Cutting Edge Self Realization Group

I would like to start a local group of people who are committed to true self realization (as described on this site and not as defined by anyone else) and would like to have regular sessions (perhaps monthly, though actually weekly if/when there are enough group members to make that practicable) working together, using and developing some of the methods which I present on this site, and thus supporting and futhering our life improvement and self realization, and exploring possibilities for using our self realization for improvement of the situation of Humanity at large. 

I call this group the Cutting Edge Self Realization Group NOT because it's to be restricted to people who are seen as advanced 'adepts' of self realization (indeed, it's not), but because group sessions would be very much a process of getting on with a very active cultivation of self realization, cutting through all the astral- ('dark'-)sourced, tradition-led distorted notions of what self realization is and how to achieve it. So, we will be 'cutting edge' in that we're using particularly direct and effective methods without the esotericism, obfuscations and 'story' which usually surround self realization and the clearance of astral interferences and influences. We would also be 'cutting edge' in that, at least for quite some time, we would be only incarnations of new souls* and so would have no archon programming to limit or fetter us in any way in our work together; for all I know we could be the first self realization group in the history of Humanity on this planet to be made up entirely of new-soul incarnations.

The group will be primarily a 'doing' group, not a 'talking' or 'discussion' one - though of course particular issues that we are dealing with would get discussed. What discussion does occur would exclude the voicing of opinions. Opinions (as distinct from actual observations and their open minded speculative interpretations) are ALWAYS worthless, for they are just beliefs and tell nobody what the actual situation is. Self realization deals with 'What Is', not with beliefs or opinions.

The group is meant to be supportive to people's ongoing daily self realization work. It is NOT meant for people who would be doing little or nothing towards self realization in their everyday life. If you are currently doing little towards self realization, then your membership of the group would depend on your taking up ongoing self realization methods and sticking with them on a daily basis. If you are unsure where you'd stand with regard to that, please feel free to discuss the matter with me.

For the group to be viable with its intended aim it is essential that it contains at least a nucleus of (say 6) people who themselves have great clarity and personal honesty and commitment to their own self realization and clearance of all entity and astral interferences and influences, and who fit all of the criteria which I list further below.

For this reason I am being very picky about the sort of people who I'd regard as suitable to join the group - and I'm not even sure yet whether I'm going to find anyone who is truly suitable, so I counsel that anyone who does enquire to me does not set up eager expectations, as I don't want to go causing a whole succession of disappointments. I have no plans for the group to run containing any founder members who fall short of my quite demanding criteria.

On the other hand, many of those who are interested but apparently unsuitable at this time would still do well to keep in touch - that is, apart from those who are seeking to lay some 'trip' or agenda of theirs on me, who I'd be glad not to hear from again.

People of the latter category would in most cases be feeling resentful or angry with or disapproving of me for my not having selected them at this time. Suitable people would not have emotional reactions of that sort.

What we would be doing in the group sessions

The exact details would unfold as we get to know each other and what is most beneficial to each of us, but we would be bound to be using and developing some of the healing and self realization methods which I present on this site, and very likely developing the odd additional methods if that appears to be a helpful thing to do at the time. Anyone not proficient in energy testing would get simple and easy training in that, and we'd most likely spend some time on exchanges of hands-on healing, which would be fully safe because we would be working only from our core essence and so not running the risk of passing on 'foreign' energies or entity problems.

Almost certainly some of our work would be outdoors when weather permits, for enjoying the benefits and pleasures of Power Walking and the Grounding Post procedure. Additionally, there would be opportunities for sharing longer, more serious walks or hikes as part of our healing / grounding / self realization process.

One core feature of our work would be all of us using the full set of affirmations given in The Complete Guide to Self Realization, and using the group for support in gaining the fullest effect from them.

We would also cultivate a focus on the possibility for the future, however remote it initially appears, of our setting up a centre dedicated to true self realization (i.e. as I describe it on this site) and the progressive clearance of entities and astral influences from certain prominent people who are causing immense problems in the world at large (the work naturally being done without their knowledge), and a progressive dissolution of the immense problems in the astral sub-reality generally. To my knowledge no such centre yet exists on the planet - any current centres with a similar purported aim all being founded upon astral-distorted underlying beliefs and methodology and thus being unsuitable for our involvement.

Location of the group

I don't know!

When I started writing this page I automatically wrote 'Exeter' (U.K.), because that's where I live at the moment, and indeed that is the only place where the group could meet just at the moment (in my small flat, which isn't wholly ideal) - if it had any local members in the first place to meet with me.

However, my intuition, supported by energy testing, intimates that I am extremely unlikely to find any prospective members at all (i.e. truly suitable people for this venture) in this part of the world, but also that there are almost certain to be one or more small local concentrations of suitable people in other parts of the world.

So, it's important for interested people who look like being suitable to contact me, regardless of where they live. My 'reading' is that at some point I shall extremely likely discover some such local concentration of suitable people and have cause to relocate to their area, or indeed the group of us might choose to relocate together to somewhere else yet again that is more suitable and life enhancing for us all. I certainly do not envisage relocating to a city, for starters.

"Am I suitable?" checklist

I shall use energy testing to assist me in gauging an applicant's suitability for the group. In some cases I could well get an immediate contra-indication from my energy testing, regardless of the particular person's apparently fitting all the criteria given below. I caution about this in order to help avoid or at least reduce disappointment. I shall not always be able to know just why a particular person is contra-indicated at the present time. Indeed, a summary 'no' may simply be because the particular person needs to have something else (perhaps apparently not very significant) happen in his/her life first before they join this group, or even I, as group facilitator, would be for some reason unsuitable for that person. I may or may not be able to establish the details of a particular applicant's situation regarding this.

Contra-indications here thus do not necessarily mean that there is anything problematical about the person; it may simply be an issue of what timing for such a membership is for that person's own ultimate good, quite apart from anything to do with the smooth running of the group. I would not knowingly make a choice that is not for a person's ultimate good at the particular time.

I ask that interested people read carefully the following checklist of criteria, and be very honest with themselves about it, because it would be just wasting my and their time for them to apply for group membership and expect me to go through the whole screening process for them. The whole point of this checklist is to ensure that I get only fundamentally suitable people enquiring. Clearly there is the odd point mentioned below which the person couldn't establish for him/herself, and which I'd pick up on with the energy testing, but it's only sensible that people do their level best to establish their likely eligibility first. If, after having read the checklist carefully, you think you'd probably be eligible but are in doubt about some particular thing, that is the reasonable time to contact me, to get that particular point clarified.

• Suitable people would be incarnations of new souls only. They could well be carrying some past life memories or traumas, but these would not be their own as they appear to be, but would belong to attached entities, as explained in 'Old Souls' - People said to be incarnated 'angels' and other higher beings and Astral Entities - Interference and Attacks from 'The Dark Side'.

  I would use energy testing to establish whether any interested person is a new-soul incarnation, for most likely any 'information' that they already have about their origin is astrally sourced misinformation. Those who are generally regarded as 'old souls' who have supposedly had many previous incarnations stand a particularly good chance of being recognised by me as incarnations of new souls who have not incarnated before - though they are not all so.

• Suitable people would have a clear intent to release themselves from ALL attachments - i.e. they would not be cherishing and holding on to particular beliefs, relationships or lifestyle choices and trying to fit 'self realization' around those; that is not how true self realization works.

• Suitable people would have a clear intent NOT to seek control over others (including myself), nor to be controlled or led . 'Dictator' or 'sheep' patterns would screw up the group.

• Suitable people would not be holding opinions as to what I or other people should or shouldn't do or think or be like.

  By this I do NOT mean that suitable people would be lacking in discernment. Aware discernment is important and is commonly dismissed by supposedly 'spiritual' people as 'being judgemental'. When you are using aware discernment you recognise people's problem areas and handle them appropriately but do not judge them (i.e. stick labels on them) as good or bad.

• People carrying particular entity interferences which make them unawarely controlling or manipulative would naturally be unsuitable for the group. Such an issue is something which for obvious reasons they would not be aware of, but I expect to be able to establish about this for myself by means of energy testing.

  Such people would generally get angry or abusive when I tell them they are unsuitable for the group - and of course would thus further demonstrate their unsuitability! I am particularly vigilant about such issues with people contacting me, for it appears that the astral forces sometimes covertly direct such people to contact me to try to get involved with me in some way for the specific purpose of causing me problems.

• Generally speaking, suitable people would NOT be desperately seeking help for clearing some issue. Usually people who are earnestly or desperately seeking help are not taking proper responsibility for themselves (i.e. they are seeking to get somebody else to take responsibility for resolving their situation) and thus would be a completely unworkable burden on ANY group, let alone the sort which this page is about - this view of mine being supported by much personal experience.

  However, there are exceptional individuals who feel to be in some sort of dire situation (usually relating to entities) but retain great clarity and self responsibility regardless of the hardships they may be going through, and certain of them could be especially positive and dynamic members of this group, who I'd greatly welcome, provided they fit the various criteria that I list here. Thus, being aware of having entity troubles (and even having been hospitalized at some point because of them) is not in itself a bar to group membership, and indeed in some cases would be a plus point because the person is less likely to go into denial of issues that (s)he needs to clear.

• Individuals who have a particular interest in or preoccupation with 'working with energy' would not be suitable for the group unless they have, or take on, a clear and open willingness to let go of that, because it is a serious obstacle to genuine and full self realization (it is very much an astral-led and astral-connecting preoccupation).

• Similarly, individuals who have a particular interest in or preoccupation with 'higher perceptions' such as seeing auras, 'spirits' or supposed higher beings would be unsuitable for the group. Those perceptions are ungrounded, astrally sourced ones and it is necessary to turn right away from them for true self realization. Merely having such perceptions is not in itself a bar, however, provided that one is willing to maintain a clear intent to ignore them and let them fade away as their awareness becomes progressively better grounded.

• The group will NOT significantly use formal meditation, so people who want to follow that (highly problematical) route to supposed self realization are not suitable for this group.

• Generally speaking, I would regard the ongoing use of a different self realization methodology as a contra-indication for membership of this group, because it would weaken the focus of the group on its actual purpose, for almost all such methodologies have various extents of astral involvement and thus would conflict with the aims of this group. However, I would look at any interested person's situation on an individual basis with regard to any such issue. My approach would not be doctrinaire but simply to establish as far as possible what would really work best in the group framework for cultivating the most efficient working for self realization and entity clearance. I would use energy testing to assist me in deciding in such cases.

  I shall be particularly wary of people for whom a martial art or related discipline such as Tai Chi or Chi Gung (Qi Gong or similar names) has so far been their primary methodology. Despite the beliefs of many of their practitioners, these are not full and comprehensive self realization methods, and a significant proportion of people drawn to them have very problematical astral-sourced tendencies, including a hidden streak of violence and a tendency to take a dislike to certain people who they feel threaten their sense of personal status, and to misuse the energies they have learnt to manipulate, even putting psychic attacks on particular people who they dislike.

  However, there are some potentially highly 'eligible' new-soul incarnations who have got into Tai Chi or Chi Gung just because they hadn't yet encountered anything better, and I don't want to put such people off at all from applying to join this group.

  There is a physical 'discipline' which is much more helpful both to physical wellbeing and to the self realization process overall - and that is the Alexander Technique, which would get some attention and work in the group.

• Membership of a religion is a complete contra-indication for membership of this group. Indeed, it would be a necessary part of your self realization process that you renounce any religious involvement that you have ever had. For us to do so would be an essential part of the clearance of astral ('dark') connections and influences from ourselves.

• Many potentially suitable people would not think of themselves as having anything to do with 'spirituality' or 'being spiritual', just seeing themselves as 'healthily sceptical, seeking to be as open minded as possible'. By the same token, people who consider themselves to be 'highly spiritual', 'great meditators' or indeed advanced in their self realization, through the use of meditation or some other astral-distorted methodology, are unlikely to be suitable (unless they've just 'woken up' and recognised the shortcomings of the methodology they'd been using and any beliefs they'd been holding onto).

• Suitable people would be without an actual disbelief in the existence of astral forces / astral entities as described on this site. I am NOT looking for actual belief in them, however (which would be problematical in its own right). Similarly a disbelief in reincarnation would be a contra-indication. Disbeliefs are beliefs and thus are an obstacle to true self realization. They would also be disruptive to the group's functioning, because such disbeliefs would make it a less safe environment for people to speak of particular experiences or insights of theirs.

• Suitable people would not have major patterns of compulsive self confusion and resultant constant asking of questions in lieu of working things out for themselves. Such habitual behaviour is a disempowering and energy sucking strategy, and it's important that all group members have a clear focus on being empowering for themselves as well as for each other.

• Suitable people would be non-smokers (of ANY substance), not regular or heavy alcohol drinkers and would have at least a willingness to shortly let go fully of the use of ALL mind affecting substances, including alcohol and even caffeine.

• Suitable people would hold no taboos (at all) to the best of their knowledge, and have a clear intent to dissolve any taboos which do surface for them at any time. Taboos are extremely obstructive to the self realization process, and they also make for a very unsafe environment for a group in which people are cultivating a state of openness, total honesty and true freedom and where it would almost certainly be necessary at times for particular individuals to raise issues or describe experiences which touch on particular common taboos. The Work and the Grounding Post procedure are both excellent for clearing out any taboos which you may be carrying (best to use both methods, and still much better if those are used in conjunction with use of the Clarity-Sphere).

• Many suitable people (but by no means all) would have a life experience involving a certain degree of feeling isolated because of their deep level of awareness and their sensitivity, tending to experience things more vividly than other people around them. That is in fact a very common pointer to the person being an incarnation of a new soul. Such a person may feel reluctant to enquire about possible membership of this group because (s)he feels that (s)he is condemned to his/her isolation and would be rejected if they applied. I would encourage such individuals to check carefully through this list to ensure first that there are no obvious contra-indications for them, and then to push through the feelings of reluctance and to contact me.

• There is no age bar, though in my experience potentially suitable people do tend to be in the younger to middle-age bracket (most people tend to get more 'shut down' and set in their ways with age). One apparently eminently suitable person who I recently encountered, and with whom I had a long and quite amazing dialogue, looked to me to be of the princely age of probably about 13 or 14. In his case if he were interested in joining the group he might have an issue concerning getting parental approval for going to such a group run by such a 'very strange man'! 

• Non-standard or unusual sexual feelings are not at all in themselves a bar at all from group membership - provided that it is understood that ALL sexual feelings which people get (unless the individuals are very advanced indeed in their self realization and clear of all entity interferences) are based in a least an element of dysfunction, whether those feelings be regarded as normal or otherwise, and are something to expect to change in the course of one's self realization process. Anyone who wants to hold onto how they are now with respect to their sexuality (or indeed any other aspect of theirs) is not yet really committed to self realization and would be unsuitable for the group.
  

  In fact the cultivation of attachment to sexual or erotic feelings and particular sexual attractions is one of the key methods of the astral forces to keep people diverted from true self realization.

• Suitable people would not have a strong personal agenda within the group or towards any of its members, for example, in seeing the underlying purpose of the group for them as for seeking friendship, 'love', sex, discussion of particular issues or 'hobbyhorses', recruits for their particular belief system or guru cult, or to show off how smart they are, and so forth. Hard experience has shown me that anyone who insists to me that they 'have no agenda' is bullshitting (quite likely unawarely) and actually has some pretty strong agenda to try and dump on me.

  However, in practice no prospective group members could be totally free from potential agendas. Really aware people (i.e. of the sort who are suitable) are bound to be aware of particular hopes or longings for this or that to work out for them as a result of being in this group - as indeed I am for myself. The important thing is to be fully aware of those feelings and apparent 'wants', and to have a clear intent that they not be allowed to 'rule their show' within the group, so that these can be seen as issues that get cleared in the course of our work together rather than their being actual agendas that distort our interactions.

  I don't mean at all that real friendships must not develop from the group (indeed they're pretty well bound to do so, and I would greatly welcome it), but the problem is with the 'normal' sort of non-enlightened behaviour in seeking friendships and closer relationships, which would actually be driven by underlying feelings of loneliness and pressures from astral entities, where people seek emotional comfort for themselves in their attempts to set up friendships and other relationships, rather than first clear those issues and allow truly healthy friendships to develop naturally (as they would) through the process of sharing of activities. Our group would actually be a very loving environment, but compulsive seeking of 'love' would actually work counter to our natural, relaxed love of each other. • The group would be a warm and loving environment, and as in various other healing and life improvement groups it's inevitable that members will embrace or otherwise awarely touch each other (regardless of gender) in particular appropriate situations - especially on meeting and parting. This would be without sexual connotations, and I'd be vigilant to nip any abuses in the bud. While nobody would be compelled to hug or touch at any particular time, clearly anyone who has a real problem about being in a warm embrace regardless of gender would be out of place in the group until they had got clearing that issue of theirs. For that I would recommend a combination of the EFT and The Work to clear out whatever troubles the person about being in a warm, relaxed and even (shock horror!) affectionate embrace, even with somebody of their own gender! You don't have to have completely cleared such an issue before applying for group membership - the important thing is that you are well on the way to having it cleared.

• Nobody, however apparently suitable in other respects, is suitable for consideration for this group until they have read extensively through my original writings presented on this site. That is not because I want to impose my writings upon anyone, but because it's the only way to avoid serious misunderstandings and cross purposes within the group, which latter has a very specific remit that is very challenging towards many cherished views as to the true nature of self realization.

  A very neat and quick way to start through my writings is to go to The Complete Guide to Self Realization and read that through together with its full set of affirmations and declarations of intent. If you can't countenance the degree of challenge for you in the affirmations / declarations of intent, then you are not yet ready for the group. Please note, though, that the affirmations are NOT stipulating how you should be living now or at any specific time, but are about committing yourself to be fully open to change, including letting go of some normally highly cherished beliefs and dysfunctions.

  It is important too that prospective enquirers about the group read ALL the pages of mine relating my own personal experiences (their links are in the first section on the Original Writings page). That is not because I want to foist my own life story upon anyone, but because that is the best way to ensure that 'all my skeletons are out of my cupboard' and I'm not going to get various sorts of disruptive come-back and misunderstandings from group members who later turn out to have problems about aspects of me or my issues or background. Best that any such things be brought out into the open during the initial screening stage. If you're going to discover that I'm a mentally disordered charlatan with an enormous ego or I'm the witch of the gingerbread house, then it's better that you discover it now rather than waste my time or even disrupt the group later on when you do discover that sordid 'truth'. 

Please note that in all the above points I am NOT laying down the law as to how anyone may live their life. All this is simply about what would render a person suitable or unsuitable as one of the founder members of the Cutting Edge Self Realization Group.

"I look like being suitable"...

Once you have read carefully through the list, there is one very helpful thing you could do if it looked as though you could be suitable for the group and would like to join it - and that is to use energy testing to establish whether it would be 'strengthening' or 'weakening' for you to be in the group at this time. If you get a 'strengthening' response, that doesn't guarantee you membership, but it does indicate that it would be worthwhile applying if you have found no obvious contra-indications in the above checklist. On the other hand, if you get a 'weakening' response, and are sure that it is genuine and not the product of entity interference (astral entities would strenuously seek to turn suitable people away from such a group), that would save you the hassle of making an unsuccessful application.

In the case of people who appear to me to be suitable, it needs to be understood that my initial evaluations will always be provisional and subject to review, because issues may subsequently come to light which had been hidden from me initially by astral interference (the astral forces naturally seeking every opportunity to bring problems to me and to our group). I refer here not just to interference with me but with the applicants too. (Nobody is totally free from such interferences; the only unusual thing about me here is that I'm being so open about the issue.)

Even with an established and operational group this caveat would still apply, for the group cannot operate on the basis of 'once in, there for life' and thus potentially find itself carrying a particular person's issues which materially hinder the functioning of the group and our self realization process. If such an issue of that sort ever came up, if at all possible the person would be supported outside the group context to assist him/her towards clearing the issue which was being a hindrance for the group, so that I am not necessarily talking of just 'discarding' or 'dumping' somebody. It's a matter of using aware discernment and clear headed good sense.

It's likely that I shall have to accumulate a waiting list for quite some time before the intended local group could take off (if indeed it ever could), but in the meantime we would operate as best we can as an online version of the group, with a combination of e-mails and regular telephone conversations where possible - and we may be able to arrange online group chat sessions for example. However, we'll need to keep clear of a lot of trivial conversation, because this group, like any other, could easily get dragged down into just yet another socializing group. We'll need, thus, to maintain our focus on our self realization and entity / astral clearance work, even though also being open to our everyday grounded 'human' side.
