One approach to producing an actually safe and fully beneficial healing aid or device is to produce specially programmed rounded polished stones like the Clarity-Sphere or Energy Egg. Another, complementary, approach is actually not to produce anything at all, but, for anyone who wants to powerfully advance their self healing / clearance / self actualization, to find an appropriately sized polished stone sphere of suitable type and use it in certain very simple ways, with absolutely no magic or hocus-pocus, that enable their own deepest aspects to operate as their own best healer, without ever drawing in external 'energies' or agencies that could bring problems and hazards with them. Sounds too good to be true? I explain on this page how it appears to be true nonetheless, and without my having any vested interest in selling stone spheres (well, except for perhaps the odd few surplus ones just at the moment)! I then go on to show you how to do it for yourself and help turn your life around. |

Important!
In order to fully understand the contents of this and many other pages on this site it is necessary to carefully read Exit 'Spirituality' - Enter Clear-Mindedness, which provides essential background information.
If I have tended to fall into imbalance in various pages on this website, it has tended to be my sometimes including more contextual 'story' than has been really helpful to get across the important points. This has become increasingly apparent to me as over time I have found people taking some such distracting snippets out of context and quoting them in various attempts to discredit me and my work. Inevitably my pages detailing personal experiences are one thing and have a particular value in their own right, but pages like this one are intended to keep things simple and straightforward.
For this reason, on this page I am not going to go into the saga revolving around my extremely well intentioned but
abruptly terminated original Clarity-Sphere project*, in which I was
following a lead that turned out to be false,
in which it had appeared that I had succeeded in putting programming
into a stone sphere to very powerfully and comprehensively aid healing
and self
actualization / self realization. My reason for not going into that
here is simply
because the details of that saga would be a
particular
distraction from the actual content of this page.
* As they say, 'Famous last words'! I did end up writing some of that, because it was required in the new Clarity-Sphere page in order to help give a proper understanding of the whole Clarity-Sphere project and its background.
The big revelation remaining after my public abandonment of that project was that spheres of suitable stone type could operate as powerful aids in healing, clearance and self actualization work, and indeed positive life change generally, even without any programming at all - provided that they are actively used in certain specific very simple and basic procedures. It is no good putting one on your mantelpiece or bedside cabinet and expecting it to do anything for you; as far as I yet understand, it simply would not do so*.
* That is, apart from its possibly working as a Feng Shui enhancement to neutralize some environmental stress. That, indeed, could in itself be a life-saver if carefully and awarely used. You would need to use energy testing to establish whether any such use would be beneficial for you, and to establish choice of sphere and exact positions(s) in which the sphere(s) would be beneficial. It is no good using the fairly widely recognised traditional Feng Shui system to guide you, because that is seriously flawed in not recognising the uniqueness of each person's particular sensitivities and vulnerabilities. Energy testing, in contrast, actually indicates what is most helpful or unhelpful specifically for you and your own unique personal surroundings.
Also, as I indicate much further below, the Clarity-Sphere project is actually not dead at all, but has simply changed tack, and it now looks as though, if you are prepared to work on it, there are ways that you are likely to be able to put some degree of 'programming' or 'imprinting' upon your regular working sphere to enhance its functionality and enable it to assist you even when you are not actively using it in any procedures.
I have little doubt that those findings of mine about the effectiveness of working with non-programmed polished stone spheres, and indeed the information that I give on this page, will become a target for scorn and derision from those who claim to have produced highly superior healing devices through actually, in some manner, having succeeded in putting real and effective programming into polished stone ovoids or spheres (something that could actually never be objectively verified anyway). In some cases the claims made for such devices may be at least to some extent correct, but that would in no way negate the importance and value of what I am presenting on this page. It would be only the financial interests of individuals who want to unscrupulously maximize sales of their own allegedly 'superior' products, that would motivate them to 'rubbish' the basic, natural and completely free methods that you can use with unprogrammed spheres as detailed on this page.
Without further ado, then, I bring you to the real point of this page, where I show you how you can use polished stone spheres of suitable type as highly effective healing aids / facilitators, without any special programming being involved at all.
For best results exactly the same range of stone types is
required
as was specified for the original Clarity-Sphere, so if you already have a
sphere that
was supposed to be one of the original Clarity-Spheres, you already have a very
suitable sphere
for this purpose, but you can forget about its
purported programming, because apparently that was nonexistent all along.*
![]()
* Actually, that was just a pragmatic assumption that it was necessary for me to make at the time. In fact I had no means to verify that the spheres actually had no programming!
If you would definitely like your sphere to be enhanced by some relevant 'programming', there is now a way. As I explain much further below, you may be able to achieve that yourself, using the procedures that I give. Then you could actually have at least the beginnings of the new concept of the Clarity-Sphere, which works differently from the original, apparently unrealizable, Clarity-Sphere concept.
The stone needs to be microcrystalline, cryptocrystalline or glassy in its inner texture, so that there is no large-scale alignment of crystal structure. In the case of glassy stones, natural glasses such as obsidian work quite well, but synthetic glass, although doing the task okay, is not so harmonious to one's 'energy system' and so is best not used except where that is the only option available. Particularly recommended stone types include marble, aventurine, jade, and yellow jasper (but not the much more common red jasper), though a number of other stone types also work pretty well, such as serpentine (the less reticulations the better) and obsidian (preferably without significant inclusions, so excluding snowflake obsidian). My current favourite is white or whitish marble. Spheres of the latter can be surprisingly inexpensive from some sources.
Stone types that are unsuitable include any that are basically a machined lump of crystal, so all quartz varieties, including amethyst and citrine, and anything else that has a 'macro' crystalline structure, are to be avoided. Also unsuitable are any that are grossly inhomogeneous, and those made up of earth / soil minerals (even though compressed / metamorphosed to produce rock). Thus anything of a sandstone, gritstone, mudstone, shale or slate nature would be unsuitable.
Additional features affect the suitability of a sphere of basically suitable stone type. If the stone is microcrystalline, such as aventurine, you want little or no obvious banding, because, generally speaking, banding in that type of stone indicates bands of some degree of alignment of the micro-crystals. On the other hand, the banding that you get in marble is much less likely to reflect any significant alignment of crystal structure, so it is not so problematical, particularly if the banding is not sharply defined.
Similarly, variegations of any sort impact upon performance, so it is best to find a sphere that has as little variegation as possible, whether that be banding or some sort of mosaic pattern. And any variegation that is present impacts most on performance if it is sharply defined, while a similar amount of very diffuse variegation impacts least on performance.
Another factor having a quite significant effect on performance is how smooth and even the surface is. Ideally the surface would be well polished and would have few or no 'glitches' or 'pockmarks' - though the odd small ones would not spoil performance very much if they are on a reasonably large sphere. A few of them thus become less of a consideration, the larger the sphere. Similarly, the surface 'cracks' caused by some internal fracture planes where they meet the surface are bound to impact a little on performance - again typically less so for larger spheres, on which such surface 'cracks' are proportionately finer and thus less significant.
For the very best performance you need a sphere that is as near perfectly machined as is possible. In reality, however, even a really well machined sphere is still not perfectly spherical, but functions very well for our purpose, and I found that quite low-grade spheres still performed pretty well - so you don't have to pay out an arm and a leg in order to get a suitable sphere, and, if you are lucky you might pick up a good quality sphere for a really low price. I came across very cheap good quality marble spheres from one particular UK source, which, unfortunately, has effectively ceased trading in that sort of thing. I got my 'white' marble spheres from that source.
Spheres that have a 'flat' on them to enable them to sit securely without an additional stand will work, but the 'flat' does reduce performance quite a lot, so it is best to bypass such spheres and use a 100% sphere complete with some sort of separate stand or stabilizer (see below).
Actually an ovoid shape will work almost as well as a sphere (but not quite). This means that if you have no sphere but do have a Guardian Angel or Archangel, you could use that as your 'sphere'. That would in no way interfere with its functioning as a Guardian Angel or Archangel. However, because of its ovoid shape it is liable to topple over when you do certain procedures on it, which can be disruptive in the middle of a procedure. For this simple practical reason it is still best to use an actual sphere that is kept specifically for this purpose.
As for size, this is a matter of what is most practical, for a sphere that is too small in terms of its effectiveness would be too small to be practical to use anyway. I was recommending as an optimum size 100 to 120mm (about 4 to 5"), because most people could get their hands nicely onto spheres in that size range, without the particular spheres being really too heavy to move about conveniently. However, anything down to about 75mm could be used at a pinch, if you make sure to have palms and all fingertips in contact with the sphere - but at the bottom end of that range the sphere would most likely not be so effective anyway, so it would be better in practice to regard about 85mm as being a minimum for a reasonably effective sphere.
However, I now recommend about 165mm (6¼") as the optimum size. Although this size is quite heavy and cumbersome to handle and move about, and probably very much at the upper limit of what is sensible to use for this purpose, it is not only more effective functionally as a non-programmed sphere, but it is also particularly effective if you are going to work on 'programming' / imprinting it with the aim of making it more like the new-concept Clarity-Sphere. I myself chose one of this size to use as my regular working sphere, which I then progressively developed into my new-concept Clarity-Sphere, though keeping my old 85mm one handy for any occasion where a more portable sphere might be more helpful.
Whereas the original 'Clarity-Sphere' supposedly needed a 'donut' of a suitable stone type as a stand in order to transmit the effects of its programming (and this is indeed sort-of the case with Energy Eggs), non-programmed stone spheres have no such requirement, because, as far as I am aware, their functionality for our purpose does not involve the sphere having to have remote contact with you.
For this reason any cheap stand or ring of a suitable size will do the job. However, some of those are more harmonious to use than others. On that basis, metal is to be avoided, and plastic is best thought of as just for emergency use when nothing better is available. Small and usually very cheap wooden 'cup' stands are available for spheres (see the photo of the marble sphere below), and you might come across thick rubber rings that are available as sphere stabilizers. While the latter are not ideal, if they are of natural rubber they are reasonably harmonious and so could well be used.
The rings of haematite that one can usually buy from crystal
shops
for stabilizing spheres are usually too small for an ideal-size
sphere (i.e. for really good stability). Also, in 'energy' terms, they may not
necessary harmonize well with the specific stone type of your sphere(s), so
you would need to use energy testing to establish if they really are the best
option as a stand for any specific sphere. In fact one significant
contra-indication would be that they are hard enough to cause an accumulation
of abrasions on the sphere surface, which are produced each time you work with
the sphere.
I did recommend here the use of sufficiently large 'donuts' of the right type of stone as a good type of base for the spheres. However, my own experience with my regular 85mm marble sphere on a very large jade donut showed that, with my using daily procedures involving pouncing my hands on the sphere, and indeed moving it each time between its regular location (on a shelf) and my desk for me to carry out the procedures, the sphere gradually accumulated surface abrasions, which would have started impacting upon its effectiveness for the purpose I was using it for. I thus abandoned use of the donut and reverted to using the little wooden stand.
There is one simple basic principle underlying all uses of non-programmed spheres for healing purposes - at least, as far as I am aware. In a nutshell, the sphere works in a completely passive way, as a 'resonator' and focus of intent. No magic, no hocus-pocus. Yes, you could build up elaborate rituals involving the sphere in order to focus your intent, but why go doing all that when actually the most simple and basic procedures actually work better (at least, for promoting genuine healing and self actualization processes)?
I have come to recognise that the majority of people who are into
healing and genuine life improvement are superficially happiest with
some sort of mystique and hocus pocus about methods that they use, and
so, unfortunately, it looks very likely that only a very small
proportion of people would be interested in using spheres in such a
straightforward and down-to-earth way as I am now suggesting. Significantly,
the
spurious
'Divine Consciousness Reiki' (replete with mystique, and indeed quite seriously
harmful) that I was promoting for a time in late
2003 and into 2004, while I was unwittingly being 'pixie-led' by the
dark force
posing as 'higher' guidance, got quite a number of
interested people wanting to gain its supposed benefits. Then
considerably less people ever contacted me about the much simpler,
safer and actually quite beneficial original Clarity-Sphere, and now so far
virtually nobody is contacting me with regard to working with stone
spheres, pure and simple or indeed the new-concept Clarity-Sphere. Maybe (I
would like to think), this latter fact
is simply because lots of people are getting on with working with their
own personal stone sphere, as described on this page, and feel that
they have no cause to get in touch with me - but somehow I doubt
whether that is really the reason.
No doubt at all, some people would try to use such stone spheres in harmful or otherwise problematical ways. However, my understanding is that a spherical shape, especially with overall non-aligned internal microstructure, simply cannot resonate with the distorted 'consciousness energy' of 'negative' or harmful intents. That is why 'dark' practitioners use crystals and wands and sacred geometry so much. Those all resonate with disruptive, inharmonious intent and distorted 'consciousness energy', and can be used to focus it on a 'victim' - though how effectively in real terms, I am not going to speculate. The sort of spheres that we are considering here would be so ineffective for negative or harmful use that they would be really a waste of time for that sort of purpose - and for the same reason they cannot really hold negative or harmful programming, at least in such a way that it would be effective. Basically, a sphere resonates with undistorted 'consciousness energy', and in practice that means positive and constructive intent only.
First, let us get clear that the sort of 'entity' or 'spirit' that could occupy, possess or be attached to an object is, according to my own understanding, NOT a real entity (i.e. non-physical conscious being) at all but an elemental, which, depending on its particular programming, may behave in limited ways like a conscious entity.
Second, by their very nature, elementals are patterns of distorted 'thought energy', and so cannot effectively resonate with a sphere, particularly when the latter consists of a non-aligned natural material such as that of the spheres that we are talking about here. So it would be very unlikely and difficult for any elemental to get a 'hold' on such a sphere in the first place.
However, in the extremely unlikely event of that happening (if indeed it really ever could), there is a very simple procedure that you could carry out, which, at least theoretically, would clear that problem - and it is something that you can do as a precautionary measure if you want to make as sure as possible that your sphere does not have anything untoward attached to it. That procedure is none other than the Grounding Point procedure carried out on either a wooden post or another suitable sphere, in close proximity with the sphere that you are wanting to clear, so that the latter is really close to you and well within the radius of your 'energy field'. I think you could do it actually directly upon the affected sphere, but my indications are that it could well be more effective to do it on something else that is itself clear of such problems.
(a) None of this is about having to do anything; it is about taking up an option that anyone is free to take up in order to accelerate and probably simplify their healing and self actualization process - i.e. to make it significantly more efficient.
- and (b) On whose authority does one say "you shouldn't" anything? Things are simply as they are, and all "should" or "shouldn't" statements are thus inherently fighting against the reality of 'What Is', and thus are untrue.
You might as well claim that I "shouldn't have to" use a mechanical aid to enable myself (living in Exeter, UK) to visit a friend of mine in Agordo in the Italian Dolomites, because I could walk there*. Yes, indeed I could walk there, but I can think of a few very good reasons why I would normally if not always choose a mechanical aid (even including a thing called an aeroplane) to get me there more quickly and with less effort than I would ever walk it.
* That is, of course, if you forget the English Channel, which would have to be crossed - and in any case it would be too immodest of me to walk across that water in full public view!
The people who rail against using any sort of aid for healing and self actualization / self realization are themselves completely out of touch with the real purpose of self actualization or indeed simple straightforward life improvement, and they seek to put pressure on others to become similarly out of touch with that. Indeed, they can be seen as jealous 'wannabes' with regard to enlightenment and self actualization. Quite a few of them believe that the only valid self actualization comes about through years and indeed decades and indeed whole successive lifetimes of regular meditation practice under a supposedly qualified guru - so, clearly they are attached to a 'path' and really are programmed to be unable to countenance themselves or any 'ordinary' people reaching that objective of self actualization at all 'in the now', nor indeed any really 'serious' life improvement.
In contrast, to a fair amount of opprobrium in various of the more traditionally minded circles, I point to self actualization now, or at least as rapidly as possible. That implies using the most practical and efficient methods available, and putting a clear emphasis on excluding attachment to the methods or the process, and simply enabling your life to turn around just as quickly as it can fundamentally do so.
I make no claim to any of the following methods being 'mine' or totally original, unique or new - but in one important sense they are 'mine' (except that I do not claim intellectual property rights on them), in that I have picked up methods and procedures here and there and adapted them as appropriate, also originating some details or indeed whole procedures, to produce my own synthesis - just in the same way that a music composer will typically draw on all sorts of aspects and details of pre-existing music and add his own elements to produce his unique synthesis in his composition.
The methods in physical terms are few and simple, but the individual healing, clearance, self actualization and other positive intents that can be used in those methods are as varied as what you need to be resolving. As with all so-called 'spiritual' healing, you aren't guaranteed a specific outcome for any specific issue within a particular time-scale, but my experience, and that of others who have been using these methods and have reported back to me, has been that a significant improvement in quality of life experience has resulted over a remarkably short time-scale - though I counsel against depending on any one healing method, as they all have their own strengths and weaknesses / omissions, at least, as used by any one person. For this latter reason I refer you to Healing and Self Actualization - The Safest and Quickest Way in order to point yourself to taking up a healthily balanced set of methods that are at least to some extent complementary to each other.
Attunement to your sphere - Although my
understanding is that this is not actually
necessary
in order for your sphere to function for you*, you
will most likely feel a better connection with it if you do a
simple once-off procedure with it in order to attune yourself to it.
All you do is stand in a relaxed state with feet comfortably somewhat
apart and your legs relaxed enough that if you relaxed them any further
your knees would give way, and, looking into the distance but not in
any spaced out way, you hold your sphere on the very top (crown) of
your head for five to ten seconds, with as empty a mind as you can have
without actually trying to empty it.
* On the other hand, if your sphere has at least some degree of Clarity-Sphere programming, it is definitely necessary to carry out the procedure in order to benefit significantly from that programming.
Hands on the sphere - In all cases below where I indicate to put your hands on the sphere, they go on either side of it and over the top, not quite meeting, and if the sphere is rather small for your hands to have full contact with it, the important thing is to have palms and all fingertips in contact with it, with the fingers all apart and thus not touching each other if at all possible.
Some practices require or at least are greatly enhanced by what I call power breathing, or, in some cases what I call extra-complete breathing or extended complete breathing. These are both an enhancement of complete breathing, and I now describe them.
With your spine in good alignment ('straight' but not held stiffly so), you inhale in a slow and steady manner, through your nostrils and with mouth closed, using your intent to direct the breath into your lower abdomen so that you use your diaphragm. As your lungs continue to fill, you then allow the inhalation to expand your chest too. So, each time you inhale, you fill up to your fullest extent from bottom to top, but without forcing anything.
When you exhale, again you do so through your nostrils and with mouth closed, slowly and steadily till your lungs feel to be completely empty (actually one's lungs never empty completely), but again without forcing it.
In fact, complete breathing is a quite beneficial practice in itself, especially if the tip of your tongue is simultaneously held against the top/front of the palate (just at the back edge of the band of marked indentations). This can be maintained intermittently while getting on with everyday life - but I caution against trying to use it all the time, for if you do that, what you have effectively done is made the 'practice' an attachment, and thus an obstruction to your self actualization process. It is important anyway not to let the conscious mind interfere all the time with the body's own natural breathing rhythm, for doing that in itself would accumulate stress and 'energy' imbalance.
It is very helpful in this sort of breathing if you maintain part of your awareness on the sensation of the air entering and exiting through your nasal passages and nostrils and indeed your windpipe, lungs and abdomen (though of course it is not physically entering your abdomen!). This is very helpful through its having a grounding effect and helping to minimize mental 'chatter', without your needing to go into full formal meditation sessions.
Power breathing is 'complete breathing' as I have described it above, with one important and extremely empowering difference: you do force it! You force the inhalations and the exhalations - AND you force each a little at the end, so you put a little extra effort in emptying your lungs just that little bit more, though without making a big effort of it. And similarly, when you have filled up as much as you would with standard complete breathing, you take in just that little bit more - again not making a big effort of it. So, at either end you get into only the start of what you could call the 'straining range' - if that makes sense for you! The procedure, then, is vigorous but not overly stressful.
In order to ensure that you do not err into hyperventilation (which is harmful and ungrounding, and is generally indicated by a feeling of light-headedness, faintness or unsteadiness on your feet), it makes sense that the pause between breathing cycles be held till you feel that you need to breathe again. On the other hand, if you start feeling suffocated, then you are overdoing the pauses and need to reduce them somewhat. However, the only uses of Power Breathing with a stone sphere require Power Breathing without significant pauses between breathing cycles. This means that it is important to keep those practices short and not draw them out.
Power breathing is thus not a practice in itself, but is a major enhancement of those practices in which it can fit. It conveys two broad types of enhancement to any practice:
This is intermediate between standard complete breathing and power breathing. In this case you do 'force it' a little at the 'full' and 'empty' points, just as in power breathing, but you are not actually breathing forcefully, so, in all respects apart from the slight over-filling and over-emptying, it is standard complete breathing, and, as in the latter, your breathing is slow (otherwise you'd hyperventilate).
Theoretically, the above breathing modes could all be combined with cyclic breathing, but in practice this is generally best kept distinct. Cyclic breathing has also been called 'weaving breathing' or 'weaving breaths', and no doubt other terms have also been used for it.
The distinguishing feature of cyclic breathing is that you breathe in
through your nostrils and out through your mouth. In practice it is most
effective for the purposes that I am talking of if you have your mouth
notionally closed during cyclic breathing, so
that when you exhale you do so between still partially closed lips with a
slightly forced 'pfffff'. Generally, for all the procedures involving spheres
the cyclic
breaths are very quick and thus shallow. This could well be very roughly
two cyclic breath cycles per second or even slightly faster.
I tend to use the term 'cyclic blows', not to mean hitting anything but to signify cyclic breaths whose exhalations are being directed at something. Thus, I would call cyclic breaths that are directed at a Clarity-Sphere or Energy Egg 'cyclic blows' upon the particular object.
Generally speaking, the various practices that I describe are more effective if completed by use of a very small procedure that could be said figuratively to 'put a seal upon your intent' in the practice and, according to the indications from my own inner inquiry, generally it somewhat extends the continuation of the healing process that the practice has initiated, and maybe intensifies it a bit too.
There are two alternative procedures that I use and recommend. The first given here is what anyone can do.
All this procedure consists of is bringing your hands together as though in praying position*, with fingers of each hand together, straight and pointing upwards, but each hand touching the other ONLY at the tips of fingers and thumbs, so that actually your hands would be held roof-wise at an angle of something like 45 degrees to each other. You hold this hand position close to and level with your lower to middle chest area for a moment. If you are in a hurry, you can do just that in, say, a second. However, it is more effective if you hold that position while you hold the tip of your tongue to your palate and go through one or even, for maximum effect, two extra-complete breathing cycles. It is thus still a very brief end-of-practice procedure, even when done for optimal effectiveness.
* It is greatly helpful to disregard any notions of a religious or 'spiritual' significance in this, and it has nothing to do with praying or with any sort of reverential gesture; the procedure is simply a particular way of focusing your closing intent for the practice or method - much as to obtain water you have to turn a tap on (or carry out some other relevant procedure).
The second method that I suggest is for people who have a Clarity-Sphere or Energy Egg with them at the time. All you do for that is hold the Clarity-Sphere or one end of the Energy Egg (the broad end if you have one of the older egg-shaped ones) to your mid-brow position, on the bony bit just above the bridge of your nose, and swallow twice while holding it there. For myself, energy testing indicated that this was preferable to the two-hands method, but other people might get a different result for that. Either method appears to work well anyway.
* N.B. You do not actually need to wait have anything to swallow, for it is the swallowing movement itself that is the effective 'agent'.
This procedure was originally called Grounding Post, because it was originated using not a sphere but the top of a wooden post well planted into the ground. This procedure is more broadly described in Some Potent Self Actualization / Healing Practices. However, there I dwell primarily on my original form of the procedure, which you could call the 'pouncing' version, whereas here, where we are talking about using a sphere instead of the top of a wooden post, there is an alternative version, which I call the Tonglen-style breathing version, which theoretically for most people would generally be more effective when working with a sphere (though it could still be very effective when done on a wooden post).
I am tending to de-emphasize the Tonglen-style breathing version of 'straight' Grounding Point, however, because to a certain extent it is subject to the caveats that I give with regard to the Tonglen breathing procedure. This is not because of anything wrong with the method but because of certain beliefs / illusory realities that some people would be carrying, often unawarely, that can interact in an adverse way with any hint of breathing in or indeed ingesting problematical or so-called 'negative' energies, even when, as here, that breathing in would be only a symbolic taking-in of those problematical elements. It is best to use energy testing to establish whether it would be better for you to use the 'pouncing' or the Tonglen-style breathing version at the current time.
Grounding Point can be used for dissolving or removing (or at least helping to do so) anything untoward that is emotional or non-physical, though this will not necessarily happen in just one go. Thus it can be used for clearing thought forms, illusory realities, beliefs, troublesome thoughts, emotional issues, the underlying issues causing patterns, memories* that keep gaining your attention or affecting your life in some way, 'entities', elementals, 'energy implants', inner communication pathways that troublesome external influences (i.e. what I call the dark force) are exploiting - and so on.
* Although you go through the motions of 'zapping' the particular memories, you never actually remove the memories themselves as data. What does happen is that a memory's loading with problematical issues, and one's attachment to it, gets progressively cleared - so the Grounding Point 'zapping' is a cleaning-up operation, not a destructive one. Here, then, is the 'pouncing' version of Grounding Point.
You sit on an upright chair at a desk or table with the sphere on its stand immediately in front of you so that you can place your hands on it without having to reach out significantly. Your back is upright and straight, though not stiffly so, and your head lightly poised on your neck, with no drooping of the latter - something that would be natural for you if you have properly taken up the Alexander Technique. Your feet are squarely placed on the floor in a relaxed fashion, and not tucked up underneath the chair, and there is no leg crossing. The tip of your tongue is held to your palate, just a little in front of what I would call the roof of the mouth, at all times except when you are doing the cyclic blows.
Start with a moment of attunement to your sphere. You place your hands (at least palms and all fingertips) on either side of the sphere, maintaining your gaze upon it with as empty a mind as possible (without trying to force anything) for about five to fifteen seconds, while complete breathing.
Bring your hands down together into a cupped formation just in front of (i.e. on your side of) the sphere, and direct your gaze into that 'cup', using your intent, with as little words as possible and preferably no words, to visualize whatever you have chosen to 'zap'. While you are doing this, you are using Power Breathing, still with the tip of your tongue to your palate. You cultivate a sense of problematical, distorted energies gathering in your cupped hands in a confused writing mass. It is best by far to avoid deliberately visualizing anything clear and concrete; it really is a 'visualization' with intent rather than detailed graphic images - so any images that you do deliberately direct into your cupped hands are best to be vague, generalized ones. If any clear, detailed images do happen to appear spontaneously, simply allow them to dissolve into the seething mass in your cupped hands, without paying especial attention to them.
Then, after a few Power Breathing cycles, when you feel ready, you power-inhale again to the straining-full point and at that instant you 'pounce' your cupped hands upon the sphere, so that they are over the top and on both sides, not quite in contact with each other. In the 'pouncing' process the hands do remain in contact but you keep them in contact with each other at their 'heels' as you turn them over inwards, all in one fast movement as you 'pounce' as you simultaneously power-exhale. I describe this as 'pouncing', because you do it as though what is in your cupped hands would do its damnedest to escape if it knew what was coming to it. The purpose of doing it in this manner is that it greatly focuses and intensifies your intent for that clearance.
The more powerful option here is to immediately follow the 'pounce' with five gentle but firm 'claps' of both hands onto the sphere (at the same speed as the rapid cyclic breaths), with your breath held at full-to-straining, so that you do not exhale until you have done those 'claps'.With your hands now back on the sphere, and still Power Breathing, you maintain your gaze upon the sphere, with your clear intent that whatever you are 'zapping' is now dissipating and transforming into the ground through the sphere. Strictly speaking, probably nothing is really going into the ground like that, but that particular intent is very effective and grounding as a figurative image. We don't concern ourselves here with what is 'true' (which actually can never be known), but simply with what works best for our purpose.
After probably three full Power Breathing cycles you power-inhale again to the straining-full point and, with your breath held there, you deliver five rapid cyclic blows onto the top of the sphere, then power-exhale.
For best results you immediately follow in a relaxed way with your chosen end-of-practice procedure.
In the Tonglen-style breathing version, the structure of the session is the same, but there is no power breathing, and instead of focusing the problematical elements into your cupped hands you 'breathe them in', drawing in a steady stream of air through partially closed lips to a reasonably comfortable full point, and then breathe them out in a similarly steady narrow focused stream into your sphere. As you are completing that exhalation you carry out five gentle but firm 'claps' of both hands upon the sphere, then moving on to the five cyclic blows and the final double hand-clap as detailed above.
This Tonglen-style breathing method is made more effective if you first quickly draw a small icon on a piece of paper, to represent the problematical items that you are intending to 'zap'. You do NOT use a formal symbol for that (the dark force always involved), but some sort of benign icon, such as simply a very small circle into which you've scribbled to represent all the distorted 'energies' - it really is that simple! Then, when you are breathing in the 'nasties' you actually do it from your little icon. This simple technique would enable just about anyone to maintain a better focus of their intent for this 'zapping' purpose.
In practical terms you can simply use exactly the same procedure as described above for Grounding Point, but with one crucial difference - your intent. Instead of focusing something untoward into your cupped hands for 'zapping', or breathing it in, here you start off with the clear intent that what you are focusing into your cupped hands or breathing in is your particular positive intent that you want to actualize. Thus, when you 'pounce' your hands upon the sphere or breathe your stream of 'whatever' into it you are not 'zapping' anything in the sense of getting rid of it, but are putting an intensely expressed 'activation push' and 'seal' upon that positive intent of yours.
Normally such intents will be specific healing or self actualization ones, though any genuinely positive and beneficial intent could be treated this way. Indeed, if in the past you have tended to pray, say, for positive things in the world, this 'positive intent Grounding Point' is the best way that I know of to make anything effective of your positive intent to an extent that praying (which is always self disempowering and dark force connecting) never could.
To be effective, the positive or healing intent needs to be clearly formulated in your mind BEFORE you start, so that, with that intent clear in your mind, you can then focus it into your cupped hands in more or less non-verbal form, and it needs to be affirmative and self empowering in a way that praying can never be because the latter is always asking some external agency to change things, whereas this method is simply affirming your own intent (as a manifestation of fundamental consciousness or 'the Ultimate') that 'the Ultimate' (i.e. your own very deepest aspect) will in some measure then be able to actualize over time what is really its own intent.
Most commonly the most effective intent to set will be a positive statement that would also serve well as the core of a formal declaration of intent (see the next section). Thus, for my quite seriously torn right quadriceps muscle I set my intent that "My leg muscles are all fully functional and in perfect working order, and fully balanced in strength between right and left legs". For clearing the dark force interferences on my anus and bladder sphincter I first formulated my intent as "My anus and bladder sphincter are fully and healthily functional and free from pain or any sort of interference".
There is no one right way to formulate your intents for this purpose, but generally the most straightforwardly positive statements are bound to be the most effective. However, there are times when it is worthwhile using this method twice in succession for a particular issue, using two differently formulated versions. Thus, if we take the latter intent quoted above, another version of that intent, which could be very helpful in addition (best not combined in the same session) would be "My anus and bladder sphincter are actively healing and all interferences are clearing from them - and this is happening with all speed".
You will have noted how these intents are ALL expressed in the present tense. That is extremely important, and is why declarations of intent that you may encounter in some other quarters may be much less effective. The moment I use an intent that my anus and bladder sphincter will be[...], or "I intend that[...]will be[...]", I have weakened the effect, because I am really then expressing more of a hope that they will improve some time in the future. The future, however, is merely a 'virtual', speculative 'reality', not what I would call a 'real' reality. If anything at all can be called 'genuine reality', it is only the present - 'What Is'.
I am not saying that the latter, "will be...", version of the intent would not work at all, but here I am looking to the most direct, powerful, efficient and empowering ways of working. Why use a weaker format when you can just as easily use the strongest, completely present-tense format?
I have found the Tonglen-style breathing version to be a significant improvement in various ways, both in generally greater effectiveness and in feeling more harmonious and less stressful, and without any risk of hyperventilation. I recommend that people use energy testing to see whether the original, 'pouncing' version or this one would be best for them to use at the current time. Whereas some people could potentially run into problems through using the Tonglen-style breathing version of 'straight' Grounding Point (because in that they are visualizing themselves as breathing in problematical 'energies' and images), that caveat does not significantly apply to use of Tonglen-style breathing for 'positive intent Grounding Point', because what is visualized as being breathed in is all wholesome and positive.
The tip of your tongue is held to your palate, just a little in front of what I'd call the roof of the mouth, at all times except when you are doing the cyclic blows.
Start with a moment of attunement to your sphere. You place your hands (at least palms and all fingertips) on either side of the sphere, maintaining your gaze upon it with as empty a mind as possible (without trying to force anything) for about five to fifteen seconds, while complete breathing.
With your hands placed thus and your gaze on the sphere, formulate in your mind the particular positive intent that you intend to set and activate, and quickly sketch on a piece of paper a simple 'icon' to represent your positive intent. This would be something like a basic 'sun' representation or a happy-looking smiley, and not what one would recognise as a symbol (there would be dark force involvement in the use of symbols).
Keeping your hands on the sphere and returning your gaze to it, deliver five rapid cyclic blows on the top of it.
With your hands still in place on the sphere, you transfer your gaze to your icon representing your specific current positive intent, and, in the style of Tonglen breathing, through partially closed lips you draw in a steady narrow stream of air, which you visualize in a generalized sort of way as actually being your positive intent being drawn from that icon, and then at 'full' point you transfer your gaze to the sphere and breathe out a steady narrow focused 'beam' of that positive intent into the sphere.
As that exhalation finishes, you carry out five gentle but firm 'claps' of both hands onto the sphere (at the same speed as the rapid cyclic breaths) before you inhale again.
You inhale to a comfortable (not completely full) point and deliver five rapid cyclic blows onto the top of the sphere, then complete-exhale.
For best results you immediately follow in a relaxed way with your chosen end-of-practice procedure.
This extremely important method, completely omitted from most healing and self actualization traditions and systems, overlaps with the previous method in what it aims to achieve, but actually works in a quite different way, so that the two methods are actually complementary to each other and mutually reinforcing. They are best therefore both used and not seen as actual alternatives to each other.
The formal reading of affirmations or declarations of intent (DOIs) works at a very basic - or you could say, fundamental - level: laying a powerful catalyzing foundation for whatever healing and positive life change measures that you may take, and making them greatly more effective. Regular reading of a full set of affirmations / DOIs for comprehensive self actualization brings about positive effects not only in the background but also enables you to progressively gain conscious focus upon and alignment with your deeper self actualization intent, so making it progressively easier to recognise and let go of obstructive influences or factors in your life experience - whether any particular influences / factors appear to be 'internal' or 'external'.
I have produced a comprehensive set of affirmations and DOIs for comprehensive self healing, self actualization and clearance of 'entities' and all manner of negative or obstructive influences. At first glance they may appear too challenging to stomach, but, by the same token, they demonstrate how incomplete and wide of the mark are almost everyone's aspirations and measures that are supposedly towards self actualization. No wonder virtually nobody has yet got genuinely clear of interferences and influences from the dark force!
These affirmations can be obtained from The Guide to Complete Self Actualization. To make all your healing, clearance and self actualization process and all your methods and measures immensely more effective for you, use the affirmations regularly - preferably daily - for, say, a couple of months (but ANY use will assist greatly) before you reduce the frequency to possibly something like monthly (but best to follow the indications of careful and rigorous energy testing as to when or how often to read them) . After an initial reading of the full version, for most people it would be more practical to read the shortened version daily and the full version weekly.
Important!
There is a
specific optimal way of carrying out a formal reading of these or any
individual affirmations or DOIs, and I give it further below. Just to
read them, even if done in a formal manner out aloud, although better
than nothing, is of limited
effectiveness, so this is where your stone sphere comes into the
picture to assist you in clarifying and intensifying the focus of your
intent.
I now give here a few examples of specific DOIs that I myself have used, just to show the way that you do this, and the necessary format for greatest effectiveness. You will note that there is no trace in these of invoking, asking or communicating with any external presence(s) or 'energies'. Various other people's DOIs or supposed affirmations are replete with such features, and they are all weakening in their effect, not to mention their tending to increase connections with the dark force.
For each DOI that you want to use, you need to write it down first if you have not already got it in writing or print, and then carry out the formal reading procedure that I describe further below. Formally reading a written / printed DOI makes more connection with your deepest aspects than does just thinking or saying something that is in your mind, and thus is much more effective.
You will note in the following examples that, for greatest effectiveness, the future tense is not used in any DOIs - only the present tense. I know I am repeating myself in mentioning again the matter of using the present tense, but this is important and so easily gets forgotten. Even if your health appears to be really poor, you still affirm your intent that you are 100% healthy now and at all times. If you weaken on that by writing “I affirm my intent that I will be 100% healthy…”, you are presenting yourself with a pie-in-the-sky declaration, which reflects a lack of real commitment to your intent and thus weakens its healing effect.
I originally tended to use "and that this is coming about as speedily as possible" to complete DOIs. The problem with that wording is that 'as possible' tends to carry connotations of doubt and of limited expectations, so actually it is best avoided in favour of the expression used in the DOIs below.
I affirm my intent that I am clear of all connections that would be weakening for me, and that this is coming about with all speed.
I affirm my intent that I am 100% healthy physically and that I have no remaining adverse effects from any previous environmental stresses, and that this is coming about with all speed.
I affirm my intent that I am free of all obstructions to my having healthy and fulfilling relationships with other people at all levels, and that such relationships are manifesting for me to the greatest extent that is genuinely beneficial to me, and that this is coming about with all speed.
I affirm my intent that my anus, bladder sphincter and all other sphincters, and all other parts of my body, have full and undistorted function, free from the interference of external entities, influences or agencies of any type, and that this is coming about with all speed.
This one is specifically for people with problems at the anus or bladder sphincter - a major proportion of which are, to my best current understanding, caused by interference from the dark force.
I affirm my intent that I am free of all obstructions to my having abundance in all aspects of my life, and that that abundance is manifesting for me to the greatest extent that is genuinely beneficial for me, and that this is coming about with all speed.
I affirm my intent that my approach to all my life events and issues is consistently positive and constructive, and that I am without any feelings and tendencies to depression, apathy or powerlessness, and that I am making consistently strengthening and constructive choices in my life, and am following those choices through in my actions as long as they continue to be strengthening for me (as determined by careful use of energy testing).
If you have been having some sort of 'depression', please be aware that it is no good just depending on the relevant declaration of intent to clear it on its own. You ALSO need to take a range of positive measures to ensure that you speedily get out of depression when it comes on, and to make it much more difficult for depression to take a hold in the first place. It would also be very helpful to have a proper understanding of what depression really is (i.e. as far as I can tell on the basis of my own observations and insights) - please see The True Nature of 'the Dark Force' and its Interference and Attacks.
I affirm my intent that I am clear of all entities, dark force interferences and influences, soul programming, implants, thought forms and other foreign 'energies', and that this is coming about with all speed.
I affirm my intent that any entities that are currently attached to or connected with me are clear of all dark force or entity interferences and influences, soul programming, implants, thought forms and other foreign energies, and are thus free to revert to fundamental consciousness, and that this is coming about with all speed.
I affirm my intent that all thought forms in the astral sub-reality, including all those that are part of the dark force or 'dark side', are now and in all future times free to dissolve and revert to pure, healthy consciousness 'energy', and that this is coming about with all speed.
I affirm my intent that the astral sub-reality itself is 100% healthy and clear of all distortions, and is thus reclaimed as a fully functional and useful part of the consciousness of myself and all other beings, and that this is coming about with all speed.
I have established two methods that work well - the second appearing to work better for me and very likely working better also for the majority of other people (but probably not all). The methods are partly identical, the differences corresponding to the two methods that I give for 'positive-intent Grounding Point'.
N.B. When you are working through a set of affirmations / DOIs that covers more than one sheet of paper, it is not materially disruptive to the proceedings if you temporarily remove one hand from the sphere to reposition / turn over sheets as necessary (indeed, doing so would actually be helping you to maintain the groundedness of your awareness). It is best still to keep as much of your gaze as reasonably possible on the sphere, and the tip of your tongue to your palate, so that altogether you have a very clear conscious awareness and intent that you are still continuing the session during that little pause.
On the other hand, what would be somewhat disruptive and weakening for the session would be your getting tense and anxious that you might be disrupting the session by doing something practical that actually needs to be done. It is important, therefore, to be very relaxed about the whole procedure, and to accept that very likely for every single session of this procedure that you have, its effectiveness will not be fully 100% of its potential. That indeed is most likely true of every such session that I have had myself. Not only do I have pauses for rearrangement of the sheets of paper, but I have them also for scratching transient itches, grunting, coughing, snorting, blowing my nose, burping, farting and so on.
Even if you have to answer the front door to somebody in the middle of the session, nothing is lost really if you pause the session for that and then resume the session reasonably quickly. A very helpful thing to do in that event is to actually make a physical gesture of pausing the session (i.e. putting it on hold) before you break off to deal with the temporary disturbance. My own gesture for pausing such a session would be to carry out the five 'claps' of both hands upon the sphere, with the specific intent that at that point it marks my pausing the session. The obvious thing to do then upon 'resume' is a repeat of that gesture - just as you press the Pause button on a CD or video player both to pause the session and to resume it.
If you seem to make rather a hash of things when you first use either of the procedures given below, the healthy approach is to not worry about it and to rejoice in your learning process and the fact that you are bound to be progressively more effective for your future sessions.
The important point, therefore, is what you are succeeding in doing while you are doing the best that is actually practical at that time - not the actually quite academic point that you are failing to achieve the full 100% of a notional 'perfection' that, realistically, nobody would ever achieve!
You sit on an upright chair at a desk or table with the sphere on its stand immediately in front of you, close enough to you that you can read the writing or print on the sheet of affirmations / DOI(s), which is placed just beyond the sphere. Your back is upright and straight, though not stiffly so, and your head is lightly poised on your neck, with no drooping of the latter - something that would be natural for you if you have properly taken up the Alexander Technique. Your lower legs (only!) are crossed - i.e. at the ankles, with the soles of your feet still in as full a contact as possible with the floor, and not tucked up underneath the chair. The tip of your tongue is held to your palate, just a little in front of what I would call the roof of the mouth.
Start with a moment of attunement to your sphere. You place your hands (at least palms and all fingertips) on either side of the sphere, maintaining your gaze upon it with as empty a mind as possible (without trying to force anything) for about five to fifteen seconds, while complete breathing.
Keeping your hands on the sphere, you now read the first (or only) affirmation or DOI, slowly and deliberately, while extra-complete breathing. Indeed, read it at least twice, so that it and its meaning are well imprinted in your mind.
Then, continuing extra-complete breathing, you let go of those words in your mind and transfer your gaze to the sphere with your hands still on it, and, with your intent transmitted in your gaze, place that affirmation or DOI completely wordlessly (i.e. you place the meaning, not the words) into the sphere.
Allow a
cycle of extra-complete breathing before a firm but gentle five
'claps' of both
hands on the sides / top of the sphere (to 'put a seal' upon the
DOI just
placed in the sphere) and then moving on.
Although this is not essential, it is actually helpful, for each occurrence during the whole session, to very briefly uncross your lower legs for each time that you carry out the five 'claps' upon the sphere - immediately crossing them again.
If there are more items to read, you repeat the previous sequence of reading the affirmation or DOI and then transferring the intent into the sphere and carrying out the five 'claps' upon the latter, repeating this until you have successively read each affirmation / DOI and placed it wordlessly into the sphere. If there are no more to read and place in the sphere, you move on...
Quickly bring your hands down into a 'cupped' configuration immediately between you and the sphere, transferring your gaze from the sphere into your cupped hands. You are now including a 'positive intent Grounding Point' session within this session. You are now thus power-breathing, placing the fullness of your deeply held intent of the just-read DOIs / affirmations into your cupped hands and then 'pouncing' that intent onto the sphere as you transfer your gaze back to it, immediately following that by gently but firmly 'clapping' both hands five times on the sphere at the same sort of speed as in your five cyclic blows. Keep your hands on the sphere then, and after a few power breathing cycles like this, you move on...
With your hands and gaze still on the sphere and the tip of your tongue still to your palate, deliver five more rapid cyclic blows upon the top of the sphere, then returning the tip of your tongue to your palate.
Maintaining your gaze on the sphere with your hands on it, you 'extra-complete' (or 'power', if you carried out the last step) inhale to your fullest point (slightly straining), with the tip of your tongue still held to your palate, and at that instant, as rapidly as possible you take your hands from the sphere and deliver two loud claps in the quickest possible succession. You then exhale naturally and release your position, for the practice is now finished - except for...
You carry out your chosen end of practice procedure.
"I am sorry, but I am no good at this because I simply can't focus my intent like that!"
A word of encouragement here about transmitting your intent in your gaze, into the sphere. You may well feel that you are unable to do this effectively. Actually the key to this is to STOP worrying about that, and simply to be relaxed and apparently empty-minded and to proceed as though it really is working and your intent is transmitting without your having to do anything, let alone try to do anything! It is just that easy - and it will become progressively more effective with practice. Anyone who seeks to put their intent in some tangible form into the sphere by means of conscious willpower is not placing their deeper intent all that effectively (or indeed at all), even if it looks subjectively more powerful or impressive.
In fact, if you do feel to have difficulty over transmitting your intent in that way, you would most likely find the following method easier for you to keep your focus.
Then, continuing extra-complete breathing, you 'generalize' your gaze at the written / printed affirmation / DOI, so that you are looking at it as a whole and no longer actually reading it, and, using a generalized 'visualization with intent', you breathe in the full meaning of that affirmation / DOI off the paper, in a steady narrow stream through your partially closed lips.
At a comfortable 'full' point you transfer your gaze to the sphere and exhale in similar fashion, now directing a steady focused stream of the meaning and intent of the current affirmation / DOI into the sphere.
In both the inhalation and exhalation stages you may find it very helpful to hold in your mind a reminder phrase or keyword or two relating to the affirmation / DOI contents, and visualize that phrase or words as being in the stream of intent that you are inhaling and then exhaling - much as in the EFT a simple reminder phrase (or indeed word) is typically used during the tapping sequence, to enable you to keep focus on the full meaning of the setup statement while not actually having to go through the purgatory of repeating the whole statement each time.
As you are coming towards 'empty' point, uncross your lower legs and carry out five firm but gentle 'claps' of both hands on the sides / top of the sphere at about the speed of your previous five cyclic blows (to 'put a seal' upon the DOI just placed in the sphere).
If there are more items to read, you recross your lower legs and repeat the previous sequence of reading the affirmation or DOI and then transferring the intent into the sphere, repeating this sequence for each item until you have successively read each and placed it wordlessly into the sphere. If there are no more to read and place in the sphere, you move on...
If you are reading a sequence of affirmations / DOIs, you can further
enhance the effectiveness of the reading by now carrying out the inhalation of your intent from ALL of the affirmations /
DOIs that you have read in this session, and then exhaling it into the sphere.
You do it exactly the same as for the individual items, but without actually
reading the whole lot again; you simply have all the relevant sheets together
in front of you (they can be stacked together), and inhale a steady stream of
all the intent(s) contained within the whole set. Similarly, as your
exhalation comes towards completion you gently but
firmly 'clap' both
hands five
times on the sphere at the same sort of speed as in your five
cyclic blows. (Again your legs are crossed for this until you are about to
do the 'claps' upon the sphere, after which they remain uncrossed.)
You inhale to a comfortable (not full) point, and, with your hands and gaze still on the sphere, deliver five more rapid cyclic blows upon the top of the sphere, then returning the tip of your tongue to your palate.
Maintaining your gaze on the sphere with your hands on it, you 'extra-complete' inhale to your fullest point (slightly straining), with the tip of your tongue still held to your palate, and at that instant, as rapidly as possible you take your hands from the sphere and deliver two loud claps in the quickest possible succession. You then exhale naturally and release your position, for the practice is now finished - except for...
You carry out your chosen end of practice procedure.
For an enhanced self healing session here is a simple and effective method.
Carry out the 'positive-intent Grounding Point' procedure, in order to set your positive healing intent for the session. If you do need to 'zap' some untoward things such as illusory realities or emotional issues, you use the standard Grounding Point procedure on those first, before starting this session (or of course you could do them afterwards). For most people in almost all cases the Tonglen-style breathing version of 'positive-intent Grounding Point' would be the most effective.
Your healing intent for this purpose may be something like "I am fully healthy and complete in body, mind and all non-physical aspects" for an across-the-board general healing, or it may be more specific for the particular session, such as "I am fully and completely free and clear of all interferences and attacks from external entities or influences [/ the dark force], and am fully immune to any future attempts to interfere with me", or "My endocrine system is healthy and fully functioning (with particular reference to my [...])", or "My legs are both fully healthy and at least as strong as would be needed for my most demanding pursuits, and they are in perfect balance with each other" (for, say, a quadriceps rupture), or "I am emotionally free, happy and buoyant, with no further inappropriate painful emotions" and so on.
Now having carried out 'positive-intent Grounding Point' to set and
activate your healing intent, without a break in the proceedings, sitting there
with
your
sphere in front of you and in close reach of it for comfortably putting
your hands on it in the standard way, you replace your hands on the
sphere and the tip of your tongue to your palate, and keep your gaze on
the sphere for something like one extra-complete breathing cycle, just
to reinforce your current connection with the sphere (i.e. really with
the healing intent that you have just set). With your gaze still on the sphere
you then deliver five firm but gentle 'claps' of both hands upon the sphere, to
create a specific connection with the sphere for this particular session of the
following procedure.
Again without a break in the proceedings, you place your hands upon yourself to give yourself a hands-on healing session of as long as your intuition or - better - energy testing (internal method) indicates - probably about 5-8 minutes in any one session. You do not try to visualize nor make anything happen, but allow your mind to be as empty as reasonably possible without forcing anything, just keeping aware of your healing intent for the session in a general sort of way without trying to emphasize it (you already did the latter at the start).
You are extra-complete breathing for the duration of the session, but without the tip of your tongue held to your palate. However, if you forget and do hold it there, it would not cause a problem of any sort.
In 'energy' terms, probably the best place for your hands to be is on your shoulders - but that is liable to be stressful for most people to hold for long, and actually another excellent position is obliquely on the upper chest, converging at the most comfortable angle to the top of the sternum (breast bone), where fingers may or may not touch. There is nothing to stop you going through, for example, the Reiki self healing hand positions, but for this purpose that is really a lot of unnecessary work, and would tend to distract from the simplicity of working from your core essence, and could cultivate still some attachment to any illusory reality involving the existence of chakras and the 'aura'.
An alternative approach for this stage of the sequence is to keep your hands on the sphere (with the tip of your tongue held to your palate) instead of yourself and use the sphere as a surrogate, actually representing you. If your sphere is programmed to function as a Clarity-Sphere, this would most likely be the preferred approach to use, though it would be best to use energy testing to establish what would be most helpful for you at the current time.
A very worthwhile addition to the self-healing session is to include within it a brief use of the eight point eye movements, with your eyes kept open. Generally just two executions of the eye movement sequence is all that would be helpful, and particular attention needs to be given to keeping your head, as far as possible, staying put and not following the eyes. As soon as your eyes have returned to centre at the completion of the two cycles of eye movements you close your eyes and keep them thus for one or two complete or extra-complete breathing cycles; you then open them and continue with the session.
During this procedure you keep your hands on yourself or on the sphere
throughout, so that you do not lose continuity in the session. You could put
this procedure anywhere within the hands-on session, but I note that I am
always intuited to carry it out late in the session, so that only a few more
cycles of complete / extra-complete breathing would then pass before I close
the session.
My understanding is that use of this particular 'sub-procedure' carries out a similar function to the 'nine-gamut' sequence that is used in the EFT - effectively helping to balance the system and weaken various blocks and hindrances to the healing process caused by such imbalances.
When you choose to bring the session to an end, you wait till you are at a (slightly straining) empty point in your extra-complete breathing, then place your hands back onto the sphere in the standard manner (i.e. if you had your hands placed upon yourself), simultaneously placing the tip of your tongue on your palate again, and you then inhale to a comfortable 'full' point and carry out five rapid cyclic blows* upon the sphere, then exhale and then inhale fully to slightly straining. At that fullest point, as rapidly as possible you remove your hands from the sphere and do a loud double clap. You then release your position and exhale normally.
* Your tongue naturally comes away from your palate for this; you replace it as soon as the cyclic blows have completed.
Alternatively, if you had your hands on yourself rather than the sphere for the 'healing', you can keep your hands on yourself for that final inhalation leading up to the double hand-clap. In that event you still have the tip of your tongue to your palate for that particular inhalation. Your own energy testing may indicate a preference as to which option to use.
For best results, immediately then carry out your chosen end of practice procedure.
Let me emphasize that neither here nor anywhere else where I talk of
physical healing within my healing and self actualization methodology am I
referring to instant 'miracle' cures. It would of course be great to be able to
achieve such things, but the problem is that, if they could be achieved at all,
it would only be via seriously harmful methods, which involve illusory
realities and very strong dark force involvement. Sadly, therefore, 'miracle'
healings, even with the best of intentions, and even those of the Biblical caricature-myth
of Jesus, effectively come within the arena of 'black magic', and need to be
steered well clear of by anyone serious about genuine self actualization.
The general self healing procedure given further above can include physical healing, according to the intent that you set at the start. However, there is also another simple thing you may be able to do. You may do this as a session in its own right or tag it onto the above type of hands-on session. It is practical only with spheres at the smaller end of the useful size range - so if you have a 120mm sphere it would be difficult to use for this purpose. Indeed, if you want to use this procedure and your sphere is really too large, you may wish to obtain an additional suitable sphere of, say, about 80mm size to use specifically for this purpose. Although still smaller would be more convenient, it would not be such an effective resonator with your healing intent - but there is nothing to stop you choosing that option if you wish.
The procedure is to carry out the full sequence given above for hands on healing, except that in place of the hands-on healing part of it you palm-roll your sphere to and fro on the affected part(s) of your body - at least, if it is any sort of local issue. You may have to come away from your table or desk to do this, but when you have done the palm rolling of the sphere you return to sitting in front of your sphere on its stand / stabilizer to complete the sequence.
If you are addressing a generalized problem such as an infection or blood disorder, palm-roll the sphere to and fro over as much of your body as reasonably possible, with the intent that you are really palm-rolling it over every part of your body. You can do it over thin clothing, but it would be more effective directly on the skin. If the issue is something deep within - for example an issue with your gall bladder - simply palm-roll the sphere to and fro over where you think it is. That would be most effective, of course, if you have a reasonable knowledge of anatomy so that the particular organ really is where you think it is - but because you are working with your intent there would be bound to be reasonable beneficial effect even if you had actually got the position wrong.
N.B. If you have a mini-Clarity-Sphere or an Energy Egg, despite its small size, palm-rolling that on the relevant part(s) of your body looks to very likely be more effective than doing it with a non-programmed sphere. You still use your working ('desktop') sphere for all other parts of the sequence.
If the person is present, the sequence is essentially the same as that given above for self healing sessions, with the odd differences. You still start with the setting of your healing intent, but when you do that you look at the person and then, using your intent in your gaze, you focus your fresh mental impression of that person plus your healing intent for him / her into your cupped hands for 'pouncing' onto the sphere - or, better in most cases, you use the second method that I give further above for 'positive-intent Grounding Point', using Tonglen-style breathing together with a little sketched icon to represent your specific positive healing intent for the session.
You have the person already sitting nicely upright on an upright chair, and, at the point where in self healing you would put your hands upon yourself, you get up, come behind the person and gently place your hands on his / her shoulders and keep them there while extra-complete breathing - again with as empty a mind as you can manage without trying to empty it, and a general awareness of your healing intent, without deliberately visualizing or trying to make anything happen. When your intuition or energy testing indicates 'strengthening' for moving on, you return to sitting at your desk to complete the sequence just as in the self healing sequence. Naturally it would be best to remember to advise the person at the beginning that when you complete the session there will be a point where you deliver two sudden rapid loud claps with your hands - though you can omit that action if you feel that it would cause too much startlement or bewilderment; it is an intensifier, so it is beneficial to do, but not essential. You can also carry out the claps in a manner that greatly reduces their loudness, by holding back on the movement of your arms just as the hands are coming together - while maintaining the intent that you are still doing really loud claps, even though they are not much being heard by anyone (this can also be done to make such hand-claps quiet at night so as not to disturb immediate neighbours).
If the person is not present, again the sequence is essentially the same as that given further above for self healing sessions, with the odd differences.
You still start with the setting of your healing intent, and again, when you do that you focus a mental impression of that person plus your healing intent for him / her into your cupped hands for 'pouncing' onto the sphere. However, to make this most effective you actually have a photo of the person in front of you (probably just beyond the sphere),or, failing a photo, some object that is directly connected with the person - a letter from him / her, a ring and so on. In any case, immediately before you do the 'positive intent Grounding Point' procedure to set your healing intent you place your hands on the sphere, complete breathing, with tip of tongue to your palate, and gaze at the photo or other object with the intent of getting as strong a mental impression of the person as possible (without worrying whether or not you are getting much of an impression!).
If at all possible, you have a photo of the person in front of you (probably just beyond the sphere),or, failing a photo, some object that is directly connected with the person - a letter from him / her, a ring and so on. You place your hands on the sphere, complete breathing, with tip of tongue to your palate, and gaze at the photo or other object with the intent of getting as strong a mental impression of the person as possible (without worrying whether or not you are getting much of an impression!).
You carry out the 'positive intent Grounding Point' procedure as described for self healing, but of course here you are setting your healing intent for the other person, and so with your intent in your gaze, you place your overall mental impression of the person (not specifically or limited to a visual image) into your cupped hands, or breathe it in, along with your healing intent for that person.
Without a break in the proceedings, sitting there with your sphere in front of you, complete breathing, with the tip of your tongue to your palate, you replace your hands on the sphere if you had removed them, and return your gaze to the photo or other object connected with the person, and then transfer your gaze to the sphere, using your intent to place your mental impression of the person into the sphere, as though the sphere has now become that person.
Again you may make that more powerful by using the Tonglen-style breathing instead to effectively pick up a sort of symbolic 'presence' of the person from the picture or object and transfer it to the sphere.
You stay like that, now regarding yourself as giving the person (via the sphere) a hands-on healing session of as long as your intuition or - better - energy testing (internal method) indicates. That would probably be about 5-8 minutes in any one session. As with self healing, you do not try to visualize nor make anything happen, but allow your mind to be as empty as reasonably possible without forcing anything, just keeping aware of your healing intent for the session in a general sort of way without trying to emphasize it (you already did the latter at the start).
You are extra-complete breathing for the duration of the session, with the tip of your tongue held to your palate (it is only when you put your hands on yourself that you do not gain anything significant by doing that with your tongue).
* Your tongue naturally comes away from your palate for this; you replace it as soon as the cyclic blows have completed.
For best results, immediately carry out your chosen end of practice procedure.
Use of surrogates in healing
The use of an object to represent the recipient of a healing, and to go through the motions of giving 'healing' to that object, is quite a widely used means of giving distant healing. The object so used is commonly called a surrogate, and, it would seem, a small teddy bear is quite widely recommended for this purpose. I had never heard of a sphere being used as a surrogate, though I have no doubt that some people have used spheres in that way before and probably some do now, independently of my own promotion of the use of spheres.
However, something like a teddy bear would actually be an extremely poor surrogate, because it has virtually nothing about it to resonate with the healer's healing intent. A sphere of suitable stone has the strongest and purest such resonance, and the more one varies the shape from spherical, the more distortion is introduced and the less possibility is there for resonance of fully pure and positive intent, and the more possibility is there for resonance with distorted and problematical intents, including downright harmful ones. The shape of a teddy bear would be too 'chaotic' to resonate really with any intent at all, and also its actual material precludes that anyway. Yes, it would still be a focus for your intent, but not a resonator, and thus, regardless of your good intentions, your healing intent would in practical terms still be quite weak (because it has not been able to connect that much with the 'fundamental intent' of your deepest aspects).
Spheres rule - Okay!

My first recommendation for anyone wanting to protect themselves against environmental stress (ES) sources and to heal the damage done to their non-physical aspects by previous ESs is to use a Clarity-Sphere (of the current version) or an Energy Egg (the latter preferably connected to a Guardian Angel or, still better, an Archangel) - and, if at all possible, also to use the Returning Life Sequence. However, sometimes it may be helpful to focus your intent more powerfully on immunizing yourself against a specific ES source or healing specific ES damage from the past, and this can be done even using a non-programmed stone sphere, because the need then is to focus and activate your own intent more powerfully.
There are also some types of ES that the Energy Egg 'family' are not very good at helping you with in the first place - particularly 'wrong placement' stresses, so it is actually quite a serious mistake to regard the the Energy Egg 'family' as being a complete panacea for ES problems - greatly helpful though they are - and to spurn other safe and effective methods for dealing with ESs*. In any case many people simply do not want to use any sort of stone or other device that contains programming, which latter they are expected to take on trust.
*My words are carefully chosen here, because I warn about the seriously harmful effects of nearly all devices that are supposed to protect one against ESs. They generally achieve their claimed 'protection' effects NOT by enabling you to heal and immunize yourself against such stresses, but by giving out some sort of 'energies' that are supposed to neutralize specific common ESs. Such devices can at best neutralize only a limited number of ES types that they have been specifically designed or programmed for, and are 100% non-programmable by the user, so each such device cannot help but fail to neutralize most of the ESs that any one person actually receives. Also, as far as I have been able to ascertain so far, such devices ALL are ES sources themselves, and, typically, that happens in particular insidious ways that make their users progressively more open and vulnerable to dark force interferences and attacks.
Basically, for any specific ES (or possible ES) you can use any of the general methods described further above that are based on use of a polished stone sphere.
When you do any of those, you want to make sure that your intent is not only for making yourself immune but also for retrospective healing of all harm done to you in any way whatsoever by that type of stress source in the past.
So, let us take an example to give you an idea how to go about this. I have a hunch that exposure to quite a lot of mercury vapour in the laboratories when I was at school caused or at least strongly contributed to quite a number of my long-term health issues, so I want to address this. Because I have a Clarity-Sphere, my first port of call is anyway to tune the Clarity-Sphere to mercury vapour. To do that, I do an Internet image search for "mercury vapour" and find photos of mercury vapour discharge lamps. I use my standard procedure then to tune the Clarity-Sphere to the mercury vapour 'energy signature' carried by the photos of mercury vapour discharge lamps, which contain a little mercury vapour.
Warning!
There is no way that you would
become anything like completely immune to a serious poison such as
mercury vapour, so it is important not to then go exposing yourself to
it in the belief that you would not get poisoned. The aim here is simply
to get yourself as immune as possible
to the particular
poison or other ES source. In the case of the more subtle ESs, and particularly
non-physically sourced ones, a considerable degree
of immunity may be possible to achieve*
over a period with
ongoing use of these methods. Energy
testing would enable you to tell when
it is best to repeat a
particular procedure.
* This needs clarifying. In this case the immunity that I am talking about is really not something that you achieve (i.e. in the sense of creating it) but instead is actually your own intrinsic immunity that you have restored / uncovered / unblocked. So, you are not seeking to create an immunity for yourself, but rather, you are healing the weaknesses and distortions in your non-physical aspects ('energy system') that have resulted in your various vulnerabilities to the different environmental 'energy' effects that are constantly impinging upon you whether or not you are consciously aware of them. By clearing those vulnerabilities, you thus become increasingly immune to the particular environmental influences, just through your natural, intrinsic immunity progressively becoming unobstructed and opening up again.
It is also necessary for me to point out that, according to my best understanding so far, it is a myth that we can be totally protected from or made totally immune to ESs (i.e., by any means). People who make claims that devices that they produce / market do give full protection / immunity to ESs are being 'economical with the truth' - though generally I think they are typically deceiving themselves just as much as they are deceiving their potential and actual customers. My understanding is that our potential full natural immunity to ESs, although considerably better than what we experience at the moment, is generally not 100% and varies a great deal between different ESs.
This underlines the need to think not just in terms of 'protection' or (better) immunity, but also always to seek to minimize the ES influences in your living environment.
In The True Nature of 'The Dark Force' and its Interference and Attacks I explain how it is that, contrary to almost universal beliefs about the dark force (that is, almost universal among those who recognise its existence at all!), there are real possibilities of our individually and collectively being, at the very least, a weakening influence and, at best, actual dissolvers of the dark force, thus healing the massive problem in the astral sub-reality - the #1 scourge upon human-type beings, most likely from quite near the beginning of all 'Existence'.
The great way NOT to go about such a task is to engage with the manifestations and illusions that the dark force presents us with. Throughout human history people have completely failed to do other than actually reinforce the dark force through their opposing or battling against its various illusory manifestations. The perpetual problem has been people's beliefs getting in the way of their actually looking at what is really there. Only when we have got looking at what is really there do we even begin to have any real possibility of doing anything useful about it.
Knowing even that much of course is greatly encouraging in itself.
Actually beginning to effectively address the dark
force problem is nothing scary
or dangerous at all! You do not go astral
travelling (an extremely
harmful and
dangerous pursuit) and rounding up demons (what the hell
would you do
with them anyway?!
),
and instead you focus your
intent for dissolution of
thought forms - and I have already described the Grounding Point
procedure for doing just that!
So, if you would like to play a part in at least to some extent being a weakening influence on the dark force, and just maybe being one of a merry band of humans actually bringing the dark force to its final nemesis, it is particularly to variants of the Grounding Point procedure (carried out upon your sphere) that you need to look - that is, until / unless any of us find a still better method. Below, I give a suitable visualization to use in a perfectly straightforward Grounding Point session.
If you are confident in focusing your intent for Grounding Point you do not need a special visualization, because all you need 'visualize' (with your intent rather than clear visual images) is a seething mass of distorted energies and confused images that represents the entire contents of the astral sub-reality (including the entire dark force*) accumulating in your cupped hands, ready for 'zapping' in the standard fashion.
* Even though it looks likely (at least to me) that the primary aspect of the dark force, the postulated cacoprotean network, is a network of human minds, which might be thought of as not being at least fully in the astral sub-reality, it would be most effective to include that whole network in the 'zapping'.
If you are not so confident yet in focusing your intent for the purpose, here is a visualization that you can use to get you started. The astral sub-reality is replete with illusions and 'story' that the dark force gives us. Therefore, let us visualize the whole astral sub-reality as a whacking great storybook, but containing a whole mass of stuff that we are all much better off without. So, you are sitting with your sphere immediately in front of you on the desk / table, with your cupped hands ready to receive your visualization. While Power Breathing, with tip of tongue to your palate, you visualize (in a very generalized sort of way) that storybook, representing the entire astral sub-reality, open before you, full of all manner of convoluted tales and writhing masses of night hell experiences, and all the 'spiritual' and religious images, beliefs and experiences that lead people away from self actualization, and so forth - and with your intent in your gaze, you place that open storybook into your cupped hands.
As you continue your Power Breathing you visualize that the book within your cupped hands is slowly and very finally closing. Then, as soon as it is closed, you 'pounce' your hands upon the sphere and continue just as in any other Grounding Point session using the sphere. It's that simple!
There are also relevant declarations of intent that you can use. You can find two particularly important ones in the list of DOI samples further above. You can also take the core intent from those and use the intent without the formal phrasing in 'positive intent Grounding Point' sessions.
Any of the above practices need to be periodically repeated. Theoretically it would be great to make them each a daily practice - except that that would almost certainly be too much work and thus unbalancing for you, for it is important that you maintain priority for your own self healing and self actualization process. This is where energy testing would enable you to establish whether it would be strengthening for you to do any of these practices at all, and, if so, which ones would be most strengthening for you to do, and when / how often.
By regularly using your sphere in procedures, and indeed regularly (indeed best daily) reattuning yourself to the sphere as one would to a Clarity-Sphere or Energy Egg for best results, you are making the sphere progressively somewhat more effective for you even if you take no other measures specifically to that end.
Although I talk of making the sphere more effective, actually nobody can really know whether it is the sphere itself that becomes more effective or simply whether the user is getting better attuned to it in particular ways. In practice, however, that is of no consequence, and indeed, being fixated on a specific description or explanation of what cannot be objectively understood or explained tends to get in the way. As in all self actualization / self healing work, having a completely open mind, free from belief and 'story', is the most helpful way forward.
It now appears that there are simple measures that you can take to further improve the effectiveness of your sphere - and this is where the concept of the Clarity-Sphere re-emerges, albeit in a different form from the original, which latter had proved to be unrealizable at that time and indeed based on a faulty conceptual model. I now refer you to The Clarity-Sphere - for Advanced Healing and Self Actualization, in which I explain about that and show how you could potentially make your sphere very much more effective, and indeed into a genuine Clarity-Sphere of the new type.
