yours a positive and constructive (even enjoyable) experience for all involved, despite any down-sides of the experience!

    Or even, if you have the money to do it, you might go away to somewhere you like for a few days, staying in a B&B or guest house that feels friendly to you. However, unless you can be sure that your choice of the latter would get you some supportive people around you, that would be unlikely to be an effective option, even though support services might recommend it to you (one well intentioned community psychiatric nurse without full understanding of my issue did actually recommend that option to me).

    In Exeter, where I live, there's an excellent although of course under-resourced Crisis Resolution Team attached to the psychiatric hospital, and members of this team recognise that many crises are not medical issues in any helpful sense, and in fact they placed me in respite care on what would have been otherwise the occasion of a third hospitalization (May 2005), and, in the absence of respite care for my September and October 2006 crises, at least facilitated my hospitalization.

    Actually on other occasions with looming crises, just phoning the team and having a brief chat about the possibility of needing respite care or hospitalization grounded me enough to stall the attack. If more resources were made available for crisis team expansion, many more hospitalizations could be avoided and the cost of running the team recouped that way.

  • Breath control. Learn to breathe deeply and slowly throughout attacks, using your diaphragm so that you seem to be breathing deeply into your abdomen. If initially you can't do this while you have panic feelings, and find yourself panting, try blowing up a large paper bag or a balloon, as this will take you out of the panting response and give you focus for concentrating on the necessary slow and deep breathing.

    Be slow and deliberate about the blowing, with pauses between breathing cycles if necessary, as you need to avoid hyperventilation. If you have no bag or balloon, pretend that you have, and go through the motions of blowing it up.

    Alternatively, a more effective method would be for you to use focused and aware Complete Breathing, with the tip of your tongue held to the front of your palate, as described in Some Potent Self-Realization / Healing Practices.

    N.B. It's important not to get attached to such consciously controlled breathing and go doing it all the time in your everyday life. You need to think of it as a practice that's carried out for short periods for a specific purpose, and which you let go of for your general everyday life outside those ‘practice’ periods.

    If you're in bed and wanting to go to sleep, there's a special way of breathing to employ, which I call sleep breathing, in which the inhalation is reasonably slow, and the exhalation is rather sudden because you suddenly let go so that the chest collapses under its own weight and elasticity. In both cases both inhalation and exhalation are quite small, with only an occasional larger inhalation, as though to ‘stretch’ just a little. Breathing like that greatly encourages sleep and can quite often actually cause a not-very-strong attack to dissolve as sleepiness takes over.

    Indeed, when you're doing ‘sleep breathing’, a further enhancement is to add in a sort of ‘visualization of intent’, breathing ‘sleep’ into everything in your mindspace. I don't mean actively focusing it, say, to battle against particular nasty feelings, but rather, in your mind's eye just with a general intent, to disseminate ‘sleep’ throughout your mindspace, permeating everything, nasty, neutral or ‘lovely’ that you perceive or are aware of. I've found this often to be a remarkably effective way of enabling myself to get to sleep even with garbage attack, at least up to about ‘moderate’ level and possibly peaking a bit higher.

    However, I caution that any attempt to specifically target garbage attack feelings would usually be counter-productive because then you'd be in ‘battling’ mode and the garbage would most likely give you a stressful time through increasing attack intensity, challenging you to keep trying harder to beat it down — but of course as you'd then be getting stressed you'd be getting more susceptible to the attacks, so you'd be caught in a ‘vicious circle’ and could have a difficult time.
  • Active practices. Use a picking from the practices given or pointed to in Some Potent Self-Realization / Healing Practices — particularly Self-Power Walking, which appears to release emotional trauma energy at a prodigious rate, and is wonderfully grounding, which latter is especially what you need for getting your attention out of the feedback loop of trauma emotion (and very likely some sort of threatening illusory reality that has been covertly put into the back of your mindspace), so that the attack can dissolve.

    Another tremendously helpful method, described on the same page, is Grounding Point. This too releases emotional traumas and other problematical things such as thought forms and illusory realities, but on a more individual rather than wholesale basis. Ideally, one would use both of these methods.

  • Trembling and laughter. Generally speaking, trembling is the natural release process for deeper levels of fear and related emotions, while laughter is the natural release process for the lighter levels of fear and other fear-related emotions (including embarrassment). On the face of it, therefore, it would appear logical to allow these fully, together with any crying that may come up, so again making the attacks into self-healing sessions, which are progressively reducing the amount of ‘ammunition’ that you're carrying, which the garbage could use for further attacks.

    The problem with this approach, which indeed the garbage may actually encourage you to adopt (as it did with me) is that the store of trauma emotion that's being tapped is most likely a very big one indeed, from one or more severely traumatized parasitic ‘lost’ souls attached to you, and/or one or more primary archetypes connected to you, and thus not to any great extent your own material at all.

    It would very likely take far too long to release a significant proportion of such material through your own natural, ‘biological’ release processes, and in any case that's really hard and taxing work when it's sustained for long periods, and can readily get people around you stigmatizing you as ‘emotionally unstable’ (or worse). Also, sustained use of such release processes tends to keep your awareness ungrounded and focused on the attack and the trauma emotion(s), so helping to perpetuate the attack.

    For this reason, although it's unhelpful and unhealthy altogether to suppress such natural releases when they first arise, it's best to turn your attention to either purely grounding activities to get your attention right out of the attack, or to use special practices for both grounding and rapid and painless release of emotional traumas — see Active practices, above.

    Laughter isn't necessarily such a problem here. Indeed, in its healthy form it's a tremendous healer and, provided it comes out in a light-hearted and not sustained way, is greatly helpful. It's also disempowering to the garbage, which generally seeks to keep the person taking their ‘entity’ / garbage troubles seriously. You can healthily have much more of an inner laugh at the comical nature of any threats, for they're all hot air, just trying to play on your fears, and laughter wins through handsomely.

    The problem with a lot of overt laughter, even of the healthy type, is just the same as with crying or trembling — including the problem of people getting to see you as ‘emotionally unstable’.

    The sort of laughter to recognise as problematical, and actually get right away from if it starts happening, is the very intense sort that brings tears to your eyes and tends to come in repeating paroxysms, when something seems just too funny to be true. That's actually the result of a garbage attack with a particular type of emotion energy. A tell-tale sign that it's not healthy for you is that if you do allow it to sustain significantly you quickly get to feel exhausted and weary — which strongly suggests that when that happens the garbage or one or more ‘entities’ has actually been draining energy from you.

    This type of laughter is in fact ALWAYS the result of an attack for the purpose of draining your energy, whether or not you're aware of any other sort of attack or even believe (almost certainly incorrectly) that you have no entity or garbage interference at all.

  • The Feedback Loop Zapper procedure. This is a simple procedure described in Some potent self-actualization / healing practices, for stalling various types of feedback loop within your system and so rendering yourself less vulnerable to specific ‘energy’ stresses that you're receiving, such as from particular electronic equipment, inharmonious furnishings and indeed other people, and also when you're getting an attack from the garbage.

    The procedure appears to initiate an immunization process against any current emotional button-pushing, and so interfere with the feedback loop mechanism of the attack, which latter would usually stall then and dissolve. It won't necessarily stop a current attack (but in my experience it has actually stopped most of my non-major ones without other action being required), but at least it will enable you to be more efficient in reducing the negative effects of any attacks upon your non-physical aspects, so that you become progressively more resistant to any attacks and indeed become plain healthier.

    And, of particular importance in such a situation, it would generally enable you to become more resistant to the particular emotional ‘button pushing’ that's being used as part of the mechanism of a particular attack.

    You can also use Helpfulness Testing to identify specific environmental stress sources and use Feedback Loop Zapper for them individually.

  • Progressive self-immunization. This involves ongoing use of the Grounding Point and Feedback Loop Zapper procedures (particularly) and simple related procedures to assist you in activating particular healing and clearance intents.
  • Medication. As already stated, medication used in an ongoing way is highly problematical (NO ‘depot’ injections!), but a sleeping tablet (Zopiclone is one of the less harmful ones*) can sensibly be used OCCASIONALLY in order to get a night's sleep** during an attack. The garbage, when attacking, generally seeks to deprive you of successive nights' sleep to make you still more vulnerable to it and make a wreck of you. Thus, ensuring that you have at least a certain basic amount of sleep to keep you going is part of empowering yourself and disempowering the garbage interference.

    * Beware of all benzodiazepines including Diazepam, Temazepam, Lorazepam (Ativan) and Nitrazepam (Mogadon), which are all much more harmful long-term than the medics recognise.

    ** However, I must emphasize that a serious price is paid by using any such ‘sleeping’ medication, especially if at all regularly. I explain more about that in Ways of handling a prospective rough or sleepless night. In any case, I've had some indications that Zopiclone itself (along with very many other psychiatric medications) can increase any tendency for night hell experiences (i.e., primarily after one has stopped using it) for at least some people, so, that's another good reason to avoid using it or indeed any medication at all, if at all possible.

    Some people may find herbal preparations of Valerian and hops such as Kalms useful, but I myself found Kalms ineffective, and more recent Helpfulness Testing on them showed them actually to be potentially significantly harmful for me in terms of likely very long term effects (i.e., they'd have been a significant problem if I'd kept taking that preparation).

    In any case the notion of natural drugs being better than synthetic drugs is highly misleading, because the important point is, as far as sensibly possible, to avoid medication altogether and work on resolving the underlying causes of problems, as you can with the methods pointed to in Healing and self-actualization — The safest and quickest way.

    I strongly recommend using Helpfulness Testing to establish what medication options are likely to give the best compromise between harm to you and benefits through managing to get much-needed sleep. My own findings on this matter relate specifically to me, so your own Helpfulness Testing for yourself might come up with different answers, for we're each unique in our particular combinations of sensitivities, ‘resonances’ and vulnerabilities, even though there are also particular vulnerabilities that everybody has, to at least some degree.

    In most cases you can minimize (note that I don't say ‘eliminate’) the harm from any medication of yours by a particular use of the simple Environmental Stress Zapper procedure.

    Side effects. My personal experience was that one 7.5mg Zopiclone or one 5mg Nitrazepam* sleeping tablet taken at bedtime or up to about midnight didn't cause me noticeable problems, but doses of Haloperidol greater than 1.5mg taken at or after bedtime consistently caused me a troublesome drowsiness for much of the following day, even when taken without a sleeping tablet.

    * As already noted, my inner inquiry supported by Helpfulness Testing (relating specifically to effects on me) has shown that Nitrazepam, Temazepam, Diazepam and all the related, benzodiazepine family of drugs look to be seriously harmful.

    This isn't so much in terms of any immediate side effects that would get recognised as caused by the drugs, but long term effects that would cause a whole variety of health problems, most likely appearing over many years, and thus nobody who doesn't skilfully use the sort of Helpfulness Testing that I now use would be able to trace the origin of the various health issues when they do arise, and link them to these actually very nasty drugs.

    I'd found Zopiclone more effective anyway, but with my new inner inquiry / Helpfulness Testing results I know now not to use any benzodiazepine drugs if at all possible, even supposing the garbage managed to put upon me another crisis-level attack.

    Although I didn't identify any other side effects at home, the hospital consultant who saw me told me that urine retention was a known side effect of Haloperidol and thought that that was very likely the culprit in my urine retention episodes in hospital (though I'm fairly sure that the garbage was the prime culprit). I keep an open mind on the issue.

    My inner inquiry supported by Helpfulness Testing suggests that in terms of prospective long term effects all my use of Haloperidol was significantly harmful — though I may well have now more or less cleared out all that harm through use of the various methods I'd used for gaining immunity to environmental stress effects — currently the Environmental Stress Zapper procedure.

    I didn't notice any effect, either positive or negative, from 0.5mg Risperidone tablets (an alternative to Haloperidol). My inner inquiry indicated that it wasn't seriously harmful for me when taken only occasionally in that dosage — though taking it regularly as the medics wanted would have been distinctly harmful, with long-term harmful effects that no medics would have associated back to the use of Risperidone.

    Actually the same can be said of most medications, including non-pharmaceutical so-called ‘natural’ remedies. Basically, in terms of long-term harmful effects, my inner inquiry suggested that, dose for dose, Risperidone was most likely no less harmful than Haloperidol.

    My very strong recommendation is that if you've ever used any of these, you use the Environmental Stress Zapper procedure to enable yourself progressively to heal the long-term harm that those medications have done for you (which would cause various physical and maybe mental problems later in life). You'd need put your focus on the particular medication(s) during the procedure; you could do this by means of doing an Internet search for images of the particular medication, and focus upon a photo of a tablet, capsule or even an original manufacturers' pack or container for the medication.

    That would generally enable some degree of retrospective healing to start occurring, and may not need to be done more than once for each medication type — though I'd recommend occasional Helpfulness-Testing checks to establish whether repeats of the procedure for any of those ‘nasties’ is advisable at the present time.

Ways of handling a prospective rough night

One of the most intimidating and indeed weakening aspects of being under attack from the garbage is the heavy intrusions upon your supposed resting and sleep time, not only giving you typically very troublesome and stressful experiences but also depriving you of sleep. In a phase of major attacks, each forthcoming night can seem to be an intimidating prospect — especially if you live on your own, and the various manifestations of the garbage, often shrouded in fear and menace, are seemingly your only ‘company’.

I myself (indeed, living on my own and having no local friends to turn to at night) had a gutful of this sort of thing, and, bit by bit, developed a whole multi-prong strategy to take the sting out of all this and enable myself to greatly minimize the strongest disturbances and to return to peaceful undisturbed nights at an early stage.

I've now split off the long section that had come under this heading here, to make another page, so that it's more accessible to people who have sleep problems but aren't (yet) aware of any garbage / ‘entity’ involvement in that. Please see Ways of handling a prospective rough or sleepless night.

Doubts, Questions and Issues

Picking up the bits from past harmful (including ‘dark’) practices

Here's an example of the sort of thing I'm referring to; somebody wrote in to me asking for my advice about this:

Not too long ago I'd accidentally created a astral servitor through radionics and have been unable to find a way in destroying it. It's gotten very negative and detrimental within my surroundings. What's more fascinating is the fact that not many adept individuals within the magical craft are capable or least able to give a solution to me in destroying this artificially made entity.

On the face of it, I don't know what an astral servitor is, except that it can't be an actual conscious being because the astral non-reality is where we project all our illusions and distorted notions, and where rogue programming in thought ‘energy’ (especially the garbage) operates. However, it's clear from the fellow's description that the ‘servitor’ is none other than an elemental programmed to give the impression that it's a conscious being. This is achieved by the programming enabling the garbage to control it via hijacked aspects of the affected person's (always seriously ungrounded) awareness / ‘energy’ system.

Such elementals are seriously harmful and can be extremely destructive. In this particular case, although the guy who wrote in had apparently created this elemental himself, if he went round asking various ‘magic’ practitioners how he might get clear of it, there's a distinct possibility that one or more of them might have started tampering with it — programming it themselves, either deliberately to do harm or just out of irresponsible playfulness without concern that there could very likely be troublesome consequences.

Unfortunately, people who are into ‘magic’ are ALL very seriously garbage controlled and therefore at least potentially extremely unreliable and ‘sneaky’ in their behaviour to others who are more or less into ‘their sort of thing’.

My advice for that guy — and the same principle goes for anyone else in even remotely similar situations — is to lose no time in getting established carrying out all the relevant measures that I give on this page and the other pages linked to from here. Because of the potential destructiveness of such elementals, time is of the essence and it's necessary to use the Grounding Point procedure, say once a week, for progressive dissolution of the elemental and also dissolution of the plethora of illusory realities relating to it that one would be carrying.

But also, it's essential for this guy to be regularly carrying out a formal reading of my full set of affirmations in the most powerful way — using one of the methods for that which I give on this site. Also, he needs to be using the Environmental Stress Zapper procedure to help minimize all environmental stresses (including many caused by non-physical or psychic attacks) and to heal the harm already done from such stresses. Also needed are the various means that I give for building up and strengthening all of one's non-physical aspects.

It's important to understand that anyone who isn't willing and prepared to embark of a fully comprehensive self-actualization process — in other words, who wants to get rid of the particular troublesome phenomenon but otherwise wants to continue living more or less the same as before — is unlikely to get far in clearing such problems. Self-actualization is the key, and, without that whole approach and process the use of any particular method or device is unlikely to achieve all that much.

The plus side of that, however, is that the person would gain tremendous improvements in all aspects of the life experience, so that resolution of the originally perceived problem would come to look to be quite small beer in the context of all the other improvements. This process therefore would be a happy and indeed joyful one rather than any sort of grim struggle or indeed battle.

Also, it's essential for that guy to get completely clear of people who are into ‘magic’ and paganistic pursuits, because they're actually part of his problem. They would resonate with his problem and reinforce it*, even if none of them got used by the garbage to actively compound the problem (but almost certainly some would).

* This is particularly true of people who are into those pursuits, because the garbage interferes with them in particular ways that make them much more inclined than people in general to (probably mostly unawarely) send out thought forms to the people around them or who they have dealings with. Those thought forms would generally contain programming to attempt to force the recipient into a submissiveness with regard to accepting the paganist's / ‘dark’ practitioner's beliefs and practices as valid and ‘right’, and even taking those up oneself.

These thought forms can then be harnessed by the garbage within the recipient's mindspace to cause further problems for him/her. In fact, people who are into overt ‘magic’ or ‘dark’ practices would often send out more directly harmful thought forms quite deliberately, in addition to those that they're putting out unawarely.

The unaware sending out of ‘beat them into submission’ thought forms is actually not limited to such people, and also occurs widely with doctors and other medical practitioners, and especially psychiatric doctors and many other psychiatric workers (though actually my own experience suggests that this is generally much less true for psychiatric nurses).

In other words, a complete lifestyle change is called for, in which the guy cuts loose from all the harmful connections and influences from his past, and in future makes only genuine strengthening choices in his everyday life — including choices of who one associates with and who one makes sure not to get involved with (ever again). That would be achievable by very careful use of Helpfulness Testing, except that I suspect that this guy is already so heavily interfered with by the garbage that he may not at the moment be able to get testing results that are free from hijacking by the garbage.

The fact that this guy created a strong and troublesome elemental through Radionics demonstrates nicely the harmfulness of such methods / practices. He'd need to adopt a firm policy not to use any methodology other than what I give on this site if he's really serious about wanting to get free of his elemental. This would need much self-discipline because I have a strong suspicion that he's carrying some programming that predisposes him to mess around with practices that would do him harm either directly or indirectly — and those would also point him away from genuine self-actualization. I'd rejoice indeed if he proved me wrong about his having such programming!

Although I'm effectively giving a reply here to the particular guy's question, the points that I make for him are just as pertinent for anyone else who is seeking advice on ‘picking up the bits’ from dark practices or other harmful methods / procedures that they've been involved in. It's no good such people coming to me expecting me to tell them how to get rid of their problem if they aren't willing to read through this site and indeed this page properly and simply take up the methods, embarking upon a genuine self-actualization process.

And if they continue to have dealings with people who are into ‘magic’ and paganism (whether supposedly ‘light’ or ‘dark’), they're being their own most proficient saboteurs, and only they, not I, can do something about that.

I think I have a problem that passes entities or other problems to people around me. What's your advice?

To the best of my understanding so far, such situations do exist, and in practical terms it matters little or not at all just what are the mechanisms of such things happening. Clearly anyone who has that sort of issue is, in simple practical terms, a menace to all other susceptible people. Although really open and aware people — particularly with weak grounding — are the most susceptible, it's safest to assume that people generally are at risk.

So, what to do about this if you yourself have this issue? — Get paranoid or suicidal about it? Or actually get practical?

Unsurprisingly, my interest here is the ‘getting practical’ option; you be paranoid or suicidal if you must, but just keep well away from me! 

For one thing, you need Helpfulness Testing, to assist yourself in working out your own individual best choices at any particular time, for trying to rely primarily on advice from another person — even this dreadful ‘Uncle Philip’ guy here, of dubious reputation, is bound to lead you at least eventually into some very bad choices and further problems (because you're not really properly working out your own best solutions)!

However, in general terms the principles involved in handling the situation involve:

  • Being socially responsible in minimizing your engagement with people around you till you've got significantly changing your situation (also with a clear intent, as distinct from a mere hope, NOT to pass anything untoward on to anyone), and
  • Diligently and in an ongoing fashion, using the methods I give on this page and elsewhere on this site for clearing your ‘entity’ / garbage issues — with a great emphasis on getting yourself genuinely grounded and dissolving illusory realities and ‘implants’ and other distortions in your non-physical aspects — including any possible ‘portals’ (aka ‘astral entry points’).

An essential element in your self-clearance process would be to dissolve all illusory or apparent realities that you're carrying, in which you do have any ‘portals’ or any other means by which you could pick up non-physical ‘nasties’ and unawarely ‘drop’ them anywhere and thus cause problems for other people.

So, rather than going around perceiving yourself as a blighted person who is intrinsically a menace to others, you enable yourself instead to go around with a self perception in which any such issues currently are just superficial froth, which is in a rapid process of dissolution through your use of the appropriate methods — especially Grounding Point, also using Self-Power Walking to get clearing your load of emotional issues, all of which would be a part of the current equation.

So, yes, you do currently minimize engagement with people around you, but with the clear intent that that's only temporary and will soon be sort-of phased out.

I say ‘sort-of’ there, because almost certainly so far you'd have been engaging with people in unhealthy, ungrounded ways that were facilitating the passing-on of ‘entities’ and ‘astral nasties’ — so you'd need to cultivate a ‘lighter’ and more grounded way of engaging with people (probably with a judiciously applied humorous touch to everything), which isn't placing ‘emotional hooks’ in their non-physical aspects as you've most likely been doing so far.

You'd need to become much clearer in your perception of your own boundary and keep it clear of other people's boundaries as far as is reasonably possible. The latter wouldn't be possible to achieve completely because other people aren't getting their own boundaries into order, but at least you'd come to recognise individuals who have particularly weak or messy boundaries themselves, and generally to give those a wide berth as unhealthy people for you to engage with significantly.

That's how I myself handle these non-physical interactions with other people in order to cultivate my own and their own well-being. It's not that I myself was passing on ‘nasties’ to anyone else (as far as I know!), but simply that cultivating healthy boundaries in your interactions with other people is an inevitable element in a really effective self-actualization process.

You don't say much about spells. How can I get a spell removed from myself?

I don't mention spells nor indeed any specific sort of psychic attack very much, simply because they all use the same basic mechanisms as garbage attacks, and indeed are best seen for practical purposes as actual garbage attacks. That simplifies things no end, because you don't need to concern yourself with the specific details of a particular attack, which are really just unnecessary ‘story’ (i.e., no matter whether or not they're apparently true).

Also, you'd be quite potently keeping your psychic attack problem in place, and indeed would most likely be reinforcing it, as long as you believe that you have a spell, psychic attack, black magic, ‘bad energy’ or similar put upon you. Thus one of the first things you need to do if you consider that any such attack has been or may have been put upon you is to use Grounding Point to dissolve all illusory realities in which any such attack has been put upon you!

This may seem counter-intuitive and indeed quite contradictory if you're aware that somebody has sent you a particular attack. However, because of the very nature of psychic attacks (all being based on particular uses of illusory realities), the most you could actually know is that the particular person had attempted to send, or believed that they had sent, you an attack, and you'd believed or at least assumed that you'd received it.

As will be made clearer below, you'd still not have a viable attack working upon you — unless you're unwittingly ‘playing ball’, so to speak, with the attacker through carrying the requisite beliefs and illusory realities that make the attempted attack possible really to happen. Therein lies the key to understanding how to clear and gain immunity to any and all psychic attacks.

And then, while it's important not actually to go into denial of anything, you'd greatly help yourself by sidelining the notion of that attack as being anything more than standard garbage attack (in some cases possibly with an elemental to dissolve — see further below). This is important, because part of a high proportion of psychic attacks that are sent to people is a thought form or illusory reality in the nature of Oh help! I now have a spell / psychic attack [/ etc.] put upon me! I'm now powerless to stop nasty things happening to me…!.

That would actually operate then as a sort of ‘container’ illusory reality* within which all sorts of other illusory realities that are a major part of the attack mechanism could then operate with relative impunity and indeed reinforce the notion that the attack had effectively taken you over, so enabling more and more nasty things to happen for you.

Another, related, and more fundamental illusory reality that needs to be dissolved by use of Grounding Point is the very notion that psychic attacks (i.e., ANY of them) are ‘for real’. Yes, the sender of such an attack would perceive it as being ‘for real’*, but if you're fully clear of any belief / illusory reality in which psychic attacks are anything more than illusory, then it would be much more difficult for any psychic attack at all to work on you.

* Indeed you need to keep in mind that the sender of any such garbage would necessarily him/herself be deluded, so that what (s)he believes is being sent is in the astral non-reality and thus is illusory, and generally more or less meaningless beyond the arena of illusory realities. Thus, fully clear yourself of the relevant illusory realities, and at least theoretically the whole concept of ‘psychic attack’ would lose any meaning for you in your own life experience.

In reality, few people would be totally clear of such illusory realities even if they think they are so, because of the way that the garbage is ever seeking to find ways to start reintroducing them in one form or another into the backwaters of one's mindspace, and thus I'd not expect anyone to have total invulnerability this way, but nonetheless dissolution of that particular category of illusory reality takes one a massive step forward in minimizing and potentially eventually eliminating one's susceptibility to psychic attacks of any kind.

One crucially important thing always to keep in mind — and this really applies to ALL types of non-physical interference / attack — is that there's only one person who can effectively and indeed safely clear such problems from you, and that is you, yourself. As already remarked, this is work that can't be done effectively or genuinely helpfully on your behalf, so there's absolutely no point in your going around looking for, e.g., a specialist ‘healer’ or indeed some sort of ‘witch doctor’ to clear your problem.

As long as you have the latter sort of outlook you're in a mindset of self disempowerment and are ensuring that your problem remains in place. Indeed, as already noted, going to other people in the hope of their ‘helping’ you is very likely to land you with additional problems over and above the self-disempowerment that you'd be bringing about for yourself.

It also needs understanding that there's no point in coming to me with questions about how to clear this or that type of psychic attack. That's both because such questions are generally completely unnecessary and just a big time-waster because the contents of this page make them redundant, and also because I don't have personal experience of working in the ‘psychic attack’ mindset, and so am not at all an authority on doing so.

I myself have always kept my attention off psychic attacks that may have come my way, and have simply continued to work on the basis of clearing the mechanism of garbage attacks, and that has worked fine for me as far as I can tell, and without all the fear and anxiety and indeed maybe paranoia that would be liable to pollute my life experience if I kept paying attention to individual psychic attacks that might have been sent to me.

There was one occasion, in 2007, when I was very aware of a potentially lethal psychic attack that had been sent to me (by email), but still I treated that as simply another bit of garbage attack, and dissolved it on that basis — remaining aware of the particular person's attempt to put a seriously harmful attack on me, but not regarding what I'd received from him in ‘energy’ terms as being anything special and needing special measures outside my regular ones.

One thing that helped me greatly was my sense of my own inner power and fundamental invulnerability — so, that was a far cry from the Oh, help! I've now got a psychic attack put upon me — what do I do now? type of response to such a situation. Also, I recognised the attack as soon as I received the particular email, and so didn't wait to start getting nasty things happening — not that the latter would necessarily have happened anyway because of my most likely lack, even then, of sufficient relevant belief / illusory reality for more to happen than just a bit of straightforward garbage attack that I'd have cleared anyway.

Hardly necessary to say, I deleted the particular email immediately (including purging the relevant Trash folder), and configured MailWasher to automatically delete on the server any further messages from that person so that I'd not see them.

I took that action NOT on the basis of paranoia about psychic attack but simply on the basis of plain good sense. Generally it's best policy to ‘cut loose’ anyone in your life who is abusive, a vexation, energy drag or otherwise a significantly ‘weakening’ influence for you, regardless of the details of what they're up to, and the particular individual had clearly demonstrated the need for me to cut him loose very thoroughly as a very troublesome person, no matter whether the notional psychic attack he sent was ‘real’ or not. He clearly had a twisted, malicious intent towards me, and that was plenty enough. Careful use of Helpfulness Testing enables one to make the best choices in regard to such situations (and indeed any other situations!).

My inner inquiry supports my general assumption that since then I've had the odd psychic attacks from different people, ‘sent’ to me by various means invisible to me. That's really quite inevitable considering the challenging nature of what I've put on this website, but, although it would be healthier for me not to get such garbage sent to me, it's actually been helpful for me not to know of them individually.

It's enough that I simply keep working on dissolving all garbage attacks and troublesome impressions that I become aware of, together with the ongoing work on strengthening every part of my non-physical aspects, without need to know of any specific attack source or indeed intermediary, confident in my ongoing clearance process and growing immunity. So, I clear whatever is actually affecting me, while simply not entertaining the notion that any supposed psychic attacks that do get sent to me are objectively ‘real’ and genuinely viable.

If you have or may have an elemental as part of an attack, that's a real problem — right?

Actually, my own understanding is that an elemental is a serious problem ONLY if you don't have the right outlook to start with. An elemental is a complex of thought forms, which is programmed to behave in some manner as though it were some sort of conscious entity.*

* Indeed, the whole garbage itself can be viewed as a sort of ultimate supra-elemental or ‘mother of all elementals’!

The important thing to understand is that the elemental is just a construct of programming in thought forms and thus not what it appears to be, and that the Grounding Point procedure in particular is effective in dissolving thought forms. But, first thing, just as with one's best initial response to an actual or suspected psychic attack in general, you need to use Grounding Point to ‘zap’ all illusory realities in which you now have an elemental attached to you or affecting you in any way.

For that to be properly effective you'd need to make sure that you understand as fully as possible what an elemental is and how it operates, so, if necessary, you'd want to read up what you can about elementals on this site. It's important to set aside any ‘information’ on elementals that you may have picked up anywhere else, because if you've picked up a garbage-sourced distorted notion of the nature and modus operandi of elementals (as would generally be the case with people who ‘know about’ elementals!) you'd most likely be relatively ineffective in trying to dissolve illusory realities involving them.

Also, an elemental that has been sent to you, or indeed one that you've encountered, for example, in your local friendly hospital or graveyard, can't effectively ‘take’ on you if you don't carry an illusory reality in which such manifestations, and indeed psychic attacks, are real phenomena and could harm whoever gets one.

That's presumably a major part of the reason why I myself have never knowingly had an obvious elemental attached to me, despite even having been unawarely involved with individuals who were unwittingly (under garbage control) ‘dropping’ potentially extremely troublesome and harmful elementals that were then lurking about in wait for susceptible unfortunates to whom they could attach. For this reason it's top priority to dissolve any such illusory realities that you are or may be carrying.

Beyond that, the measures that need to be taken are simply those given further above for clearing oneself of psychic attacks in general — and that, then, includes also working to clear oneself of garbage / ‘entity’ interferences / attacks, as described in the body of this page.

Important tip for getting clear of ANY issue

Whether an issue of yours that you have in mind is an apparent entity tapping on your shoulder from behind and then pulling funny faces at you when you look round, or compulsive nose-picking, or speaking too loudly so your neighbours know too much about your bedroom antics, or a desire to be seen by your peers as Attila the Hun, or a fear of what might happen to you if you don't go to church every Sunday — there's one very basic way you can GREATLY help yourself towards clearing the issue, and indeed ANY issue.

Simply, STOP allowing yourself to think or speak of the issue in the present tense, and instead, train yourself to think / speak of it in an appropriate form of past tense.

For example, I keep doing stupid things with… becomes [Up to now | So far] I've kept doing stupid things with… (but now…).

Transform all your thoughts plus commentary to other people in that sort of way, so that you become increasingly secure in the basic understanding that NOW is always the time for change, even of the most radical type. Until you make that change of viewpoint you're inevitably helping to keep yourself imprisoned by your I keep doing… or this always happens… outlook towards your issues, and are potently obstructing your ability to bring about the requisite positive change.

Conclusion

The garbage is unremitting in its attempts to get a hold on every single person — whether overtly or covertly, for its own mindless and pernicious purposes. Potentially, those people who are getting the overt, direct troublemaking and indeed often obvious wrecking tactics from the garbage are the lucky ones, because it's primarily they who would tend to recognise that something is wrong and that there's a need for them to do something about it.

It's these people who potentially could get themselves relatively and indeed theoretically even fully clear of garbage interferences and influence, because they'd have the motivation. Other people just assume they have no such problem, and don't recognise their own subtle captivities that would take them into the most horrendous problems beyond this lifetime, and they would thus seal their fate through their own unawareness or denial of their actually extremely serious situations.

I've shown here how it's possible, at least progressively, to recover your birthright of your own deeply sourced personal power, against which the garbage is no match — and a happy, abundant life free from significant garbage interference and attacks — indeed even with a good and balanced night's sleep, not just once but generally every night! I hope that you yourself will be encouraged to ‘take the bull by the horns’ and get clearing your own garbage interferences — no matter whether they be gross and obvious or subtle and more or less covert. You have NOTHING of any genuine value to lose by doing so, and SO much to gain!
