How I Discovered a True Self Realization Strategy

Introduction

The starting point of what follows is my experience with the methods of Stephen and Lynda Kane, who sell a range of products and services which are particularly promoted for energy awareness cultivation and the elimination of environmental stresses from people's lives. Stephen and Lynda present no banners about self realization, and also you'd have to read all their 'blurb' very carefully to get even an inkling that their methods and products might have been the most effective and comprehensive solution to all those issues with troublesome entities which so many people have. Indeed, because of that remarkable underselling (as I see it now) of their products and methodology, initially I had no real interest in them and what they were doing.

The Energy Egg - it just had to be a con!

At the Quest fair (South West England's largest mind, body and spirit fair - an annual event) at Newton Abbot, Devon, in July 2006 I was enjoying myself slowly browsing around the multitude of stands manned by healers, therapists, clairvoyants and traders in all manner of goods in any way related to life improvement or spiritual or mystical paths / practices / activities. Having already been wandering round a few times, I came up to a stand at which a healer friend of mine was selling a few things, and he enthusiastically announced to me, "There you are, Phil, that's what you want for your entity problem - one of those Energy Eggs!". He was pointing to the stand almost opposite his, at which a couple (the man giving me the impression of having a distinct whitish light about him and a slight lack of physical solidity) were selling little white egg-shaped stones and also some much larger white egg-shaped stones, and making what seemed to me to be bizarrely optimistic claims for them concerning elimination of a huge range of types of environmental stress.

I didn't really think this was anything more than a con, and that was why I'd ignored them previously when passing by them, but my friend insisted that I try one of the Energy Eggs - pointing out that the standholders were doing muscle ('strong arm') tests on inquirers there to demonstrate the effectiveness of the devices. I still thought it all had to be a con, but on the other hand I did have a major problem with astral ('dark') entities which was being only very slow to improve, let alone to clear. So, with a strong but constructive scepticism, I allowed Stephen Kane - the (to me) not-quite-solid-looking man with that impression of a whitish glow about him - demonstrate the effect upon me there of one of their Energy Eggs, using the 'strong arm' test (the form of energy testing best suited for two people working together rather than just testing on your own).

The results appeared to be convincing, but I was still suspicious that somehow there was something untoward going on - maybe some covert manipulation or 'rigging' of the testing, for example, in order to sell basically useless devices. But on the other hand, I had a major entity problem, and anything which stood a reasonable chance of helping to strengthen me against the entities was not to be sniffed at. So, as the price of an Energy Egg and transmitter base, although significant, wasn't crippling for me even on my very modest means, I purchased one on the spot - but not expecting any really tangible effects from it even if it were benefiting me. At home I set it up on its transmitter base after attuning both to myself, and then left it to get on with whatever good it might be doing for me.

Over the following week I increasingly felt a warm outgoing radiance emanating from what seemed in a way to be my heart centre but seemed to be less clearly located than that (more like my whole chest area), and it was associated with an impression in my 'inner vision' of a vague broad fuzzy vertical column of a very energetic shimmery white light which seemed to be just in front of me but also to be part of me - as though it was something that was really within me which was being shown to me as a virtual image just in front of me.

At that time I was still channelling (channelling actually having caused me massive problems because of the astral ('dark') force involvement in ALL channelling), and what I took to be my 'higher consciousness' indicated that what was appearing to me then was actually not a column at all but my core star, which was opening out now that all manner of accumulated environmental stress effects in my system were progressively being cleared by the Energy Egg.

In fact I understand now that at that point I was getting communication then not from my 'higher consciousness' (an invention of the astral or 'dark' entities) but from my deeper aspects (very good in itself) but relayed to me by astral entities which could adulterate it according to their extremely pernicious agenda, so rendering all such channelled information highly problematical and considerably worse than simply unreliable. Anyway, using energy testing (of which more below) I have much more recently established that the big change I was experiencing initially after getting the Energy Egg was genuine*, and the primary stress material that was being cleared at that time was a major cumulative environmental stress from the large number of crystals which I'd accumulated since late 1998 and had placed on window ledges and shelves in my living room and bedroom.

* The visual impression I'd had at that time, however, had been misdescribed to me by the astral interference posing as my 'higher consciousness', for it wasn't actually intended (by my deeper aspects) as a representation of my core star at all but simply as an indication to me of an active process of uncovering and unblocking of various of my life force energies. In short, my system was seeking to tell me that the Energy Egg really was working for me and indeed doing a tremendous job of it. Without some reassurance like that, there would have been a distinct possibility that the entities would at some point have sought to convince me to get rid of the Egg.

However, at that stage I didn't get my head much round the ways that the Energy Egg could be tuned to different stresses, and so I tuned it only to the odd few things (very fortunately including the crystals - not realizing then just how much harm they were actually doing me) and basically just let it do what it would on the basis of its default programming. That actually meant I was missing out on a major part of its functionality, but nonetheless by then I had a sort of intuition that I was onto something important with the Energy Egg and ordered a Guardian Angel to give me more power for strengthening me against entities. However, those were out of stock just then (Would that it had been the entities rather than Guardian Angels which had been out of stock!), so I had to bide my time, while meanwhile the astral entities staged upon me a series of very severe attacks and even got me briefly hospitalized.

It wasn't till the end of September 2006 that the Guardian Angel actually arrived. That delay, however, was auspicious, because it meant I had one of the first of the new generation of Guardian Angel which was ovoid in shape and distinctly more powerful than the original egg-shaped ones. I was rather excited to discover from the Guardian Angel's instructions that it could be energetically connected with the Energy Egg so that the two devices could work together in a synergistic way and the user could then receive extra protection and clearance work from the Guardian Angel through the Energy Egg (thus described as an Angel Egg).

However, despite my ongoing problems with entities I somehow didn't really take much notice of the instructions as to how to tune or program the Angel Egg / Guardian Angel for specific purposes. No doubt at all, the interfering entities were actually steering me away from following that up. Thus again, although I was getting increased protection and clearance, I was getting really short measure as compared with the potential of these devices. Nonetheless, I had an intuitive confidence that they were serving an important function for me, and was happy to have them doing what they would do for me, meanwhile experiencing more problems from the entities but always with the overall impression of things getting very gradually better and my having gradually more awareness in the here-and-now and in my own peaceful and happy true nature, which made the attacks gradually easier to 'ride'.

During the winter of 2006/7 I had an interesting diversion in that a supposedly very accomplished so-called lightworker gave me a series of sessions (thankfully free of charge) which supposedly were removing entities from me but were actually doing little or nothing of the kind and were in fact placing in my system some further problems - particularly energy connections which would then hinder further attempts of mine to clear the entity interferences. I didn't know about this till late December 2007, though it had soon become evident that I still had entities interfering with and periodically attacking me.

However, one thing I did gain from that therapist was an increased focus and momentum towards proper clearance of the entities, and, despite a quite strong feeling of resistance (no doubt given me by the interfering entities), I got increasingly interested in following up Stephen and Lynda Kane's methods. I purchased their e-book Hidden Secrets of Real Health, and quickly realized that I'd really got to get on one of their Energy Awareness Training workshops - even though at a superficial level I was feeling very doubtful whether there was anything worthwhile in it all for me (undoubtedly the entities still trying to steer me away).

One real sign of the power of Energy Egg and Guardian Angel was that in the autumn of 2006 I was intuited to get up earlier each morning, bringing forward my regular getting-up time from 6.50 to 5.50 and then, after a month or so, to 5.20. This enabled me to do quite a bit of computer (mostly website) work before going out on my regular shopping. However, this wasn't such a big dent in my time in bed which it might appear to be, because I also started being kinder to myself in the evening, going to bed a bit earlier.

Energy Awareness Training - and a whole lot more!

I finally got on one of their Energy Awareness Training workshops in mid May 2007. You can read more about it in the relevant section of My Own Self Realization Path - Updates. It was a two-day affair, and much more information-packed and 'busy' than the various healing workshops I'd been to previously. Nothing at all there was wasted time, and it quickly became clear to me that I really was picking up there a set of life tools a whole league beyond anything I'd used before, which would empower me to have full command of my self realization process, tremendously improve my life in all manner of ways and also to greatly strengthen myself against the entities.

I now understood much more clearly and deeply how proper grounded energy awareness was really a fundamental key to both the self realization process and self realized living as a fully authentic human - for it enabled one to always make the best choices in one's everyday life and not to unawarely make choices which were fundamentally weakening for oneself. By 'best', here I mean those choices which are the most supportive and strengthening to one's whole being and thus for one's deepest and ultimate good, rather than necessarily what one superficially wants.

Because the underlying nature of each one of us is fundamental consciousness ('the Ultimate' as far as anyone can tell), what choices are shown by energy testing to be strengthening for oneself are also what you could describe as being for the deepest and ultimate good of all concerned.

Along with the energy testing method as a precursor to developing full, direct, properly grounded energy awareness, I learnt a range of powerful practices for cultivating one's life force energies and reversing their normal decline with age. In particular these were, part of the Returning Life Sequence*, and Falling Lightning and Power Walking.

* Soon after, I bought the Returning Life Sequence DVD so that I could learn the other parts of the practice and so gain maximum benefit from it.

I also had a personal 'Energy Solutions' consultation with Stephen and Lynda immediately following the workshop, and this gave me some further practices and pointers for changing details in my life to help resolve various physical problems as well as the entities issue. It was very striking how Stephen and Lynda were empowering for me in all their services and products*. Instead of giving 'healings', which, as I was now beginning to see, always contained a disempowering element about them, they were showing me and others how to heal ourselves, and to live consistently healthily, in the most efficient ways. Although I still at that time felt a hankering after the comforting warmth of 'healing sessions', those had actually been encouraging me to stay in something of a rut and to keep depending to some extent on others (with all the problems of the involvement of astral forces), while 'the Kane approach' gave you the tools and the direction-pointers in the expectation that you would use them to find your own way in your life as you turned the latter around.

My life has been quite different ever since, for no longer did I have to make any 'weakening' choice ever again. Because I was at once using internal means of energy testing* - not, say, a pendulum - I could immediately test 'on the fly' any idea which came to me to see if it would be strengthening or weakening for me to take that idea up. I was able to use such testing to choose every item of food when shopping and again when choosing and preparing my meals. This immediately resulted in my meals becoming much more varied and interesting (and dependably healthy and harmonious for me) without costing me significantly more. Also I was able to establish what food supplements would be genuinely helpful for me. Generally, for example, we are told that a particular food supplement is good for certain issues, but there is no general understanding that each person is unique and has his own unique combination of sensitivities, 'resonances' and special requirements, so that no general rule serves any particular individual very well.

* Indeed I had to use internal means and keep clear of using a pendulum or any other method involving physical movements of an arm, because I found that the entities completely hijacked the arm movements. Even internal means get entity interference too, however.

I started off by using the 'smile' test, which uses the sensation of the corners of the mouth pointing up (for 'strengthening') or down (for 'weakening'), and after a week the entities were superimposing their own fake-ups of the 'smile' responses, and I very nearly stopped testing altogether then. However, I found that I could with care (including using my detailed knowledge of the astral agenda in order to recognise bogus answers) distinguish between bogus and genuine responses, and when the genuine response was more or less completely masked I could usually clear the way for the genuine response by yawning very widely (and usually stretching too) and immediately retesting with the corners of my mouth physically forced 'up'. What this does is to ground my focus on physical sensations of the corners of my lips (rather than any internal, non-physical facsimile of it), which tends to close out my perception of the astral entities' superimposition of their fake responses.

After a few weeks I added the 'eye focus' test (eyes relaxed, feeling to be infinity focused, = 'strengthening'; eyes tensed as though for very close focus, with an 'anxious' feel about them, = 'weakening'), so that I was using both methods simultaneously for every test. This made the responses more clear and robust and made it more difficult (though by no means impossible) for the entities to hide the genuine answer.

A neat example of the elegance of using energy testing to establish what foods were suitable / unsuitable for me was the matter of what people told me I should or shouldn't eat in order to help me with the arthritis. One particular 'healer' was emphatic that I should exclude all tomatoes and citrus fruit, "because it makes the body too acid". That was nonsensical to me anyway, because the acidity of something you eat actually has no bearing at all upon the acidity of your body fluids. Theoretically a lot of very acid food could upset your digestion, but even then, pretty well always your stomach would simply reduce its own acid production in order to maintain its optimal degree of acidity. Anyway, my energy testing indicated clearly that tomatoes and citrus were no problem to me at all with regard to either body acidity or arthritis.

Another example of energy awareness / energy testing paying off handsomely for helping me clear the arthritis was Stephen's recommendation that I take quite a lot of extra-virgin olive oil every day. So many people had told me I should be taking lots of cod liver oil, but I'd always felt a strong resistance against that. My own energy testing also concurred with Stephen's recommendation. I have since come to understand that the importance of using the olive oil rather than cod liver oil was not so much because the former was more helpful than the latter in terms of its fatty acid constituents, but simply because cod liver oil contains a fair amount of vitamins A and D, and if I were going to be dosing myself with the oil at an optimal level to help with the arthritis I would run the definite risk of overdosing with the vitamins. Best to keep the vitamin supplementation completely separate so that I could control it on the basis of my energy testing, maintaining optimal levels without risk of overdosing, and completely independently of my intake of essential fatty acids.

The energy testing enabled me to immediately get adding to Stephen's small number of recommendations for Feng Shui enhancements in my living space. I found I had to get a better camera to take photos of sufficient quality to use for prints at particular positions on my flat's walls, and that led on to my setting up my Clear Mind Photos project. Again, for the latter the results of my detailed energy testing were my 'guidance', so that I was doing only what would be genuinely taking me forward in the ways I most needed to go.

As for the practices, the Returning Life Sequence, Falling Lightning and Rocking Earth / Sky Mountain (the latter two having been given to me in the personal consultation) were done every early morning after I'd finished breakfast and ablutions and had made my bed. At once, every day I felt a new level of secure happiness about me, which did not disappear when the entities put attacks upon me. This was not at all like a daily 'recharge' but was very much a daily increment, as though each day I had taken another step up a long flight of steps.

The practices were so vigorous at the speed I was using for them (which has increased over the months for the Returning Life Weave to about or slightly more than two weaving breaths per second), that I had to be stripped down to a pair of shorts (real, i.e. short, shorts) and  have open windows and if the conditions were at all warm (say 20 degrees or more) I had to have a fan blowing on me.

After a week or so, my entities staged another severe attack on me, in which they were plying me strongly with extremely nightmarish messages that the practices had fully opened me to the entities and they were now taking me over completely - with super-nightmarish feelings to match. But my peaceful happiness stood out in spite of all that and I continued the practices, for after everything that I'd been through with those disgusting creatures I well knew their agenda and the way they would always seek to deceive in order to steer people away from whatever could free them from the entities' interferences. Sure enough, the attack passed - indeed more quickly than the previous really major ones.

Thus my life continued at an unprecedented rate to become more and more securely happy and positive, and although I still had the entities' interference and attacks, my awareness was getting increasingly centred in the physical here-and-now, thus progressively marginalizing the interferences - putting them increasingly on the periphery of my experience. Also, the gradual healing of the arthritis in my right knee (which seemed to have been precipitated by the very severe entity attacks the previous summer and autumn) accelerated, so I was able to go on longer and longer hikes again - all the time with my energy testing gloriously leading me on. Initially I found it difficult to believe it was other than deceit from interfering entities which was indicating that within a matter of months I'd walk the 21 miles on the strenuous coast path from Exmouth to Beer again - yet that was precisely what happened. Indeed, I first achieved that on 11th August, just two days before my 65th birthday - and I repeated it not long after with much less discomfort to that knee. The knee appears to be virtually healed now. Thank you Returning Life, especially!

My energy testing is 'broken'! Long live energy testing!

As already noted, I very soon got major astral interference in my energy testing, and it still continues now (mid January 2008). This might appear to be a considerable impediment, but actually in a backward sort of way it had a very positive effect for me.

The point is this. The standard way of doing energy testing in order to ensure that you don't get interference from entities or any other sources involves a very rigorous and restricted sort of interrogation. You don't actually ask any questions at all (which would always invite entities to answer), and, generally speaking, you keep clear of using words at all in your test queries (because words are an inefficient way to connect with your deepest aspects for a reliable response*). Instead you look at something or visualize it, and get a test response to it. That's great as far as it goes, and I had nothing against working in that more restricted way instead of my previous channelling in which I could ask any manner of questions but would get highly problematical answers.

* Actually, my understanding now is that this becomes decreasingly true as you become more advanced in your self realization - because as the communication channels between your conscious mind and your deepest aspects progressively open up, what actually is happening is that a sort of 'translation chain' is building up within those channels, so that what seem to be just words in your mind nonetheless spontaneously translate into different levels of concepts and images as they pass down the channels to your deepest aspects - and likewise, increasingly, responses from your deepest aspects can spontaneously translate into almost (but not quite) verbal messages which the ordinary mind then readily can interpret as verbal thoughts - albeit with great caution being required about this because of entities confusing the issue with their own intruded 'pseudo-thoughts'.

However, it was precisely because I'd previously been channelling and had already opened up my inner communication pathways massively to the astral entities, that I was unable to prevent their soon coming in to interfere in my energy testing even when I was keeping rigorously to the mode of interrogation which was supposed to avoid such interference altogether.

I did consider there and then the option of simply not doing energy testing for a while to allow the practices to strengthen my system further before I tried again. However, that would have denied me the facility of ensuring that I was making only 'strengthening' choices in my everyday life, so I cautiously chose instead to try continuing with testing and just being very discriminating with the test results - much easier for me than for most people because I was already so aware of the agenda of the astral forces, in considerable detail, and so could generally spot astral sourced answers to my testing.

Because my testing was 'broken' anyway, I became bolder and more creative in my use of it - not actually channelling but rather, what I could call 'discriminating use of energy testing in unsafe mode'. That has enabled me to quite rapidly get a lot more information from my deeper aspects, with much clearer insight into aspects of my situation and self realization process. This requires constant vigilance for astral interference in testing responses that I've received, but I'm greatly encouraged by the way that the answers that I'm getting and not discarding have consistently taken me forward and made for rapid positive changes in my life, whereas previously following my channelled 'guidance' for any sort of everyday life choices had persistently led me into problems and increased the astral interference. Now the answers I'm accepting are all consistently assisting me in decreasing the attacks and other astral interferences.

I use an enhanced version of the Dyana Eye Weaving practice a lot each day (renamed to Energy Awareness Eye Movements) in order to help cultivate the ability to get clear and genuine, interference-free energy test results and direct energy perception - so my energy testing, which has served me tremendously well so far despite the interference, can only get more reliable with time.

Enhancing and developing the practices

Thank goodness I was a member of Stephen and Lynda's Energy Awareness Forum (which is for users of their products / services) and was subscribed to receiving e-mail notification of posts to that forum!

My next big steps forward started when Stephen posted on the Forum, mentioning an improved method of entity clearance using the Guardian Angel and Energy Egg. I had already occasionally been using the original entity clearance procedure using these devices, but had understood it only to send off entities within a space rather than entities that were actually attached to or otherwise interfering with one - so it would be mostly or perhaps only discarnate human consciousnesses (earthbound spirits or ghosts) which would get sent away. My energy testing had just a little while before indicated for me to use the original entity clearance method daily, but it was not then seen as having big potential for removing the entities which were interfering with me. The new method, however, was a different matter, and my testing indicated for me to use the entity clearance method, with an enhancement, daily and then indeed twice daily, to weaken the connections of all types of entity upon me.

A matter of days later, Stephen posted again on the forum - about a new, enhanced method of attuning the Guardian Angel to oneself. I promptly used that method, and my energy testing indicated that the Guardian Angel had at once become very much more powerful for me. This made the entity clearance procedure a distinctly more formidable tool for progressively clearing out my entity interferences.

Although the abovementioned page gives the main 'story', there are some further notes I can usefully give here.

Enhancements to the practices

Using my energy testing, I established various enhancements, and the enhanced versions of the various practices are given in Some Potent Self Realization Practices.

• Of particular note was my starting to use Power Breathing - an intensified, forced, form of Complete Breathing, which, according to my energy testing, increased the power of any practice in which I used it. Apparently my starting to use it in Power Walking reduced the optimal daily duration of the latter by a bit more than half.

• Another notable enhancement was one I made to Falling Lightning - shifting my centre of gravity from side to side with every two 'strokes'. This gave the practice a wonderful light-hearted dance-like feel about the practice as well as, according to my energy testing, making it more powerful.

• For Power Walking, as well as incorporating Power Breathing I came up with an additional two mudras to use, plus a 'gentle' mode of Power Walking.

• A quite different sort of enhancement was, as explained in the abovementioned page, my abandonment of the notion of special significance of the 8 main compass directions (which I'd been given in the workshop) and instead simply using my energy testing to tell me what is the optimal direction to face at the present moment for any practice or indeed for other purposes in everyday life. So, I had thus let go of the whole concept of each of us having more or less fixed 'strengthening' and 'weakening' directions (4 of each) as I'd been given in the workshop, and which had never really 'added up' for me.

• As soon as Stephen posted on their forum about a new practice called Stations of the Way, using the Guardian Angel, I started using it, and it proved very powerful according to my energy testing - but I immediately chose a better name for the practice. Indeed, I would encourage any- and everyone to let go of names for any of these practices or mudras, which have any connotations of religious, mystical or esoteric traditions - because the use of such names always increases the hold of the astral ('dark') forces upon one. It's healthier to use practical, descriptive names for the practices and mudras.

  So, I renamed Stations of the Way to Clearing All Weakening Connections. I understand that that name doesn't describe all the effects of that practice, but it does describe a major part of them and is as good a label as one is likely to find for it.

  I have to say, however, that I found the first four asanas of the practice very painful physically, and quite impossible to do with heels off the floor as recommended when the practice's asanas are used used as a more powerful replacement for the set of asanas which complete the Returning Life Sequence. However, my own energy testing indicated that for me at least the very notion of using those asanas with heels off the floor was a red herring and the asanas would actually be more effective for me when I was keeping my feet fully on the floor.

  Eventually I used energy testing to come up with an alternative set of asanas for the practice, which would be better for me in that it achieves the same effects, indeed just a little more powerfully, but without being actually painful. I give this now on my Potent Self Realization Practices page. It likewise uses the Guardian Angel. As with the original form of the practice, its full set of asanas can be used to replace the standard set of static asanas which complete the Returning Life Sequence - and I now use it regularly for that purpose.

  For anyone who is using the original 'Stations of the Way' practice I would recommend energy testing to see whether that or my replacement would be most beneficial for them - trying out my version if necessary and then redoing their energy test on it. What is better for one person isn't necessarily better for everyone.

• In my Potent Self Realization Practices page you can find a new practice I came up with (again by means of energy testing) called Happy Anus. This is specifically for those people who have problems with their anus being over-tight or/and tending to go into troublesome spasms - the cause of aggravated haemorrhoids and excruciating and difficult to heal anal fissures. It may also assist with some peeing difficulties (caused by involuntary clenching of the bladder sphincter - other causes of urine flow restriction are not addressed), though in my case it didn't seem to help for that (but I've now come up with a variation to the practice which may rectify that omission, and is under test at the moment).

Towards a potentially exciting new project...

As I became increasingly clear of astral influence, so my whole perception of how astral entities interfere with everyone sharpened, and I came to see that the very concept of 'spirituality' was a snare sourced from the astral ('dark') forces to divert us away from true self realization, and consequently I changed the focus of this site away from spirituality and directly towards self realization and clear-mindedness - hence, too, the current title of this site.

I came up with a way to use the entity clearance procedure (using Guardian Angel / Archangel and Energy Egg) to give remote entity clearance healings to people, and have started using this on a small number of spiritual teachers and 'lightworkers' who are actually a menace because they are unawarely being guided by the astral ('dark') forces and leading huge numbers of people into future horrendous problems as they become ensnared by the astral forces themselves. I am doing that work without the individuals' knowledge or permission (contrary to widespread belief among healers, such permission is NOT in the slightest necessary for that sort of work), and I'm 'doing' only one person per day, with a day off per week, so that my overall emphasis is still strongly on my own self realization and entity clearance process - not on 'trying to save the world'.

The procedure can't reasonably be expected to send entities off from a person in 'instant miracle' fashion (though the odd individual entities with only a weak hold on their 'victim' could well be immediately sent off), but the main effects would be twofold:

• Used in an ongoing fashion, it would progressively weaken the hold of parasitic 'lost' souls and any partial walk-in upon the person as well as to some extent weakening the interferences of the astral entities upon him/her;
• It would be accompanied by the sending out of empowering thought forms whose very positive repercussions wouldn't be immediately apparent but would be accumulating over the weeks, months and years.

Indeed, my energy testing indicates that a major direction of mine now is to start finding people who are suitable and keen to take on some of that work themselves, so that eventually there would be a co-ordinated large group of us doing this work, to be extended to various prominent figures who are in various ways causing a lot of trouble in the world on account of the astral interference which is distorting their outlooks and behaviour. Furthermore, my inner intimations now point to actually setting up a centre somewhere for facilitating and co-ordinating that work.

The centre would be dedicated to promoting true self realization, free of all astral influences, and to projects to progressively weaken the astral influence upon people in positions of major power or influence. It would be clear of all religion and so-called spiritual paths, so it would be different from the various 'spiritual' centres dotted around the world.

People who would be suitable to join this project would be very deeply self aware, and would have a fair knowledge / awareness of the pervasiveness of the interference of astral entities in people's lives generally. They would be dedicated to their own self realization and would be using the Returning Life Sequence in an ongoing manner (and preferably additional practices other than meditation), and would be using or willing to use the entity clearance procedure using Guardian Angel / Archangel and Energy Egg or, much preferably, the Clarity-Sphere™ (see below) upon themselves at least daily.

In other words, people who want to 'help' others (or indeed 'save the world') without working first and foremost on themselves need not apply...
